今天是中秋節正日,我們訂了銅鑼灣廣場裏的潮江春吃晚飯。餐廳不寬躺,坐在七人桌也有點擠迫。不過環境非常衛生,沒有任何污漬。食物方面:先來了一個拼盤,裏面有滷水豆腐配鵝片、炸蝦丸、海蜇及蘆筍炒帶子。最特別的還是拼盤中央有一個裝置,像一個走馬燈,播放着音樂(雖然環境太嘈吵,不是很聽得到),很有心思。再來是杏汁豬肺湯,杏仁味十分濃,豬肺入味。可惜有一點兒冷,令我們有些失望……接着我們吃的是蠔烙,雞蛋色澤金黃,非常漂亮。蠔的口感軟諗,香味十足。第四道菜是蘿蔔糕蝦煲,蝦肉彈牙,有海鮮味。下面有些蘿蔔糕墊着蝦肉,完全吸收醬汁的精華,十分入味。(只是太軟,沒有口感)然後我們吃了芥蘭炒牛肉,牛肉很軟,吸收蠔油味道。芥蘭色澤翠綠,香甜爽口,沒半分過硬。接下來是一碗腐竹白果浸菜心,腐竹的豆味濃,口感軟滑。白果甜中帶苦,完美地帶出湯的鮮味。菜芯清甜美味,口感爽脆。下一道菜是瑤柱蛋白炒飯,蛋白和瑤柱炒得均勻,味道香濃。炒飯中還有菜粒,增加口感。白飯粒粒分明,整體味道不錯。最後一道菜是蒜香炸子雞,整體烤得挺好,外皮又薄又脆,雞肉很結實。配搭乾蒜一起吃,味道更香。員工的服務質素也很好,會跟我們談天。這次晚餐的食物讓

幾個人去銅鑼灣食飯真係好多選擇, 又要岩口味, 價錢又唔好太貴, 另外就係唔好太嘈同埋枱與枱之間唔好太密, 今次就揀左潮江春, 之前都有來食過幾次, 主要係食物質素唔會差, 服務亦幾好, 另外就係好多時都會有唔同類別既套餐選擇今期佢地有好多唔同既優惠, 包括 AE, HSBC 卡既優惠, 另外餐廳自己都有優惠套餐, 由於今次係 4位男士, 最後就決定 $988 呢個優惠 4人餐,  套餐包括 4餸, 1湯, 2甜品 ! 點好菜, 等左 10分鐘左右, 鹵水鵝拼盤就到, 鵝肉切得厚薄適中, 帶少少脂肪, 好滑, 墨魚片夠爽,  原本套餐既豆醬雞賣哂, 改為走地雞, 肉質爽嫩滑, 再來係XO醬帶子蝦球, 兩位主角都好大隻好爽口, 而且 XO 醬炒得好香好夠味,  清蒸沙巴斑, 估唔到都幾大條, 好新鮮, 個杏汁豬肺湯非常濃郁, 絕對唔係行貨, 最後來埋個瑤柱蛋白炒飯, 炒飯好夠火喉, 米飯粒粒分明夠乾身, 講真各樣既份量都唔細, 炒飯來到既時候都已經飽左 8成,  但炒得咁好, 無理由唔食架主菜來哂食完, 換上了甜品, 先來紅棗糕,  新鮮熱辣而且唔會好甜但好香紅棗味, 另外一樣係楊枝甘露

香港好的潮州菜館/酒樓挺多的,銅鑼灣潮江春是其中之一。

我喜歡潮江春的椒鹽黃魚,午市定價72元 有2條,皮炸得很香,魚肉很嫩,連魚骨也炸得脆卜卜,魚油的甘魚滿溢,是我的最愛!

去潮州菜館當然是爲了吃地地道道的潮州菜。食物不但滿分,樣樣都好食,而且抵食夾大件。滷水鵝片肉質鬆化,底下還墊了多件豆腐,大件幼滑入味;足料煎蠔烙,蠔仔大大粒又足料必食;斑腩煲 上桌時嚇我一跳, 我們四個人都食唔曬;梅菜肉碎炒菜心,香口惹味 ;只是甜品略爲失色。

滷水鵝片肉質鬆化,底下還墊了多件豆腐,大件幼滑入味;
足料煎蠔烙,蠔仔大大粒又足料必食;
斑腩煲 上桌時嚇我一跳, 我們四個人都食唔曬;
梅菜肉碎炒菜心,香口惹味 ;

只是甜品略爲失色。

久不久也會來潮江春,其實美心集團旗下的中菜水準一向都很平均。去到銅鑼灣廣場,同一座大廈有翠園及潮江春,這天想吃潮洲菜,就來了這裏。晚上人很多,如果想來就要訂枱。我們六時半到達,當時人不多,一早也訂好枱,就馬上可以坐下。離開的時候八時十五分就看到很多人在門口等候;如果可以就早一點來較好。特定的 AE 咭有六折,真是便宜;我們也是看中了這點所以來品嘗;菜式在六折之後真的很抵食,我們都吃得很開心。先來前菜,雖然無甚特別但也大堆頭,當然也是好味道。沙爹牛河是我的至愛,河粉夠香滑,牛肉也有牛味,很新鮮,絕不是雪藏貨色;味道做得甚好,讓人大有食欲,不停想吃,直至吃光為止。潮州拼盤也是一絕,個人感覺蝦蟹棗是一絕,帶子不算大粒但味道也很好,螺片則比較行貨,硬了一點,但以 HKD280 六折的價錢,我已非常滿意。鵝片拼大腸,大腸有味,不過尚算乾淨,但下次不會叫;鵝片則做得甚好,鵝很香滑,味道也一流。班腩煲服務員說不常有,真是大堆頭,很抵食;不過調味則淡了一點,水準在佳寧娜或百樂之下,但我仍然滿意,班腩很香滑,不會腥。鮑魚扣鵝掌是今晚重點菜式之一,如有六折必叫,超超超水準之作。鵝掌腍到沒有牙也能吃,我最喜

沙爹牛河是我的至愛,河粉夠香滑,牛肉也有牛味,很新鮮,絕不是雪藏貨色;味道做得甚好,讓人大有食欲,不停想吃,直至吃光為止。



潮州拼盤也是一絕,個人感覺蝦蟹棗是一絕,帶子不算大粒但味道也很好,螺片則比較行貨,硬了一點,但以 HKD280 六折的價錢,我已非常滿意。

鵝掌腍到沒有牙也能吃,我最喜歡這類型的鵝掌,但真的不會有很多間酒樓做到這種水準,全部都是硬身的,吃鵝掌吃得好像跟人博鬥,我不喜歡。

鮑魚一切就開,炆得很腍,看到酒樓下了功夫,一點也不簡單。

我再說一次,來到潮江春,這是必叫項目。

整體感覺,長期來此吃飯也不會有錯,地點又好,六折後簡直是超值,菜式選擇又多又實際。

最後一提,這裏沒有 Coke Zero,這麼大的酒樓沒有 Coke Zero,我不太明白當中邏輯何在,如有關人士看到可以檢討一下,因為這不是要花千萬才可以改到的事情,買數罐 Coke Zero 放在雪櫃即可。

當一罐可樂二十元,我們昨天三個人酒樓已經賺少了六十六元。

有機會不妨去試試,包保你不會失望而回;比起很多酒樓,美心集團的酒樓真的實際很多。

週末,微微雨。最好同屋企人飲茶。因為美心集團可以用Gulu Apps 遙距取票,所以方便得多。今天對所有點心都十分滿意,炸點香脆、蒸點夠味夠熱。尤其那個蒜茸蒸鮮魷,食完一碟再一碟
