又是去迪士尼玩的一個週末了。這一次,不想留到睇埋煙花才回家了。早一點,車了老人家回大埔,就決定去大埔中心那一帶搵地方買外賣。我把車停在最多餐廳的大埔廣場對面,頓時已經發現有間門口堆滿人的餐廳。上前一望,原來是一間名叫《竺扶大班燒味》的燒臘餐廳。咁就啱晒啦,斬兩盒燒味飯,同小朋友分。這《竺扶大班燒味》原來有一個口號。是 "燒味之魂、肉罷不能"。感覺上,好似好威水咁,這也令我同阿仔都期待著,一陣拿到的飯盒,會唔會真係 "欲罷不能" ,超級好食的呢? 回到家,我先開這一盒叉鵝飯。有正宗梅頭肉既叉燒已經係這一間燒臘飯店的致勝之處。鵝肉方面,皮脆已經是開心的一件事。味道香,肉厚,就是好食的最基本,而且他們做到了,亦超越左我地既期望。另一份是叉燒燒肉飯。叉燒掂已經不用再多講。而燒肉是一份好完美的五花腩肉,肉質更可以用層次分明來形容。當然,燒肉的皮是脆得很。絕對是一個令人滿意的飯盒。外賣一試,已經令我們感到非常之滿意。當日,堂食座無虛席,外賣的人也包圍著這一只有兩間分店的燒臘飯店。看看有沒有機會找一天來堂食 (或許到灣仔店),再報導多一次。

上網睇咗好多評論都話呢間燒味好食,但當時只有灣仔分店,住新界的我因為太遠,所以冇機會去。但係佢竟然喺大埔開咗分店,路程近咗所以就梗係去試下啦。去到見到都有幾多人排隊買外賣,大家都是買燒味。燒味有得揀雙併,我揀咗叉燒燒腩仔雙併。價錢都唔平,尤其係乳豬或者燒鵝嘅雙併。我買咗嘅叉燒半肥瘦,少少 燶邊,又淋。食得出用咗靚豬肉,好好食 值得一試。相反,燒腩仔一般質素。亦有啲太咸。見到店舖重點宣傳燒味係燒鵝,有機會都想試吓。
