其實平時真系好少食烤魚酸菜魚,朋友特地帶我深水埗出名又可以食特別嘅魚,餐廳裝修整齊企理幾現代化。烤鴨咀魚一上枱真系一條鴨嘴魚,魚好長好得意,魚咀比鴨還要大,肉質都比較爽口和結實,咬感幾好,加上青藤椒有少少麻辣味道變得香口甜美,骨膠原相當豐富而且好多肉,另加了紅薯粉,浸在火鍋內紅薯粉黏黏煙靭好特別。蒜香烤生蠔(6只)首先講size系超巨型,而蒜香味濃厚,生蠔滑溜新鮮。蒜香燒茄子味道濃厚,茄子已經炆腍,大量蒜蓉蒜香汁味道滲透出來。泡椒魚皮魚皮切得粗身大條,帶微辣感覺而爽口,跟洋蔥一起吃很開胃。雞皮餃子(4只)這裡雞皮餃子外型有點似春卷,我喜歡雞皮薄薄已包著雞肉在餃子內,煎至金黃色好脆口。串燒組合雞中翼/2串(小辣)、厚切牛脷/2串、黑豚五花腩/2串、墨魚丸/2串、脆皮芝士腸/2串串燒全部都少辣,口味適中,燒得均勻,都是四川風味。墨魚丸蛋呀,五花腩肥瘦均勻。阿膠黑糖姜棗不是茶包,清楚看見大大粒紅棗杞子,份量足夠兩個人。
