今次又惠顧會所1号尖沙咀的分店「維港皇宴」,本入和家人都很喜歡去這分店食晚飯,分店經理很熱誠照顧客人需要,其他員工亦很有禮貌,食物又有水準,所以我的家人現已時時這場食飯。當天的燒腩仔係我在會所1号食了咁多間之中最好食的一間,皮脆肉滑超好食。另瑤柱蛋白炒飯的飯炒得乾身剛好,上面放了瑤柱絲混合飯一齊食好香味好食。場內環境又可以望到維港海景,檯與檯空間又夠。這店值得去試試。

去了會所1号新的分店食晚飯,地方很寬敞,如坐近窗位置就最好,因為窗位置是可以望向維港景色,全海景,感覺很舒適,場地的擺檯又唔密,我去過會所1号咁多飲茶,發現它們擺檯都很寬敞,沒有迫的感覺,非常好。今次想介紹一吓「丹麥皇冠叉燒」做得很好,肥瘦適中,肉質唔會燒得太硬,淋度剛好,年紀大的老人家都可食到,加上落了少去蜜糖,真係好好食,所以值得推介。服務員又熱成,介紹食品又落力,日後會再去試食晚飯。

今晚同個上咗年紀嘅好朋友慶祝生日,當然係上左酒樓食飯啦。佢無叫坊間個d生日圍餐,今晚既餸菜全部係自選。先來3小碟前菜; 涼拌青瓜海蜇,青瓜勁新鮮、海蜇勁爽口。 炭燒鰻魚,燒得半脆同個自家汁好襯。薑汁豬手,辣辣地非常好食。最特別嘅係今晚 一人一隻乳鴿, 而唔係食乳豬全體。 乳鴿全隻多,勁嫩口,一口咬落去d乳鴿汁流曬出嚟,勁得。跟住再上兩隻約五斤重既長腳蟹, 又係全隻上,蟹肉鮮嫩,好有海水味。其他嗰啲餸菜……自家帶嘅星斑,條靚魚無被人偷龍轉鳳,實屬難得。仲有個花膠燉竹絲雞,超級好味,無味精,勁有家的感覺。食到呢度已經好飽,估唔到呢個朋友仲叫咗個蛋散。呢間雖然唔係一間五星級嘅酒家,但係我覺得佢哋嘅環境,食物水準唔會輸畀一d所謂高級既酒家。喺我心目中呢間比好多五星級嘅酒家仲要高分,非試不可!

位於尖沙咀麼地道68號帝國中心一樓的 ClubONE The Victoria (會所一號 維港皇宴),主打精緻廣東菜。酒樓的環境頗為優美舒服,走廊的位置頗適合拍照。點了一款晚市推介,有些菜式更是限量供應,頗為受歡迎。紅燒BB鴿來到了,侍應更細心地詢問把乳鴿切開一半還是切成四份,前者吃得更過癮,後者則可以與朋友分享。BB鴿新鮮熱辣,外皮十分香脆,肉質十分嫩滑,味道鹹鹹香香,朋友喜愛啃BB鴿的頭。點了一人一客老火湯,是日為花膠節瓜燉湯,花膠大大片,感覺滋潤養顏,骨膠原充足。燉湯的味道鮮甜,不會過鹹。吃過一口乳鴿後,再飲一口滋潤的老火湯,感覺不錯。湯的份量充足,而且可以用合上小蓋子,保存溫度。蝦醬海山骨來到了,新鮮熱辣,表面微脆,蝦醬味十分濃郁,能吊起豬肉的味道,整體味道鹹香。椰汁紅豆糕的質感不會太硬,彈彈的,椰汁味道濃郁。

入面熱辣辣又爆曬芋頭!好正!



另外仲叫左叉燒腸~超多料同好滑!

仲有椒鹽豆腐同炸饅頭都好驚喜!



我地食完都飽 因為樣樣都好足料!

自從轉左名,無論係點心 / 小菜味道和質素都好差,又唔新鮮,而且價錢又貴過之前好多,有折扣都沒有用,難怪而家咁冷清,個個都寧願落下一層果間酒樓食好過,真係不值得再來。就算裝修完,環境睇落都好有鄉土風味。係果到擺酒就慘。三個人食左成500蚊都係得6-7碟野食,服務又差。
