日式胡麻波蛋香草豬肉腸藜麥沙律:個名好長,材料簡單。由於餐廳冇乜素食選擇,所以我點餐後就外帶香腸俾狗狗爸爸(相片冇影到啲腸)。沙律菜幾新鮮,水波蛋係中、大型蛋,熟咗啲,少蛋液。沙律有藜麥,健康加分。

鮮奶咖啡:雖然仲記得咖啡細杯,但送上時仍有少少驚訝,可能只得150ml。杯碟幾靚,但拉花唔靚。咖啡非常熱燙,係滾水的溫度;咖啡味唔突出,冇乜特色。跟餐的話,點咖啡好過點果茶,朋友點咗凍蜜桃茶,零presentation。

好耐冇約朋友出街,趁近排開始得閒,所以即刻同朋友一齊見見面。朋友喺鑽石山返工,揀咗佢成日去既餐廳食。我地點咗烤美國西冷10安士配燒汁、鰻魚蛋包飯、酥炸單骨雞翼,另外飲抹茶鮮奶同鮮忌廉朱古力。自己最鍾意食雞翼,炸野即炸即食最好味,雞翼上枱既時候熱辣辣,影完相都仲好香。雖然係單骨雞翼,但外脆內juicy,再加埋胡椒落去,食落更惹味。鰻魚蛋包飯份量豐富,鰻魚大大條而且肉質柔軟,風味十足,好啱送飯。美國西冷肉味香濃,肉質同脂肪比例均勻,配上香脆金黃既薯條,兩個人share啱啱好。抹茶鮮奶唔會太苦,而忌廉朱古力飲落順滑,兩者都唔錯。
