To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日4/5(六),去左海洋公園,早巳上網查看過,厘間 pizza店 (香港首間及唯一榮獲意大利薄餅發源地拿坡里認證的意式食府),今日中午就去試試:間舖係海濱樂園-食尚水都位置,早上11點營業。小店外觀:餐牌(背面係英文版):有圖片供參考:小店內環境:店附近有開篷坐位:燒烤醬烤雞薄餅$138熱辣辣,薄底,好味道吖,pizza邊位唔硬,脆脆地烤番茄及火箭菜沙律$48火箭菜夠嫩綠,而且夠新鲜,配大蒜香醋计,絕配

海洋公園食品供應款式少,價錢貴過迪士尼⋯唔想食碟頭飯,又唔夠錢入餐廳,呢個手工pizza,算是性價比高。手工餅底,我見枱枱都放棄餅邊⋯ 我自己就接受到,算係煙靭。中間部份太薄太易淋,好難拎住嚟食,林啤啤。餡料好少,所以一個人食一個都應該要加罐可樂先至飽,不過好快就肚餓⋯選擇咗唔辣嘅沙樂美腸,中學生話太咸,我哋啲老嘢食慣重口味就覺得OK。位置:太近入口,如果玩玩吓要食,要返轉頭去入口⋯ 除非一入樂園食咗先玩,就順路啦。

去海洋公園玩到散場先走,於是喺園區內食埋嘢。今次隨便喺Ciao Chow買個Pizza,係即叫即做,而且都算多人買,所以對個Pizza有啲期待。等咗10分鐘,好興奮咁去攞,返埋枱一打開紙盒嚇咗一跳,人生第一次見咁樣嘅Four Cheese,懷疑究竟整好未?? 餅皮好腍,一啲都唔脆,好難拎上手。但因為已經好肚餓,算,試下先。芝士香係夠嘅,但除咗blue cheese 同mozzarella, 唔係好食到其他芝士…… 好在邊食邊有海洋公園嘅sound and light show,都幾有氣氛,細路仔鍾意個show,又食得飽,唔忍心負評。

-買了一個莎樂每腸pizza, 即叫即整,熱辣辣-我見之前的post可以買半個,但我嗰日去,只可以買一個,沒有半個可以買-138,比山上差不多價錢的飯餐好食好多-茄醬好濃味。本身餅底有鹹味、烤過的香氣,我會prefer淡一點的醬料。鐘意濃味的朋友應該會喜歡這個-晚一點吃,比較少人,可以對住水池食,又安靜又舒服

食Pizza當然要食超正宗嘅拿玻里薄餅🍕呢度仲有外型超可愛嘅星形芝心批🧀批底脆卜卜 咬落鬆厚又煙韌💓批邊仲包住好多ricotta芝士💛就咁最classic嘅芝士蕃茄口味 已經好好食😋
