今日一早收工, 約咗朋友到九龍城搵嘢食, 打算吃泰國菜或者麻辣菜式,行咗幾條街發現有間松記辣蟹,之前朋友介紹過都想試吓,入去問一問,老闆娘極力推介說真材實料並且新鮮,可以放心一試! 我們叫了一隻避風塘蟹和半隻沙薑雞,等了15分鐘便上菜, 一陣陣蒜香味道埋住了整隻蟹,食得出蒜蓉是新鮮炸出來的,很嘢味,味道不錯. 不過遺憾的是肉蟹的size以$988一隻的價錢來說是比較少,並且蟹肉已經出現縮水的情況,肉縮了差不多一半, 其本上都冇食過些蟹咁, 份量確實較少,這點稍為遜色。 另外沙薑雞肉質鮮嫩,有味道,吃得出事新鮮雞! 味道不錯.我這個店整體食物味道不錯, 廚師用心製作, 唯獨惜食材有點兒遜色,因為價錢真的不便宜,酒店價,況且另外還有每人$30茶芥,還有加-服務費,大排檔環境還有這收費,感覺有點不配襯,令人費解。所以光顧之前也應該考慮一下這些額外費用。

媽媽推介嚟呢度同爸爸慶祝生日私房菜嘅感覺,訂位嘅時候順便訂咗幾個餸~我地齊人坐低,老闆就拎預留的蟹出嚟俾我哋睇下,然後先拎入去煮。因為有小朋友同枱,我地就一蟹兩味薑蔥蟹蟹肉夠firm唔水,鮮味好出,食得出隻蟹係新鮮避風塘辣蟹我哋揀咗小辣,但上枱嘅時候炸蒜同辣椒cover晒成隻蟹,都有d驚好辣… 食落又唔係好辣重好惹味,會有食唔停的感覺豉椒炒蟶子醬汁的濃稠程度剛剛好,唔會漿住。椒鹽九肚魚個炸漿做得幾好,唔會有一層好厚炸粉炸完之後,九肚魚重好滑唔會乾爭爭咁蜜汁串燒鱔入口感覺甜甜地,感覺有d特別。咕嚕肉炸得恰到好處,但咕嚕肉嘅醬汁唔夠做唔到包晒成舊肉。醬汁酸甜度剛剛好唔會太酸,亦唔會太甜炸蝦餅聽老細講蝦膠係佢自己打,蝦餅食落口有鮮味。另外我哋估計加咗少少嘅墨魚膠,做到好彈牙睇返OpenRice的comment,好多都話貴但食完我就覺得呢個質素的海鮮同厨師的手勢,我就覺得好值

其實九龍城都好多嘢食,不過自己一條友食就求求其其得啦。有日經過呢度,發現佢嘅午餐好抵食!佢每個午餐都只係$45,而且有飲品,堂食仲有湯添~就入去試吓啦!入面座位唔算多,地方都比較逼夾。阿姐就好熱情咁樣叫我隨便坐低。咁我就揀咗一個有電視嘅位啦。我揀咗鹽焗雞飯,首先送上一碗例湯。今日係佛掌瓜豬骨湯,都幾甜幾濃,唔似落咗味精。杯奶茶都幾好,幼滑而且奶味茶味均勻。雖然我已經嗌咗小飯,但係個飯都係好大碟,而啲雞嘅份量誇張。依家$45係外面真係冇咩食到㗎啦,而呢度嘅雞真係好唔吝嗇咁比你食!雞飯上檯之前淋上秘製醬汁,附送嘅沙薑反而我覺得唔係好啱口味;味道唔係外面平時食開個款,所以我冇點直接食啦。雞肉厚而且都幾入味,絕對夠味唔駛再點沙薑。

雞肉厚而且都幾入味,絕對夠味唔駛再點沙薑。

期待已久的松記返嚟啦~我想老板大概都休息了約二年。~我亦都冇食到避風塘炒蟹二年啦~一知道開張, 仲吾拿拿林約埋班姊妹一齊食叫左一隻大肉蟹 ,肉質鮮味, 又夠肉,識食一定要食蔥同蒜。蜜汁燒鱔。外脆內軟。不過細骨比較多,要小心食。蠔仔餅。 真係同出邊食既好吾同。 蠔仔隻隻都有手指尾第一隻甘大。脆卜卜好正。炒麵。 看似好普通。但係一d都吾簡單。老板話麵要等到乾身先可以炒,炒出嚟先會脆。同時配埋炒蟹食剩的蔥蒜先至最正艇仔蜆湯。 個湯係超甜。 粉絲已經俾湯浸到入哂味。總結: 正,一定會再食。 新店尚未印餐牌。蟹價錢一般會比較貴 ,建議先問價再決定。老板比較熱情, 感覺好像到老朋友屋企食飯
