其實係沙田多年,食咗咁多年津津。每次都更失望。今日因為一d事係火炭。就再去睇下有無改善。叫咗雞粥小窩,炒面,大腸,炸豆腐,西蘭花牛肉。雞粥依然無雞味。聽佢講叫細窩話一人有兩碗,點知一人碗半唔夠食。炒面,d燶咗的面碎都上碟,仲要放係面。大腸,炸到乾晒的又有,有d成塊肥糕又有。炸豆腐不過不失,但我覺得大圍油站強記的香d。西蘭花牛肉,d牛肉好難搵到間比佢做得更差的,又鞋又咸。三個人食,三百五。仲衰過茶餐廳。

the curry beef brisket pot was very nice. HK style curry with beef brisket, beef tendons, and potatoes. the potatoes was so soft it literally melts in your month. the tendon was also very soft and the thick curry was excellent for mixing with rice.

After visiting my old client in Wah Lok Industrial Building, we walked to this traditional food which is one of the restaurant I want to try during these years.It was 2:45pm when we arrived.  The waiter said that the lunch set is still available even thought that supposed to be the time for afternoon tea food.  I ordered a sweet & sour pork rice set (around HK$35) with hot milk tea.  If I'm asked to rank this sweet & sour pork set, I'm sure I will give a relatively high score (9/10) to this rest

If I'm asked to rank this sweet & sour pork set, I'm sure I will give a relatively high score (9/10) to this restaurant.  However, both the rice and the milk tea are average score of 6/10 because of the low temperature of rice and poor texture of milk tea.

If you walk by this area, I suggest you to try the sweet & sour pork.  And my advice is that Lunch set is the best deal.

全晚最愛! 炒麵炒得夠乾身, 可以吃得出大排檔出品應有的鑊氣.
麵條是銀絲麵, 幼身而彈牙爽脆, 帶有點點的鹼水味, 但很易接受, 這些鹼水味反而帶有點點懷舊的味道, 我很喜歡. 另有大量芝麻, 芽菜, 蔥等配料, 惹味非常. $45一大碟簡直是物有所值!

估唔到LUNCH $44既餐,都可以ORDER油鹽水浸沙猛魚,實在霸氣~叫左之後等左接近15分鐘先有得食,看份量和心思就知道值得等待~魚肉係經過炸既處理,但係又唔會好硬,油鹽水經魚肉和勝瓜浸過後既有胡椒味,亦有魚肉清甜.也有粉絲把湯吸盡~美味無極限.缺點係沙猛魚既骨都唔算好少,如果可以有九肚魚就正了!

估唔到LUNCH $44既餐,都可以ORDER油鹽水浸沙猛魚,實在霸氣~

叫左之後等左接近15分鐘先有得食,看份量和心思就知道值得等待~魚肉係經過炸既處理,但係又唔會好硬,油鹽水經魚肉和勝瓜浸過後既有胡椒味,亦有魚肉清甜.也有粉絲把湯吸盡~美味無極限.缺點係沙猛魚既骨都唔算好少,如果可以有九肚魚就正了!

由於入了馬場,於是就近的美食就是津津了,很久也沒有去過這樣有風味的大牌檔了,大的膠茶壺,摺凳,坐在一個路面不平的位置,旁邊是花槽.看見餐牌就點了最有名的乳鴿和雞粥還有雞油豆苗.乳鴿入味而肉鮮甜肥美,雞粥夠哂熱,入口綿綿又不太咸.叫豆苗是因為價錢與其他油菜價錢相若,所以點了,想不到份量也有很多,很好可以再去.

之前和的士司機傾計時,知悉正宗沙田雞粥除了大圍外,還有火炭的這些大排檔。今天因為要拿陶瓷,又腸胃炎,所以決定到此吃粥。一式三間也不知司機說是那一間,就去最近那間吧。去了津津,出單卻是錦記。主打雞粥,$35,雞胸比較多,所以不算太滑,我個人喜歡帶骨雞件。之前在街沒有吃過像樣的雞粥,包括大圍那間,可能現在沒有新鮮雞而且用料又慳。這間雖也不算好吃得要推介,但起碼雞件多,粥底有少少雞味。另外叫了乳鴿,$65。乳鴒肉酥骨軟,一直吃,咀邊一直流汁。唯一要彈的是皮不夠脆身。再點了一個例湯,免費的。上桌卻非常大碗。青紅蘿白豬骨湯,例湯就不說火喉了,最緊要夠味精。這裡例湯足味,喝了一碗又一碗,比雞粥還要好!加一支大樽可樂,都只是$7,大排檔很抵吃啊,而且環境也算乾淨。也說是到火炭的一個好選擇。
