聽過唐人館個名好耐但都係第一次來試,點知食物質素真係同 expectation 出入太大。 餐廳位於 Landmark Atrium 4樓,地段高貴,餐廳入部裝修都係走高級路線,價錢自然唔平,可惜服務同食物方面同一般企理少少嘅酒樓無異。先講個「唐人館叉燒」,其實不俗,半肥瘦肉質都算鬆化,但比佢好嘅大有其他選擇,絕對唔值$358。點心方面叫咗蝦餃、金絲海鮮腸粉、灌湯牛肉餅同煎蘿蔔糕,都係平平無奇。西班牙紅蝦伊麵 ($228/位),呢個都 ok,但我會 prefer 佢俾返原隻蝦頭可以食入面啲膏,果度先係西班牙紅蝦嘅精萃。個「極品」炒菜心苗係好食嘅,夠嫩同有少少酒味炒得夠香,但都係菜心一碟就 $258。最後甜品都係失望嘅,芋茸燉鮮奶燉老咗唔夠滑,擂沙湯圓皮厚餡少,菠蘿流沙包比較好但皮唔夠酥脆,都係不過不失吧。整體黎講呢度近乎酒店價但食物質素十分普通,應該唔會有下次了。

I would advise sitting inside the restaurant. We were seated in the bar area just to the right after the entrance.  There's a temporary feel there, and the service is spotty at  best.
Price wise, with wine, expect to pay about US$100 per person.  Definitely not cheap, but good for the corporate card!  I would definitely come again as the food was marvellous.
Other Info. : Special COVID dining offer ran till the end of May - their HK$698 duck was priced at only HK$198!

第一次来这里,之前有朋友来香港都是带去China club. 我本来觉得应该质数会差不多, 试了一下,味道其实差很多~总体感觉菜品设计简单但不够入味, 个人觉得很油. 1000文的水煮鱼我应该不会点第二次(sorry ...) , 叉烧也跟想象中的有差距: 好像380左右,对我来说太太太肥,只有甜味少点香味.服务非常好. 装修风格也有一定特色.有很多(半开放式)包间是这里的优势,也有大包房. 用餐环境相对China club较为安静点心菜单: 大致看了一下,中规中矩,价钱都唔贵,想感觉一下环境和服务可以过来试一试。味道我估计不会太惊艳,正常吧。世道、经济不好,餐饮业也不易~
