店員再三建議我們就算烏冬吃不完都要喝湯,因為湯底熬了幾小時,味道絕對有驚喜,的確當我喝第一口的時候我都無法停止,湯底濃郁到有點稠的感覺,但你不會覺得heavy,反而雞味的鮮明讓整碗烏冬就算沒有太多食材都很好吃,份量剛剛好,喝完湯還很暖胃,強推!

另一個必點推薦!雞湯由雞骨和雞肉熬煮達 8 小時而成,不加味精,非常濃厚順喉。骨膠原滿滿,暖胃又滋補。吃過烏冬後連湯都喝光呢!

抹茶和黃豆粉蕨餅煙靭清甜,芝麻紅豆丸子香口軟糯。飽足一頓之後,最怕甜品太甜膩,這個甜品小盤子剛剛好。


串燒Omakase還是第一次吃,非常滿意的一餐。希望下次能試試「從喙到尾(Beak-to-tail)」全體雞套餐,應該約多些朋友來,就可以多試幾款菜式。

最近發現一間於古董街小巷裡的寶藏串燒小店串燒味道不錯 保留到肉汁外脆內軟 調味恰到好處很推薦燒白鱔/牛小排/燒飯團跟焦糖車厘茄!服務亦很到位 店長非常健談👍🏻美中不足的是當天座位太遠 欣賞不到師傅的手藝建議去的話早點訂位 可要求坐近一點電爐😇
