難得放工chill一chill, 係附近唱完外幣就計劃下旅行大計。見到日本殿堂級甜品店 ,一心想食蛋糕而來,適逢星期五又月尾又近放工時間,蛋糕已被搶購一空,作為葡撻迷既朋友見到有新鮮出爐既葡撻就轉戰葡撻再加杯花茶 ,咁就坐左一個鐘。店內播住舒適既輕音樂,店員都很友善年輕,座位很有家既感覺。葡撻皮脆,蛋味重 ,食落不膩。窩夫,cream很重牛奶味 很結實,食完有幸福既感覺。蝶豆花水蜜桃花茶杯係圖形底,很精美,茶煲有蠟燭加熱 ,加個漏斗計時,文青feel. 味道微酸略甜。

在中環不想吃heavy的西式蛋糕,可以試試來自名古屋的Chez Shibata,這裡的甜點賣相精緻,價格走親民路線,所以今天的下午茶就來了。Tea menu用明治4.3 Deluxe Milk冲咖啡!優惠停不了!環境蠻日式的,打咭一流。小紅帽櫻桃酒朱克力蛋糕 ($42)是香港限定,外型如載着一頂小紅帽一樣別緻的Chaperon Rouge,圓形的朱古力球包住很多層layers,有不同濃度的chocolate mousse和海綿蛋糕,混合cherry 果肉、櫻桃酒和raspberry jam,味道非常搭,酸甜味balance得好好。十層西尾抹茶蛋糕 ($39),宇治抹茶食很多次了,西尾抹茶多了種茶鮮味,十層的layers面有crumble脆脆,layers由抹茶海綿蛋糕、抹茶啫喱、朱古力醬組成,每一口都是抹茶味,口感濕潤,不過,味道相對平常的抹茶蛋糕甜了一點。冰鮮奶咖啡 (套餐加$20)看似白白的,不是很濃的樣子,以為奶味會很重,其實味道香濃,口感也順滑,蠻不錯的。

Mi Cuit Fromage $32

The base of the cake ingredient is hazelnut stable. The cream topping is so smooth, it is 100% Hokkaido cream. The cream cheese was half baked and half raw, strong cheese flavor. It is soft and melts inside your mouth easily.


Coeur does Bois $36

A mini smooth heart with 2 berries decoration. It’s so cute that you don’t want you put your fork through it to ruin it. The berries are sour enough to balance out the sweetness of the cake. The inner cake have chocolate mousse, berries jam and chocolate cake. It gives you a mixture of taste for your taste buds in one go. We added $18 for a cup of mocha. Generous potion of mocha, it is smooth with strong coffee flavor.

Except cakes, this place also serves all day breakfast or Japanese omelet curry rice.

Chez Shibata來自名古屋,由日籍甜品大師創立,而家唔洗飛去日本都食得到多款精緻甜品,香港分店開左係中環心臟地帶,勁方便,餐廳佈置得好少女心除左甜品,仲有咖哩飯同All Day Breakfast,所以黎到呢度一次過可以食正餐同甜品Beat Day ($88)復活節當日我就叫左Beat Day,材料十分豐富,有炒蛋、牛仔腸、茄汁焗豆、蕃茄、蘑菇、煙肉、粟米粒、生菜、窩夫,係中午2點食番個早餐先真正叫做放假,夠曬relax野莓心形蛋糕($36)當然我唔會錯過品牌Signature甜點 - 野莓心形蛋糕($36),呢款係全球首創第一款心形蛋糕,華麗的紅絨毛由朱古力調色製成,入面包住果漿果凍,酸同甜配合得好好,互相輝映紅莓吉士盒($33)另外一款紅莓吉士盒($33)亦好高質,切開就好似打開一個mystic box,入面充滿吉士加少量紅莓醬,酸甜比例同樣做得好好,外層的焦糖面亦不得不讚喔以呢個價錢食到咁高質素甜點,必定會encore再encore

從名古屋開到香港的柴田,賣相非常出色,每件甜點背後都有著非常多的設計理念,而把這個具現化的概念,就形成了Shibata:柴田小紅帽 - 櫻桃酒朱古力蛋糕($42)濃郁的巧克力慕絲,甜中帶澀,是很適合女生的甜度,當中帶點紅桑子的味道,幾重味道協調得很好,不會太甜太膩,非常好吃!野莓心形蛋糕($36)依舊以甜味為主,野莓慕絲加上微微醋酸,味道比巧克力醒胃一點,但由於用上海綿蛋糕底,所以比較輕巧,吃完沒有很飽的感覺。焦糖吉士棒棒($26)帶有幾顆吉士的棒棒,焦糖甜度頗高,用了少量鹽來調整味道,但整體還是偏甜,不過口感紮實而且不油膩,評價還是不錯的。開在中環,價格合理,服務不俗的甜點店不多,這間日本過江龍很值得帶女生一試。
