我哋一行六人, 6:45到餐廳嘅時候得我哋一張枱,都知可能伏伏地。個職員介紹吓,有幾種套餐,我哋問佢有個自稱特價400幾蚊一位的海鮮套餐,佢極力唔推介,話係基本嘢。最終我哋揀咗個4300百幾蚊嘅六人套餐,有象拔蚌刺身同龍蝦。一嚟就出事啦,第一樣蒸蝦,個職員根本就未蒸熟,首先啲蝦個頭斷嘅,死蝦,我哋問職員:係咪熟㗎啦?佢話:熟㗎啦!我哋其中有兩隻基本上係透明嘅,俾佢睇,另一個職員先話幫我哋蒸返耐啲😂如果真係聽佢講應該成家都肚痾可能係佢怕唔熟嘅關係,鮑魚蒸得太耐, 十分韌!而佢推介嘅象拔蚌刺身亦都係細條的,食落亦唔鮮甜,另外蝦刺身大家睇相就會睇到個頭嘅顏色就已經知咩情況之後蟶子同埋貝殼類,龍蝦同蟹嗰啲係正常OK的,但係如果要人均$800食呢個套餐,有大把更好嘅選擇!

平時都好鍾意食海鮮,但講到想食海鮮本身鮮味,蒸氣海鮮鍋絕對不二之選。餐廳位於銅鑼灣,地點方便環境舒適,最好既地方係職員會幫手蒸熟海鮮,時間搵制得啱啱好。加拿大野生虎蝦鮮甜爽彈,肉汁豐富。韓國斧山珍珠蠔及台灣九孔鮑魚蠔味濃郁,蒸完都冇縮水。鮑魚清洗得好乾淨,食落完全唔韌,好容易咬開。黃金翡翠螺及蟹黃大元貝翡翠螺越咬越多汁,乾淨冇沙。元貝大大隻,加上少少蟹黃鮮味更上一層樓,非常推薦。大西洋野生青口職員細心提醒唔需要落其他醬汁,海水味較重,厚肉味濃。太平洋饅頭蟹主要品嚐蟹膏,比平時蟹膏更香更鮮甜。奄仔蟹及澳洲青年龍蝦奄仔蟹厚肉爆膏,肉質非常細嫩,控制火候剛好。龍蝦啖啖肉,得半隻覺得有啲唔夠喉,非常回味。

炎炎夏日胃口一般,想食得light D,於是約埋好友一齊去食蒸氣海鮮。食海鮮蒸鍋的好處就是可以慢慢食慢慢傾,這間店的座位都幾舒適夠寬敞,服務人員服務周到。我們兩人叫了尊貴海鮮套餐,包括9款海鮮,蔬菜籃同埋粥底。野生奄仔蟹非常驚艷,肉質鮮甜、蟹膏咸香十足又濃郁,齒頰留香。另外青龍仔細細隻,但勝在新鮮彈牙。店員一直提醒數項海產是野生,不需點醬料更能特出鮮味,除了奄仔蟹外,還包括野生海虎蝦、青口,果然海水味強,特別濃郁。近期流行燒鰻魚,蒸鰻魚我是比較好奇會不會腥,結果出乎意料之外沒有腥味,而且肉質鮮嫩,一點不下於烤鰻魚,非常美味。鮑魚帶子肉厚鮮美,屬正常發揮,食到最尾已經好飽,但係都抗拒不到吸收曬海鮮精華的海鮮粥,連吃兩碗才罷休。

第一次寫食評,今晚晚餐太滿意了,忍唔住同大家分享,希望香港人亦支持本地餐廳。和朋友試吓這間蒸海鮮,發現這間海鮮都非常新鮮,鮮甜,全部海鮮出海打撈而且係最頂級的直接運來餐廳,職員細心為你講解海鮮出處,並逐一逐一幫你蒸好,再放進你的食物碟。 最鍾意食蟹,真的好鮮甜,膏都好香甜,第一次認識同嚐試饅頭蟹,內質好滑。由第一道海鮮蝦至最後一度菜/粟米都好好味,再來個海鮮粥和糖水,完美ending. 感受到上至老板下去每個員工,都非常用心,我和兩位朋友今晚食得超滿意。我肯定會再來光顧,因為真的好想再食多次。😋😋😋😋😋
