一開個蓋個煲仔飯好靚仔,勁香噴噴,原條臘腸咁上,無因為外賣而偷工減料!😜 但個人鍾意佢切粒煲,咁臘腸嘅油就可以流落啲飯入面就更加正!😗 排骨分量都唔少,肉質鮮嫩,同酒樓嘅蒸排骨差唔多。煲仔飯最重要係飯焦同豉油,佢個豉油甜甜哋好送飯,但飯焦就無乜..唔知係咪佢預你返屋企會加熱3分鐘先會做到飯焦效果🤨

$79 for a char siu rice may seem a bit overpriced but after trying it for myself I would say it’s worth it. Portions are on the smaller side, (though you could probably ask for 多飯)but everything is very tasty, especially the char siu, which is the star of the show. The fatty parts of the char siu enhances the overall flavour and is just the right amount. I’m normally not a fan of fatty meats and usually prefer my char siu to be lean, but the char siu here has the perfect balance of meat and fat.

昨晚初去朋友家食晚飯便別坐車去了北角買這店出名的义燒。有好多人在網上睇這店的义燒好好食。去到是4:00pm左右。我便買了半斤最貴的食神腩义燒$99, 再買了半斤梅頭义燒$79和半斤燒腩仔。真的要講講,因是第一次試,價錢比一盤的燒味店貴得多,當然應有其望,好可惜是非常失望,相信不會再食!最貴的食神腩义燒,應是好味的半肥瘦的义燒,但食下去不是半肥瘦,而是一舊肥豬糕,非常差。兩種义燒又燒得太竉,又好硬唔鬆化和乾,切得太大舊,一差差差和差!!!反而燒腩仔好得多,好味,皮過了兩個鐘還好脆口,比义燒好食好多。初二非常貴和失望的一餐!不值,大家樂的义燒還好食過!我覺如這店真是有人講得出名,那應有馬會中菜廳或利苑义燒的水準呢?希望那什麼食神廚師,真的要用心注意吓义燒的質數!要人比這貴的價錢但又差又唔好食!

最近天氣轉涼了,每次轉涼的時候總想吃大量的肉以增加體內熱能,剛剛經過北角長街的一角,看見醒神的招牌,就算時間尚早未到晚飯時候都也二話不說便闖進去了。舖頭的名字叫食神叉燒,入內即見到大大的招牌寫上黯然叉燒飯,我還大大聲的說應該與金庸先生{神雕俠侶}著作中的楊過招式,但店員立即以他專業的知識糾正我,那是……周星馳食神電影中的菜式,對不起,我不看周星馳的劇目啊,哈哈。說回食物,這個食神腩叉燒又實在真的是與眾不同,肉質十分肥美,又多肉汁,實在是沒有輸的餘地,話說回來,真的有需要看看食神了!再來一個開胃咕嚕肉,酸酸甜甜的,果真開胃啊!用來絆飯一起吃就最好不過。此外,油雞也不錯,再配生菜吸吸油就更好了,要再消化多一點,就要來個凍檸樂了。

晚餐食燒味,揀左黎食神叉燒,呢間餐廳有兩間分店,分別係沙田同北角,今日黎北角店,地鐵站行2分鐘就到,好方便。餐廳裝修幾特別。有啲簡約酒吧feel,無論牆上嘅餐牌,啤酒樽裝飾,都非常特別。食燒味有得飲啤酒?都真係好特別!今晚自己一個,呢度叫得食神叉燒,當然要試下個叉燒,於是食左個叉油雞飯。點左半肥瘦叉燒,口感唔乾又有點油脂,外面燒得甜甜,色澤又夠靚。油雞亦係好嫩滑嘅部位,上面已經有薑蔥。值得一提呢度嘅飯加入左藜麥,夠曬健康。另外跟個餐湯,係經典嘅港式湯,紅蘿蔔豬骨湯,味道濃郁又大碗。飲品揀左熱檸蜜,正正常常啦。總括黎講呢度幾有驚喜,下次可以黎試下啲啤酒。

今天中午在炮台山辦點事,就腳來了這家Chop Chop 食神叉燒吃晚餐。環境有別一般的燒味店,有一個巨型的霓虹燈招牌,裝潢有花心思,乾淨企理。餐牌選擇十分之多,有各式燒味飯,步入冬季更有時令的煲仔飯,亦有外賣優惠。黯然銷魂飯先點一客招牌的黯然銷魂飯,其實就是半肥瘦叉燒加太陽蛋,但半肥瘦叉燒的確是一絕,肥瘦相間的腩肉,蜜汁焦香腴美芳縈齒頰,肉汁豐盈,甘腴可口,加上半熟太陽蛋,蛋黃滑溜澄黃,亦呈半生熟,入口夠嫩滑,亦富蛋香,拌入粒粒分明飽滿的米飯,層次豐富。日本肥牛窩蛋煲仔飯煲仔飯即叫即做,所以要等大約二十分鐘,原個瓦煲熱辣辣上枱,火喉拿捏恰到好處,米飯甘香口感偏硬,加入微甜的煲仔飯豉油,將雞蛋與日本肥牛粒和米飯攪拌後,每一粒飯都充滿醬味蛋香。日本肥牛粒脂爽肉軟,油香豐富而牛肉味亦濃郁。凍奶茶/凍檸水最後來一杯凍奶茶,能品嚐到茶香及奶滑,十分不錯。
