呢日約咗朋友食海鮮 去西貢!想出去享受吓食少少,但係又唔想太貴就嚟咗呢間 我諗應該冇勝記 同六福咁貴嚟嗰時見到咁多劣評都冇太大期望點知個服務同埋食物質素都唔錯喎 燒味拼盤中同埋例牌,唔知其實係咪真係有分別? 唔算特別好味不過有啲嘢落肚燒肉就幾好味個皮好脆!下先發現原來冇雞 叉燒瘦瘦哋我幾鍾意 海蜇最好味 爽口 燒鵝都麻麻哋滷水牛腱幾好味,切得好薄上枱好靚 佢執鞭個汁好好味揀咗個鐘嘅燒味拼盤同埋$118嘅滷水牛腱走落去揀海鮮白灼中蝦 $228一斤 幾先甜好味唔算太大隻 不過味道好好新鮮好容易搣殼果皮蒸鮑魚$288一斤四隻270 加工費唔記得咗呢個係全場最好味 不嬲都覺得鮑魚麻麻哋好食嘅我發覺佢火候啱啱好同埋夠新鮮嘅話係呀咁好味 陳皮都好好味,帶出鮑魚嘅單未 簡單嘅菜式,好正油鹽水浸花甲肉好肥厚 椒鹽炒蟶子就普通少少,聖子爽口,但係有啲瘦東升斑都好正好好味,不過整得有啲熟得滯加咗幾個菜,上湯浸加$10好甜啲最後有碗好好味嘅紅豆沙餸,好舊起沙而且陳皮味香完美嘅句號,同埋我覺得呢度嘅阿姐好有時同親切 continue reading

琴日啊仔一歲生日,見返深圳咁多人,諗住留港消費,去西貢食海鮮。點知食到一肚氣!之前食過海鮮套餐中曬伏,諗住今次揀海鮮會好D,都係中伏。貴不但之,仲要整得唔好食。我叫左一飯澳龍整伊麵,個伊麵芝士多過D面,食落成口芝士。清蒸南非鮑魚,鮑魚洗得唔乾淨。椒鹽瀨尿蝦,變咗油浸瀨尿蝦,勁多油。薑蔥炒蟹,不過不失。仲有半隻燒鵝同一碟炸豆腐。5大人,2個小朋友,一個一歲,一個四歲,埋單$4000。返深圳一圍都食到。仲有當晚都唔係多人,完全唔夠,無人換碟,攞多張濕紙巾,好似攞嗰佢錢咁。啲菜未食完就收碟,趕住收工。員工全程黑面。難怪冇人嚟香港消費。 continue reading

放假除了離島,最常去的就是西貢,一落車就打算先去餐廳食左海鮮先,再四圍走走跳跳。隨意地選擇了一間海鮮餐廳,不用排隊可以直入坐低,一坐低會送上花生同魚仔,二樓地方闊落光猛。同朋友選擇了$298/位 二人餐,可以包自選4款海鮮,分別試了以下的海鮮:特濃芝士焗龍蝦 (+$40變開邊龍蝦)如果不加錢,龍蝦肉會碎上,同朋友想食啖啖肉的龍蝦肉,所有決定加錢,每個人有半隻龍蝦。龍蝦肉新鮮彈牙,加上濃郁的芝士汁,十分惹味,底下是伊麵底,伊麵掛滿了芝士汁,很美味。薑蔥炒蟹炒蟹用了肉蟹,所以有不少的蟹肉,蟹肉鮮味,啖啖肉,蟹鉗都大大隻,份量足。加上香氣十足的薑蔥爆香,味道出色,調味剛剛好。蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝一人一隻蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,味道鮮甜,扇貝上面鋪了粉絲同惹味的蒜蓉 ,扇貝不會過老,加上豉油汁,是不錯的選擇。椒鹽鮮魷椒鹽鮮魷是龍蝦以外最喜歡的,魷魚口感彈牙,有一定厚度,炸粉薄身,不會有油感,加上惹味的椒鹽,很香口,非常推薦。另外跟餐送了清炒小白菜同紅豆沙,兩樣就正正常常。茶位$20/位二樓景色不錯,海鮮新鮮,值得一試。 continue reading
