今次是我第二次再來的食店,新的消費券出了,當然要食餐好!首先,讓我來談談牛扒。五成熟的牛肉質地非常嫩滑,火候剛剛好,口感十分美妙,不會過於生或者過於熟。讓人食指大動。接下來是薯蓉,這道菜品的薯泥質地非常細膩,搭配上牛扒的口感更是十分協調。食材的新鮮程度以及調味的適中程度都值得讚揚。在甜點方面,我試了他們的意大利cheese cake以及朱古力冰磚鴛鴦。意大利cheese cake的質地非常綿密,帶有淡淡的芝士香氣。朱古力冰磚鴛鴦則是一道冰涼清爽的飲品,朱古力口味濃郁,清新怡人,甜度剛剛好,咖啡磚慢慢溶化後兩種口感的結合令人驚艷。最後,我要特別讚揚一下這家食店的環境。店內非常寬敞,裝修簡潔大方,桌椅舒適,讓人用餐的心情十分愜意舒適。

生蠔set 加一杯白酒(另叫)$98:
因為覺得好抵,所以就叫咗一set。有三隻生蠔,男朋友食兩隻,我食一隻,啱啱好😁唔會太鹹,有少少海水味,好容易入口,除咗茄汁同埋檸檬,佢仲配咗一個醋,好傳統嘅我哋淨係落咗檸檬同茄汁,好新鮮同好鮮味。

墨魚汁鮮帶子海蝦扁意粉🍝:
上枱嘅時候出晒煙,熱騰騰。有2粒帶子,3隻蝦蝦,墨魚汁意粉真係好黑😂,但佢唔係得個黑字,每條意粉都勁掛汁,好入味。
帶子每邊都燒得啱啱好,🦐好實肉,好趙口。

炭燒澳洲肉眼牛扒配波士頓龍蝦尾:
牛扒好適合鍾意重味嘅人,肉好林~唔會咬唔到。龍蝦尾已經起咗肉,仲有蒜蓉龍蝦汁淋起面,半
伴碟有少少椰菜花,仲有一撻甘筍忌廉醬好creamy,仲有烤蒜頭。

職員話佢哋好多人叫鴛鴦,不過晚上唔想奶茶~所以叫咗偽鴛鴦。😏😏朱古力底/Tiramisu底配上咖啡冰。我就揀咗Tiramisu底,然後整杯飲品都好似食緊甜品咁~好特別 值得推介!

夜晚出邊停車場有燈飾,令到整個感覺都好浪漫,推薦大家係將軍澳的話,可以嚟呢間餐廳,享受吓豐盛嘅晚餐同舒適嘅環境。

煎帶子同海蝦好新鮮,好有海鮮既鮮甜原味。墨魚汁真係好黑,未擺落口嘅時候,真係想像唔到佢個味道,但入口之後發現係好濃厚嘅忌廉味,除咗唔可以咁放肆地食之外,都係一個好好食嘅意粉

牛扒拼龍蝦尾嘅擺盤相當之震撼,龍蝦味都已經完整地起咗肉放喺殼上面擺靚靚
肉眼入口有濃烈嘅炭燒香味,而且非常腍身同juicy,原汁原味下根本唔需要點任何醬汁都已經好好味
龍蝦尾配香草牛油汁食落非常香口,而且肉質好彈牙,最緊要係起咗肉啱晒我呢啲唔識剝殼既人

四款配菜都絕對唔hea,燒西蘭花苗同椰菜花味道香甜腍身,蒜頭唔係一貫西餐食開既大蒜,獨蒜係焗咗之後更加軟糯香甜,一啲蒜既辛辣味都冇,最好食而且一定一定要升級千層忌廉薯!!!
入口有粒粒香軟既薯仔同埋忌廉芝士嘅奶香味,就算凍咗都一樣咁好食,一定要配呀
