一向喜歡吃烤魚,這天朋友帶我來這餐廳,說她之前吃過覺得好吃,於是就帶我來試一試,我們在太子探望貓店長後過來,餐廳位於太子和深水埗中間,由太子行過來也很方便。 烤江豚魚特濃蕃茄($318): 本身想吃辣的,但又覺得蕃茄比較清新和特別,所以想試一試,江豚魚基本上大骨為主,很容易吃,啖啖肉,又大條,蕃茄湯底更能吃到魚的鮮甜味,我獨立盛了碗蕃茄湯來喝,酸甜適中,茄味濃郁。配菜方面亦冬瓜和豆卜,吸收了滿滿蕃茄湯很滋味。 錫紙燒花蜆($59): 本來用錫紙封好的花蜆,職員上枱時就會介開錫紙給我們享用,亦會用像爐具的餐具,裡邊點火盛著,保持溫度之餘亦很美觀。花蜆份量多,肉質肥美,經過錫紙包烤後保留了原有的風味,同時帶有燒烤香氣,滿滿的蒜非常香口,帶有微辣更惹味。串燒雞中翼($39): 雞翼一串有兩隻,有孜然粉調味很香,烤過後表面焦脆,內部依然保持多汁鮮嫩。 自家製羅漢果雪梨菊花茶拼冰粉($25): 這個飲品清涼解暑。羅漢果帶有淡淡的甜味,令涼茶口味的飲品也不苦,亦可清熱,再加上冰粉,口感清新爽滑,非常適合吃燒烤時飲用。 值得讚一讚的地方是,看見每當有客人吃完離座後,職員都非常細心和認真地清潔枱面,非常注重衞生,令客人吃得很放心。而且環境舒適,坐位闊落。 continue reading
