最近唐人館跟「閩東壹魚」合作,推出多款黃花魚料理~爸爸睇報紙見到所以非常感興趣!我地一家人特意抽空到唐人館品嘗一下黃魚有幾好食!😎 平時好少機會食到黃魚(黃花魚),今次試左幾款黃魚菜式:私房鹹菜啫啫海釣小黃魚煲、大理諾鄧金腿海釣大王魚飯、海釣大黃魚海參包子,以及其他熱門菜式:自家製仁稔燒脆皮雪花牛肋肉、蜜餞山楂 一刀咕嚕肉、石榴厚切海蜇頭、黑糖黑椒黑毛豬、蒜香黃金明蝦球、流沙菠蘿包!每道菜都非常美味,食得出廚師用心調配既獨特醬汁及味道~其中大理諾鄧金腿海釣大王魚飯最令我印象深刻,黃花魚非常嫩滑,入口即化,加上金光火腿粒既二次提鮮,呢碗飯睇落去雖然平平無奇,但實質內有乾坤!黃花魚有著大海魚既口感,又有細魚既鮮味,碗飯無落豉油都已經提到佢嘅鮮味,怪唔知得以前聽人話上海黃花魚既價錢等於黃金價!黃花魚呢個crossover menu好似只係做幾個月就完了~大家如果喜歡食魚不妨去試一下😄👍🏻
