有兩款烤魚揀,我哋揀咗酸菜豆腐青花椒烤魚。材料有烤魚、酸菜、豆芽同埋豆腐。我哋自己另外叫咗萵筍(+$18)同埋嫩牛肉(+$38)。我哋自己另外叫咗萵筍同埋嫩牛肉。烤魚表皮烤到微微焦黃,入面魚肉非常嫩滑,淡淡魚香;豆腐都幾多塊,偏薄身,口感同樣滑嫩;萵筍偏薄,都幾多塊;嫩牛肉清爽鮮嫩,肉咪濃烈,唔會有種冰鮮嘅味。整體偏向微酸辣,幾適合香港人口味~

回鍋肉幾好食,質感細嫩,肥而不膩,味道唔會過鹹,好啱用嚟送飯。肉同埋韭菜份量都算多。整體微辣,幾香豆豉味!

價格比起大部分連鎖店都要親民有不同的套餐選擇之餘 單點也不貴當天留意到很多客大都是講普通話的街坊看來味道頗正宗的🔹️ 金湯酸菜魚 $228想著$228的份量應該還好吧沒想到份量竟然這麼多(足夠3-4人單吃)不誇張 真的滿滿的魚片 一直吃都還有這裡用的是鱸魚片 魚味很重魚片厚身也帶有少許魚片 口感更好除了魚片外 還自帶些寬粉、 萵筍片和大量芽菜另外值得一讚的是 同行朋友不太能吃辣店員很貼心幫我們把酸菜魚走辣走辣後湯底的麻感還在 很過癮🔹️ 葱油煎餅 $46不像上海那種裡面佈滿鮮葱這裡的外皮煎得非常乾身和香脆而葱味已經很好的融合在整塊餅裡裡面有點像饅頭的口感 有麵粉香和彈性這道讓人覺得驚喜🔹️ 手工紅糖糍粑 $46我每次吃川菜都會點紅糖糍粑但真的不是每一家都做得好這裡的糍粑外面做得很乾身粉和紅糖醬的比例剛好裡面軟軟糯糯的 很好吃🔹️ 熊貓冰粉 $32看外表就覺得超可愛了熊貓其實是綿花糖(有點甜)意外的是它家的冰粉調味屬於偏重口味的有我愛的濃濃黑糖味配上各種花生碎及果粒好吃之餘冰冰涼涼也非常解膩和解辣

這裡的外皮煎得非常乾身和香脆
而葱味已經很好的融合在整塊餅裡
