豆豉靚魚油麥菜 - 非常油 太大碟

唯一應該讚的就是門口可以泊車 好方便
而且價錢非常公道
雖然沒有什麼服務可言 但幫我們落單的叔叔還是幾好笑容的

平日聽說經常滿座,個個每枱都必食鴿既關係,朋友已經預先打左電話預約定位同bb鴿,到晚上就到達全仔路都係枱都幾跨張,留意到每枱多數有一碟鴿,當然我地都唔例外碟bb鴿一黎到陣陣既香味傳入鼻內....人人一隻,連寶寶都食食得晒成隻bb鴿當食晒鴿先好叫小菜,雜菜煲都ok既炒飯幾好味邪惡外脆內軟既炸大腸,好野味超歡食大腸既朋友食唔停口油麥菜炒得都幾香口炒蜆同平時食開差不多既不過食度蜆都大隻炸豆腐同雞軟骨做到好脆又係外脆內軟,加埋白飯食都好味食某店雞粥就食得多,依度做得幾好,起碼唔太多油係面頭,雞都係咸左既雞煲出黎清得黎有雞味Bb鴿真係必食,因實在太新鮮熱上

大排檔係香港人嘅集體回憶之一,而且細細個成日都話入沙田食雞粥,已經成為香港人嘅口頭禪!今次一大班人約咗去呢間大排檔聚會,當然第一件事係叫呢度嘅馳名雞🐔粥,入口有米香又軟綿綿,而且用新鮮雞,好快成窩已經清左!第二樣叫嘅就係炸乳鴿,乳鴿皮脆鮮嫩,一人一隻都唔嫌多,雖然我唔識食乳鴿頭,但係我朋友話啲乳鴿頭整得好香脆又有鹹香!之後我哋叫咗一啲鑊氣嘅食物,辣汁炒蜆和咕嚕肉係我嘅至愛,蜆肉肥,沒有沙,唔係好辣但係好野未,咕嚕肉炸得好香脆,肉質嫩,但係如果用新鮮菠蘿就更加好啦!雞蛋焗魚腸是另一個懷舊餸菜,不過我就唔係好識欣賞啦,因為我成日都覺得啲魚腸好污糟,不過我啲朋友話呢個餸焗到好香,而且又冇腥味,魚腸洗得好乾淨!另外腐乳炒通菜啲炒工炒得唔錯,啲菜都好嫩口,好香腐乳味,總括嚟講呢間大排檔整嘅食物都好有鑊氣,雖然現場環境就唔係太衛生,不過始終係大排檔一定係咁㗎啦,間中做下麻甩佬都唔錯啊!一面隊啤酒豪氣下!

相隔一月,,整理照片時,記起幫襯過這間大排檔,心血來潮補寫文章。因為此食店是我特登行由火炭火車站行進去的。由進坐到點菜,食品質素都到很好,最初6:00左右到該店食飯,男伙記人少時好聲好氣。叫老闆前老闆後,食品亦很好吃,粥、乳鴿、豆腐。以為香港還有少數好餐廳,想再次推薦給友人。由於店鋪開始多人,不想懶死不走。 臨走時,外於不想浪費食品。正想通知男伙記幫忙拿膠袋和外賣膠盒打包。最後走時就一肚氣。最後被女的帶位攪到該店down grade , 她很積極幫我們叫走男伙記,說自己幫忙她會處理。最後自己什麼都記不起。多次催促後,才叫剛才那位男伙記拿兩個外賣盒,但又沒吩咐拿膠袋。最後她賬單寫多了3塊並反著單。順道迫我埋單, 由於我沒有膠袋,固然要詢問一下櫃位,她只給了兩個盒,但寫了三塊。最後她拿了膠袋給我,這就是那一元了,像很聰明的,並像取了甜頭似的。簡簡單單攪到那麼複雜化,對客人心情又有影響。最後不是錢的問題,我都沒沒有找回所有零錢。我不會推薦給朋友亦不會再幫襯。婉惜是有如此好的廚師,如此好的男伙記,被一粒屎壞了一鍋津津雞粥!那種工作態度去到那裡都只能做二打六!

還記得讀書的時候,家人帶我去火炭吃津津大排檔,當時覺得環境很特別,食物富特色。事隔多年,再去這老地方品嚐在腦海中的味道,感覺依然,多年來的環境沒有什麼大變遷,門口總是有一個服務員在招客。今次點了幾隻乳鴿和豉椒炒蜆,乳鴿可選擇原隻上或斬件,乳鴿炸得香脆肉嫩,肉質入味,無需蘸椒鹽和喼汁;豉椒炒蜆鑊氣十足,蜆肉嫩滑,配上啤酒一流。而且,價錢相比酒樓便宜一點,分量亦算大,搵位容易,大夥兒聚會,不妨去試試。

今日咁啱嚟開附近嘅工業大廈買嘢,又咁難得過開嚟火炭,當然要嚟幫襯下Lee間大排檔"津津"啦,上一次嚟食已經係好多年前lu,舊式大排檔經已買小見小,講懷舊就真係無得講有幾乾淨唔乾淨架啦,最重要係講風味。金牌孔鴿:啱啱炸起,香氣迫人,一開始就掛住食,一人一對筷子襯熱搶住食,忘記咗影返張相,講到食,除咗皮夠脆之外,佢比BB鴿更多肉,真係好正架!椒鹽白飯魚:香口嘢,炸粉唔算多,白飯魚大大條,真係好耐無係大排檔食過啦,停唔到口嘅餸。雞蛋焗魚腸:LEE個利害啦!LEE個餸真係咁多年都無變,一定係要嚟LEE度食,唔係度度都煮到咁嘅味道,魚腸又唔腥,加雞蛋一齊焗係飽肚咗D,膽固醇係多咗D,但絶對唔影響我每次嚟幫襯都叫LEE味餸。手打魚片娃娃菜:普普通通嘅餸,確實成餐油膩嘢配返個清清地嘅菜,LEE個係常識吧!不過諗住手打魚片會同平時嘅有唔同,以為真係大排檔自己搵人打,食落佢味道又同平時無咩分別啫。豉油皇炒麵:比想像中差咗小小,豉油味唔太出,但佢炒得好夠乾身,都係唔錯啦!

已很久沒來, 一來坐車不大方便, 二來食品質素又真的一般般, 所以沒提興趣, 只是友人提起很久沒來, 又唸五到去邊, 就即管再去BB鴿肉嫩, 味道不錯, 皮好香乳鴿與BB鴿比較, 即時比下去, 肉相對鞋左D, 但勝在啖啖肉, 就看自己喜愛那一種. 我就偏愛BB鴿. 反正兩款味道是一樣魚腸蒸蛋可以講是差, 魚腸無完全通好, 魚腸份量又少, 在蛋與魚腸之間, 大量黑胡椒來蓋住魚鯹味. 但又五夠蛋味又鞋. 就只有面層的油炸鬼夠香脆姐, 真係可以不叫椒鹽鮮尤鮮尤不夠脆口, 只夠外面炸粉脆. 味道一味咸, 又五夠椒鹽香豉油皇炒麵夠穫氣, 豉油夠香, 如多一些配菜更佳, 油略為多, 不夠乾身
