🍂入秋天氣開始轉涼，最岩就係打邊爐，今次揀左其中一間我最鍾意既台式火鍋店，餐廳地方好大，裝備充滿古典風，門口仲有啲櫈🪑可以坐低等位🔸鴛鴦鍋湯底緊係要揀鴛鴦鍋😆昆布湯拼台式招牌麻辣，湯底滾起之後，店員會放埋鴨血同滷豆腐，鴨血口感Q彈，昆布湯味道好百搭，配任何食物都岩🔸華麗海鮮拼盤海鮮拼盤一共有5款海鮮：海蝦🦐、扇貝、鮑魚、蜆同白鱔片，每款海鮮都好新鮮，味道鮮甜，而且擺盤非常吸引😍🔸貓爪蝦滑形狀超可愛，蝦滑爽口彈牙🔸新鮮白鱔片每片都切到厚薄適中，肉質嫩滑，但略嫌有啲部位有少少骨🔸美國牛肩胛肉牛肉油脂分布平衡，肉質軟腍，肉味濃🔸毛肚口感爽脆，一啲都唔韌，配麻辣湯底岩哂🌶️🔸皇帝菜打邊爐點少得食菜，皇帝菜好新鮮🔸雙柚愛玉茉莉尼杯係沙冰黎，西柚味香濃，打邊爐飲返埋冰凍既飲品，超爽🤭🔸雙柚愛玉茉香茶唔鍾意沙冰既，可以揀尼杯，茶同西柚比例岩岩好，加埋愛玉，口感豐富又解渴 continue reading

好耐冇係返工時間出去食lunch啦，今次就黎到銅鑼灣的湊湊火鍋，lunch時間這裡有台式半自助午市套餐，價錢不算很貴，感覺吸引！餐牌上有幾款不同的主食可以選擇，而我就揀選了經典紅顏花膠雞小火鍋！點餐後只要免費加入他們的會員就可以在自助區任揀小食、生果和滷肉飯！小食有香辣魚皮和調味杏鮑菇！前者味道麻麻辣辣，食落爽口！而後者味道帶有小小甜味，幾特別！經典紅顏花膠雞小火鍋，這個小火鍋可以揀跟飯或者烏冬，而我就揀選了烏冬！上枱時所有食物已經煮熟，小鍋下面的火用作保溫！小鍋入面是平時打邊爐必點的紅顏花膠雞湯，湯底味道鮮甜，入面有雞粒、花膠，仲有小鮑魚，加入烏冬，烏冬掛湯，能夠食到湯的鮮甜味，非常正！這個餐還附有炸蛋和菜，還有鴨血和豆腐，十分惹味！最後仲有紅豆奶凍作結，十分滿足！水蜜桃綠茶QQ，飲品只需要半價就可以飲到，這杯飲品有香濃的茶味和淡淡的水蜜桃味，不會好甜，入面還有茶凍，口感豐富！ continue reading

    比較有水準嘅集團式火鍋店

    已集團式嘅火鍋店嚟講，佢嘅水準算唔錯。有別於一般港式火鍋，感覺似返咗大陸食。佢有基本嘅海鮮，好似有港式嘅象拔蚌，龍蝦，鮑魚嗰啲嘅海鮮啦，鮮蝦嗰啲都有嘅。不過特別少少嘅就係，佢哋係冇日本芥辣嘅。肥牛嘅水準都唔錯，另外佢嘅調味醬汁選擇都好多。用餐環境非常唔錯，服務亦都非常好。價錢嚟講亦都相對抵食。值得一提嘅係佢有放題嘅台灣滷肉飯，味道相當有水準。仲有新鮮生果任食，同埋佢嘅芝士波都做得非常出色。如果叫套餐嘅話，其實都非常抵食。 continue reading
