試咗好多度唔同菜式,每一樣都好食,so far 我哋叫嘅每一樣都冇伏。
我覺得佢哋嘅炸嘢香口野特別出色,滷水都唔差,不過比較上冇咁特別。

琵琶蝦, 酥炸豆腐, 韭菜餅
椒鹽九肚魚, 豪餅,滷水鵝肝,煎蘿蔔烙,炸墨魚卷,鵝片
甜品:反沙芋,清心丸綠豆爽,清心丸薑薯,福果甜芋泥

初頭覺得呢間舖都算係老舖,知道都唔算平,但都希望試吓正宗潮州菜!雖然菜式尚算過得去,但價錢實在與服務態度不相符,太貴之餘,又漏單!知道我們不點貴海鲜開始,便不理會我們,我們叫了反沙竽,等咗成40分鐘,再見到鄰枱遲過我們order的亦已經有得食反沙竽,佢話幫我哋整緊,要再等多十分鐘,跟住再等咗15分鐘都無人跟進及回覆,於是離座,跟住去結賬,同佢講取消個反沙竽,因為等得太耐,佢話:「唔等得就取消佢囉!」無道歉之餘,態度勁悔氣!所以我們不再幫襯!

飯堂之一,每次去親呢度食飯都好有親切感,店內的待應總是熱情招待。餐前和餐後也會有功夫茶,茶熱又香濃,百喝不厭,飯後又可以消滯。乙兩個人四個餸,一碗粥,好像有點誇張半隻鹹雞,皮薄,冇肥膏,鹹香味重,肉質嫩滑普寧豆腐,熱辣辣,香噴噴,外脆內滑,沾上韭菜鹽水,減輕油膩感。🤤韭菜豬紅,每次到呢度都必定食的,豬紅大大件,最愛沙茶味重,及其口感。方魚肉碎粥,配料方魚,肉碎,芹菜都份量足,每一匙都是滿滿的料。

今晚一行四人浩浩湯湯殺入九龍城, 突然想食潮州嘢,去到老字號創發, 十點左右到,入到去見到有9成客, 老實講裝同新式潮州店冇得比, 菜式花樣亦不多 但係入到去係食懷舊,所以風味唔錯, 今晚食咗鵝片、蠔仔粥、川椒雞、反沙芋頭同水晶包, 整體水準不錯,個人推介一定要叫 叫鹵水鵝片,每次乜沒有 令人失望。 員工當然係一般老字號嘅態度, 啲熟客非常熱情生嚇就冷冰冰。 不過係試下無妨。

已經有10幾年沒有到訪,今晚應約再嚐訪老牌潮州食館,先來功夫茶大家漱潄口再等著食物上桌次序已經忘記了,不過印象深刻的就是鹵水鵝肝,所以首先介紹,非常軟滑,但鹹度頗為把鵝肝香味蒕了,雖說如此但比起很多地方已經算是中上美味潮式炸四寶,有蘿蔔絲餅,蝦卷,墨點卷之類,因為不是每一款有吃,所以又忘記了這一條是預訂了的大𩶘魚,當然很快已經剩下魚骨這一道菜又是比較特別所以介紹下,我們一般吃開的是蠔烙,水瓜烙,或是白飯魚,今次吃的是九肚魚,魚骨已拆,食得安心喔不吃韮菜的朋友就無縁品嚐了,一個充滿韮菜的粿包,很軟綿綿的外層,作為主食非常滿足
