超級失望永不再來!!本身睇留言,諗住食糖醋麵,石榴雞,拔絲反沙芋,滿心期待。點知去到坐低三樣都冇!強烈建議如果你想試呢三樣野唔洗黎。無奈既情況下嗌左三餸一湯既set, 味道普通,過得去。最後嗌左拔絲反沙芋 但冇拔絲!落單嗰時完全冇同我地講,貨不對版!!最差係under staff,成晚得3個部長,見到你舉手都唔會走過黎扮見唔到。最後仲要埋單時見到第二張枱有上到糖醋麵!!好失望既一餐飯,永遠不會有下次。。

因為新開,附近有些酒樓也在休業,所以沒有什麼選擇下,便一行四人過來試試,生意很好,需要排隊。連電梯口也放滿餐枱。員工不足,所以服務未到位,水壼缺水,難以找到服務員加水,枱上吃了東西後的竹籠,也沒有收拾。點心也是一般般,只是芋頭糕和蛋白杏仁茶,較為出色。雪山义燒飽,賣相可以,但吃起來,有點粘牙蒸魚骨,則略嫌腥味灼菜心也很難出錯黃金炸豆腐,也算可以接受燒賣則為普通出品,沒有驚喜,也沒有失望整體來說,食物一般,服務欠缺人手

係呢個疫情下已好耐無出去食飯,今晩搵到間係太子始創中心有個 $188 三送一湯吸引我去試下,首先叫咗個咕嚕肉,滑蛋炒蝦仁,炒碟清菜及個例湯。咕嚕肉就肉幾軟及入味,份量都 ok, 滑蛋蝦仁蛋炒到濕濕哋所以幾好食,只係份量少咗 d,炒清菜果碟就一般,因為淨加咗鹽落去就,蒜蓉都無,份量又少,但終結都 ok, 埋單加埋飯,茶錢 $280 及送咗一支消毒手液, 都算係 ok,係疫情下都算係咁。

坊間少有地將糖醋麵煮成心形, 店員很細心咁 問我哋會唔會影相,如果我地需要影相,影完先幫我切。 好耐未試過食甘脆嘅糖醋麵, 上面被煮得很脆而且香口 下面然後和暖柔軟, 重點係一啲都唔油膩, 無論加醋定係加糖食都咁好食, 但係個人認為如果加糖食就似一道甜品,唔使嗌甜品都得!

因為疫情,已經好耐沒有跟朋友外出見面或者食飯了。朋友介紹最近始創中心有間新開的潮州菜 — 潮.悅。有很多優惠,例如有7折、更送大家最需要的口罩。就Give It A Try吧!潮州滷水拼盤潮州菜必食的當然少不了,包括有滷水鵝,豆腐,滷水蛋,滷水五花腩。五花腩油脂味甘香,厚薄度剛剛好,不會吃得整個口都是油膩感,令人想一件接一件。滷水鵝肉質很嫩滑而且味道剛好,不會太咸卻又帶有很香的五香味(八角、桂皮、小茴香、丁香、花椒)潮式煎糖醋麵一度非常潮州的名菜,大廚非常驚喜地將整個糖醋麵整成心形。煎得金黃香脆的麵加上砂糖和醋,酸酸甜甜的,無人不會喜歡吧。鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯胡椒味濃郁,豬肚份量很多而且很容易咬,很暖胃。潮式煎蠔烙非常足料,簡直就是每啖都有蠔仔。金泊杞子桂花糕清甜的桂花糕作為晚餐的結尾。

潮州菜必食的當然少不了,包括有滷水鵝,豆腐,滷水蛋,滷水五花腩。
五花腩油脂味甘香,厚薄度剛剛好,
不會吃得整個口都是油膩感,令人想一件接一件。
滷水鵝肉質很嫩滑而且味道剛好,不會太咸卻又帶有很香的五香味(八角、桂皮、小茴香、丁香、花椒)

一度非常潮州的名菜,大廚非常驚喜地將整個糖醋麵整成心形。

同幾個同事一夥兒到始創中心試新嘢。逆市開酒樓, 咁大膽! 咁就要試下有幾真材實料!豬手粒最快到, 很惹味很香口但不確喉。 鹹水角十分趣緻, 形狀似啤梨, 食落又唔黏牙。 齋腸粉都很滑, 不過粉皮似乎厚咗啲。 安納芋蕃薯酥個樣就真係麻麻地, 但係食落好有驚喜! 筷子一夾嘅時候, 啡色嘅外皮脆裂, 見到紫色嘅番薯, 夠熱又鬆軟, 內裏還有一些黃色的汁醬, 口感一流! 潮式煎筍果 有潮州風味, 金錢肚及牛肉球也不錯。 海皇煎薄撐 就爭少少啦, 材料唔夠多, 都要 30多元。 韮王炆伊麵夠曬大碟, 材料也很充足。 流沙包真係流沙, 鹹中帶甜。 叉燒包十分正! 材料足, 汁醬亦唔會傑撻撻! 接近流沙階段!食個lunch,埋單都有八折, 仲想點呀!? 真係拍曬手掌啦!

潮悅第一次到潮悅吃飯,它的裝潢和一般的酒樓一樣,沒什麼特別。菜莆煎蛋菜莆煎蛋本是很普通的菜色,但是就是因為普通的菜色,才能顯出廚師的厲害。煎蛋有很香的蛋味配上菜莆,很有層次感。欖菜肉碎炒苦瓜如果喜歡吃苦瓜的人,這道菜也是不錯的選擇,因為欖菜炒苦瓜很好下飯。滷水拼盤滷水拼盤有滷蛋,鵝翅,滷豆腐,調味道也不錯,若是配上一碗白粥就更美味了。總的來說這餐廳可能是因為套餐的關係,所以份量不太足,略嫌少了些。

第一次到潮悅吃飯,它的裝潢和一般的酒樓一樣,沒什麼特別。
菜莆煎蛋
菜莆煎蛋本是很普通的菜色,但是就是因為普通的菜色,才能顯出廚師的厲害。煎蛋有很香的蛋味配上菜莆,很有層次感。
欖菜肉碎炒苦瓜
如果喜歡吃苦瓜的人,這道菜也是不錯的選擇,因為欖菜炒苦瓜很好下飯。
滷水拼盤
滷水拼盤有滷蛋,鵝翅,滷豆腐,調味道也不錯,若是配上一碗白粥就更美味了。
總的來說這餐廳可能是因為套餐的關係,所以份量不太足,略嫌少了些。

上兩個星期十點幾路過,見好多人,都等位,無等,今日(13/3/2020)早上九點幾再嚟,可能還早,一到即有位。賣點係一蚊燒賣,當然要食,另叫咗承傳手藝叉燒包、安蝦啤梨咸水角、黑毛豬叉燒腸粉、醬皇金錢肚、潮州蒸粉果、香蔥糯米卷及小心食流沙包,八個點心,三個人食,埋單$138,平均每人$46,抵食。粉果、燒賣及糯米卷,一般,咸水角、叉燒包及叉燒腸,好足料,好食,金錢肚麻麻,唔夠味小心食流沙包,真係要小心食,流沙好熱及多,一咬即湧出嚟

百花釀六頭鮮鮑真係一道考功夫既式,入面既蝦肉彈牙爽口,鮑魚又夠入味,滿足一定高級既享受。海參彈牙,膠原滿滿,係女人必吃的一道菜,而且重有新鮮帶子炒姑,實在番尋味,老人家都應該非常岩食,無骨得黎又軟滑。愛好素食既我每一餐都一定要有青菜,呢道集合左幾款唔同既蔬菜,重有瑤枉同金華火腿調味,清得來又吃得出鮮味,而且擺碟都非常吸引,係一把扇的設計。最後一道係叉燒,真係真係一定要試,燒得焦香,甜道和肉味恰到好處,肉質軟腍,而且滿滿肉汁,送飯一流,剩係呢道菜都已經加晒分。
