薑蒽炒蟹:

今日約左HONEY入西貢食海鮮晚宴...

6:30去到全記...已經見到有幾個人在門口等位...

不過2人枱...冇辦法la...都唔可以咁高要求...!!

我地點溫馨世界2人餐...有4海鮮+1碟菜+糖水 ($348全包)

海鮮方面, 我地揀左:
1) 芝士焗龍蝦(伊麵底)
- 份量ok, d龍蝦都好肥美, 但唔夠芝士汁...不過最大問題係碟海鮮係微溫的!! (好似

2) 清蒸海上鮮
- 魚唔係好大條, 2人食剛剛好...味道OK LA!!

3) 香蒜椒鹽游水墨魚
- 好普通, 坦白講...廟街的椒鹽魷魚好食D...

4) 薑蒽炒蟹
- 有2隻蟹仔, 味道OK, 但冇乜肉

菜我地就揀左西蘭花...都係冇乜特別...

不過值得一提的是甜品, 是日甜品係薏米水...
我地食左2,3啖後就放棄左了~!! 因為實在是太甜了~!! 係名符其實的「糖水」...


講完野食, 講下服務同環境...
因為我地坐個位o係CASHIER旁邊的行人通道...
成日都有D員工行黎行去....每次都好驚會撞跌D餸...(太多餸而張枱唔夠大)
另外, CASHIER位有個桶係裝污糟碟的...但D員工不夠溫柔...放碟時總會整到好嘈...有點破壞氣氛!!


睇返成篇食評...好似全部都係踩咁...

不過呢個價錢能夠食到咁多海鮮...都算幾抵食!! 實在不能要求太多呢~!!
所以總括而言, 都OK LA~!!

下次食海鮮都係去返萬年街分店算啦~~WAKAKA~~^^

可能我地比較早到 星期五 人唔算多
經過一輪爭執之後 決定唔坐樓上而坐海邊
其實入西貢食海鮮 唔多唔少都因為個氣氛

I had friends in town so we decided to go to Saikung for seafood. 所以這道菜上桌,我第一件事便是掏一匙滿滿的蛋白放進口裏~~~
很滿足唷~~~蛋就是一樣這麼特別的材料,無論與甚麼食材也配搭得來~~~
說回這道菜的配角 --- 蟹,蟹肉很鮮甜~~~
而且很爽,不會有霉的感覺~~~證明很新鮮~~~

海膽炒飯
這道海膽炒飯用了一板香港養的海膽~~~
所以每口飯也是充滿海膽,吃得超滿足~~~
很確切的感受到我吃了很多海膽~~~

這頓海鮮餐吃得很滿足~~~

今日同老公兩個人入來西貢, 決定試吓海鮮, 揀了頗出名的全記, 由於好晏才食完lunch, 所以吾係太餓, 只叫了:1. 豉椒炒聖旨4隻, $96, 煮功$392. 薑葱蟹2隻, $160, 煮功$393. 豉椒炒蜆, 斤幾, 好似$40, 煮功39基本上聖旨和炒蜆的"汁"是一樣, 幾惹味, 小小辣, 食到有獲氣, 但聖旨肥美啲,,好食過炒蜆, 至於蟹都好食, 但葱吾夠多服務ok嘅, 加水, 換碟也快埋單$436, okok

清蒸大青斑:蒸得剛剛熟,很鮮嫩,不錯。

椒鹽花枝:薄薄粉漿包著花枝片,炸得非常香口,配以淡淡椒鹽,非常好吃。

辣酒煮花螺:表面看似很辣,但煮得不夠入味,酒味辣味皆不足。

蒜蓉西蘭花:做到應有的水準吧。

食物整體質素不錯,但論到較為出色,套餐就只有蟶子,反而另加的瀨尿蝦和花枝更勝一籌。價錢亦不算很高,一試無妨吧。

好多酒家都唔會同我跟啦!還會好心同我講一句咩!

以前去過"興記",本來今次都要去,因為菜色選擇較多,但想換"全記"試試.因為想看風景,侍應推介坐天台. 景色很好,又能吹風.我地叫左二人套餐,HK$239,2支啤酒(一支好似$30)!炸花枝沒有很酥,芝士焗龍蝦伊麵都係"興記"好味,因為醬汁吃不出來有忌廉or芝士! 扇貝有4隻,幾好~因為隔離台兩個印度人可能係單點,只有2隻.其他味道都OK!不過下次都係想去"興記",因為菜色較多!但呢間最好0既係...廁所很乾淨!
