因為老爸叫我去買叉燒,夜晚斬料買開就順便試下先,食個tea set 先,要個叉燒賴粉,都幾好wor,雖然偏瘦,但都幾好味,唔會因為瘦而柴口,nice 第二次去斬料時就要左個叉燒蛋toast, 麵包烘到剛剛好 個蛋就一般啦,但d叉燒都ok,幾香兩次都要左熱奶茶,無驚喜,但都唔會覺得好澀。。講返d叉燒,買返屋企果d真係幾好,除左d醬甜得黎帶香,d肉係半肥瘦,五花的,一層一層的,好靚但如果健康人士就唔好了,雖然話五花,但一層層咁切返d肥出黎都係麻煩。。。

黯然义燒飯之由來是一部電影「食神」,當其時眾所皆知是由一名厨師坐鎮做顧問。電影之後多了好多茶餐廳,飯店紛紛仿效售賣黯然义燒飯。始終呢間是最啱我心水。秋風起食臘味,我話加多一個煲仔飯就更加完美啦!黯然銷魂煲仔飯 + 臘腸製作需時,等了二十分鐘左右,熱辣辣的煲仔上枱了。煲蓋打開即飄來飯香。义燒少少肥,帶出脂香,肉質軟熟。重點在於「初生蛋」,味道鮮美!混入少許秘製伴飯醬油,無得輸!食後成個人暖笠笠,最合時宜。

製作需時,等了二十分鐘左右,熱辣辣的煲仔上枱了。煲蓋打開即飄來飯香。
义燒少少肥,帶出脂香,肉質軟熟。
重點在於「初生蛋」,味道鮮美!
混入少許秘製伴飯醬油,無得輸!

食神叉燒其實之前已經好出名,之前都慕名黎食左佢個黯然銷魂飯。今日再次蒞臨發現佢而家多左個滋味二人套餐,價錢非常抵。叉燒白切雞 雙拼其實净係望個色澤就知係靚啦。梅頭叉燒玫瑰露味非常突出, 而且肉質唔肥又唔柴;白切雞嫩滑多汁。蝦仁炒蛋呢個蝦仁炒蛋應該叫蝦仁炒滑蛋,第一次食滑蛋+蝦仁呢個配搭,蛋同蝦嫩到好似滑入你個口入面咁,滑蛋食到有淡淡既奶味,幾好食。啫啫唐生菜單食有少少咸,但食落都爽口既,配飯一流。仲有2碗例湯,都足料唔差嫁。食物黎得好快,服務人員態度又好好,真係值得再黎!

蝦仁炒蛋
蛋炒得好嫩滑,熟度剛剛好,d蛋係一塊塊,唔會炒到散曬,而且呢度嘅蛋係選用本地初生蛋,所以特別好食,蝦仁大隻又彈牙,好足料又有水準!

呢度嘅招牌叉燒係分五個時段出爐,所用嘅係梅頭肉,所以肥肉唔多,外皮燒得香脆又有光澤,內裏肉質頗軟腍,唔會燒得太耐而變得又硬又實,味道有淡淡燒香味同蜜汁嘅甜!切雞皮薄肉多,幾有雞肉嘅鮮味!

之前喺網上見到chopchop食神叉燒喺砲台山幾出名,所以今次就黎食下佢個叉燒,見到有個食神叉燒滋味2人套餐,背燒味雙拼包括,梅頭叉燒同埋切雞, 有個秘製嘅叉燒醬, 配埋一選食更惹味,叉燒有燶邊, 口感超正! 有啲炭燒嘅香,肉質半肥瘦恰到好處!雞件幾有雞既香味蝦仁炒蛋, 炒蛋炒到好嫩滑入口綿綿細緻! 蝦亦都爽口彈牙!而且份量超大份!幾有質數。者者唐生菜超級惹味,咸魚肉碎炒到好香!送飯食一流。 total$168,都幾足料抵食!另外再叫咗個鹹檸樂! 非常消暑解渴。

呢間其實睇左好多次但價錢望落太貴 然後調頭走左😆🙈今日見佢人少少 走去買左個外賣其實俾錢個刻都仲覺得少貴🥺🥺但買完返黎食過就覺得正!今次食左🍽:叉燒炒蛋飯.原來飯有藜麥 令成個口感豐富好多😋😋叉燒炒蛋又係一開始以為幾普通但係食落去蛋好滑鹹得黎係吸引你一路食落去 而唔係過鹹叉燒亦都唔錯 因為我鍾意瘦叉多過肥叉不過我就係幸運 雞蛋有蛋殼😅我份量就啱啱好,但如果係男仔可能唔夠食?不過,食落係有驚喜嘅😋😋

相信大家睇完唔識嗰套戲之後會對入面嗰個暗然銷魂飯有個好深刻嘅回憶,已喺炮台山就真係有一個位可以一嘗還原一下個碗飯嘅味道叫得食神叉燒當然內有乾坤,除咗平時叉燒會用到嘅梅頭之外亦都會有一個更好嘅選擇就係用梅腩肉,入口就跟鬆軟有彈性。咁呢一次就食咗個二人套餐,首先主角就當然係燒味雙拼入面當然唔可以缺少嘅就係呢一度招牌嘅叉燒,色澤上已經睇到火候十足,愛面嘅邊有焦香嘅氣味,咬落去唔韌,本身包裹着嘅龍口蜜汁配埋飯食就絕對一流,另外亦都有蔥油雞作配搭,鮮味亦都十足可以配蔥油之外再點下叉燒嘅物質都零瀉滋味。另外亦都會有煲仔蝦乾生菜,聽落去睇落去好似好簡單,但食落去先知難道為在於如何令生菜係濕嘅情況依然保持爽脆,煲底嘅蝦乾同豬肉粒用嚟配飯當然非常之夾。最後當然唔少得選用日本初生蛋炮製嘅招牌蝦仁炒蛋,初生蛋最特別之處就係入口嫰滑好多,唔容易出現鞋嘅情況,喺香港的確比較罕見,由此真係睇得出間餐廳對食材嘅要求真係好似食神咁樣咁嚴格。
