文迪搬到了這邊工作, 是晚還是我第一次過來, 就在這邊晚飯吧. 揀的, 還是之前吃過的店子. 上一次來吃, 好像已經是好久之前了.金牌乳鴿 $48: 7分, 先來的就是乳鴿, 剛炸起, 當然是熱辣辣, 皮夠脆, 不過肉質就不夠嫩滑, 實了點. 感覺上好像從前好吃點.蒜蓉炒西蘭花 $48: 5分, 西蘭花炒得老了, 也偏油, 或者這就是大排檔的風味?招牌雞粥 $28: 5分, 雖然是招牌, 但其實水準一般, 粥還粥, 雞還雞, 粥沒有甚麼味道, 雞肉也是骨為主.脆皮炸豆腐 $38: 8分, 全晚最好吃的是這個脆皮炸豆腐, 炸得香脆, 豆腐夠滑, 不用點醬汁已經好惹味.竹蔗茅根水 $15: 6分, 一渣$15, 其實都相當抵飲, 但實在太甜, 受不了那份甜味.六點幾來到, 人客不太多, 不知入夜後這裡還是否那麼熱鬧呢?

四天的復活節假期的最後一天,女朋友入沙田約我逛街,去完文化博物館後便入火炭吃大排檔,記得上次我和一個弟兄食過津津,感覺不錯,便再次踏足該大排檔。招牌的乳鴿和雞粥當然不可少,另外點了炸豆腐、腐乳炒通菜和斑腩煲。除了乳鴿和雞粥仍然保持水準外,其餘菜式都係不過不失,除了炸豆腐較好吃(點了酸汁,較少這樣做法)外,其餘都係味道麻麻。服務方面,明顯比我上次去的時候差了,尤其斑腩煲要多次催單才上菜,這讓我倆對這間大排檔的印象真的大排折扣。總而言之,即使招牌菜做得好,其餘菜式若果未能有好的水準,都難以吸引顧客再次光顧。

首先真係要講下碟瀨尿蝦,成隻手板咁大,炸完之後,d肉仲係好鮮甜,同去流浮山差唔多,個個都食到好開心!

除此之外,一定要每人一隻乳鴿啦,最緊要記得唔好斬件,成隻撕黎食,唔多油,又夠晒香口!

3,啫啫雞煲---個汁無乜味,零鑊氣,其中一個朋友食食下話個煲入面有魚,但原來唔係魚,係其中一件雞,咁大家可以想像下佢d雞有幾唔入味同d肉質係有幾差,最重要既係個汁都開得好差好差,我未試過食啫啫雞煲食到有一舊一舊生粉團係入面,唉

4,蝦干粉絲娃娃菜煲---上湯烚娃娃菜,無可能會難食,即係全晚最好食
5,魷魚蒸粉絲---好多好多蒜,所以未必個個受到果陣蒜味,我比較唔好彩,食粉絲果陣食到一大口未溶既鹽

6,炸大腸---即係相入面果大碟花生,呢個幾好味,唔會炸得太乾,

一行7人一到食一到鬧,一到話好難食好難食
根本樣樣野都整得好求其,自己買野返屋企煮仲好味過佢
上到黎見到咁多笑樣都覺得好不可思義

埋單$4xx,但大家都食得唔開心囉,即刻過大圍食糖水自我補償

十年前還是中大人時, 聚會都選在這裡, 貪近加平靚正, 十年後舊地重遊, 今非昔比, 雞粥, 實在名過其實, 似雞加白粥, 仲要係唔綿的白粥乳鴿, 唔脆, 肉質好"鞋", 求期邊間都好食過佢.....炸糖心蕃薯, 粉漿厚過塊蕃薯, 勁多油...是油淋淋版的天富羅, 難食.炒蜆, 全無鑊氣, 似一早炒好, 等客叫雜菜煲及西寧雞, 係全場最正常的.而由於係我發起話要食津津的, 我覺得唔好意思, 簡直係無好介紹我們4位, 都覺得點解津津咁多食客, 實在係一個謎, 而網上, 係好多人彈的時候, 又離奇地好多人激讚...其實佢價錢貴過酒樓, 食品質素卻大退步, 除了懷舊外, 我找不到任何理由, 要再番轉頭幫襯

因為我的兄弟好友生日,適逢往來調景嶺至沙田火炭的巴士線798通車不久,我們決定一齊由調景嶺搭巴士直入火炭食晚飯,和他慶祝。或許是有新線直入火炭,也見到有些是因而專程入火炭吃大排檔的!言歸正傳,我們當晚叫了:沙田雞粥乳鴿:chopstick;琵琶豆腐避風塘式豆腐青檸冰(每人一杯)去大排檔吃是吃它的風味,這間當然做得到!尤其欣賞:雞粥:新鮮即製,雞件又沒有平時吃的雪味;雖然我不太喜歡太多蔥,但始終是曾經陪過我在沙田的日子的風味琵琶豆腐:這道菜與許多大排檔吃的不同,是落了蛋白草菇打成的獻的,多了一種清爽的味道!沙田以大排檔美食聞名,津津可謂發揚這個美食文化的中堅份子!有機會想再去和一大群朋友擦餐勁!

行完沙田一田百貨,朋友們一致提出去大排檔食晚飯.其中一個朋友話火炭大排檔幾好食~二話不說即時飛的士第一次去,見三間鋪面都有霓虹光管招牌,都唔知邊間好,問朋友想食乜,齊說乳鴿就自然選擇去津津招牌雞粥~粥夠綿,雞夠滑,粥面有少少雞油金牌乳鴿~乳鴿有有少少炸過火津津煎蠔烙~我朋友食左後大讚好味,不過我就覺得唔夠蠔仔肉椒鹽豆腐拼雞軟骨~好味呀,當然椒鹽系列配冰凍啤酒一流呀脆皮豆腐~是老闆娘介紹,佢話食E個豆腐一定要點西檸汁,照跟之下真係好食好多~正呀老闆娘私家炮製吉列豬扒配特製wasabi沙律醬~老闆娘同我地講話想我地試下佢地自已研製炸豬扒,當時我其實好飽,所以婉拒,但係佢轉頭就拎左出黎,話真係想我地比D意見,仲話係送唔收錢添超讚呀,可能之前我同佢講話炸乳鴿過火得滯,佢好似連鑊油都換埋,炸得恰到,外脆內嫩,沙律醬混合wasabi,點後入口有辛辣但係有沙律醬中和味覺,真係好食我對E間大排檔有好感,相信不久我會再來,希望下次老闆娘認得我並繼續研發D好味既菜式
