水中天開咗一段時間,好幾次心血來潮想去試吓都book唔到位飲茶。今晚要出街食飯,試book晚飯,估唔到有位,於是扶老攜幼去試新嘢。當晚全層大概只有10檯人左右,有點冷清。費事諗,坐定叫左個4人餐加個蜜糖雞翼比仔食。叉燒同雞味道唔錯,但略嫌咸咗d呢碟蜜豆帶子好好味,有好多粒帶子,d帶子大粒得嚟夠鮮味這個粉絲煲都好惹味,d蝦又多又大隻,夠鮮。呢碟菜其實味道唔錯,不過唔夠嫩好多渣。輪到荷葉飯,比較失色,d飯濕濕哋,無乜味,唔掂這個蜜糖雞翼食到阿仔,個人覺得有少少乾,但可接受

今日家人生日,特意前來一試。燒腩仔似是燒得太久,口感硬如石頭,無法入口。杏汁豬肺湯,售約$4xx,但份量只夠五個小碗,入口有真酸餿味。放下湯匙,我望向家人——果不其然,全都黑臉。我們即時把經理招來,欲退湯,經理滿口答應,卻又立刻把湯帶入廚房,讓員工試味。一會兒,經理抱歉地向我們解釋:「嗯,也許是食材比例不對,湯應該沒有大問題。」語氣猶豫,說話間多有支吾,令人難以信服。南瓜炒蝦球,味道「創新」,又甜又腥。廚師們真的有嚐過自己的手藝嗎?

ClubONE開設喺一間歷史悠久既石舫度,坐落沙田城門河畔,景色優美,夠曬浪漫。由佢開始裝修時我已經期待要黎呢度食一餐咖啦~菠蘿咕嚕肉咕嚕肉香香甜甜,肉質有層次唔會有"嗱"過既味道,菠蘿令成個菜式更清新魚籽桂魚酥烘到暖暖既酥皮盒盛載住桂魚沙律,魚子夠新鮮,咬落卜卜脆,有驚喜豉油皇大虎蝦虎蝦Size夠曬大型!好似隻碗咁大,蝦肉口感紮實啖啖肉。酒樓既廚房夠曬穫氣,豉油皇連蝦殼都炒得好香~紫薯濃湯泡時菜咁夢幼既薰衣草色湯我都係第一次飲咋紫薯帶自身既淡淡香甜,無太多特別調味。個湯望落好稀但其實飲落係幾creamy幾夠味,清清地一道特色蔬菜。

咁夢幼既薰衣草色湯我都係第一次飲咋
