大紅袍火鍋料理曾經,大紅袍是香港最出色的麻辣火鍋如今,湯底竟然做到不麻也不辣先撇除麻與辣,湯底是連應有的基本調味也不夠即是湯底根本唔夠味食材方面,不能說是不新鮮,只是牛肉没牛味,羊肉没羊味是有一刻懷疑過,是不是身在大紅袍呢跟我之前吃過的大紅袍,完全是兩碼子的事墨魚丸和蝦丸,是彈牙的,但是,墨魚丸没有墨魚味,蝦丸没有蝦味蟹,是有點蟹味,同時亦有濃濃的腥味牛栢葉,是霉的,淥左2個鐘,到我埋單結帳時,已經縮到粒蝦米咁嘅大小,仍然是腍的唐生菜,看來是最正常的了

打邊爐又點少得酒呀😂所以我地仲叫左2L既啤酒🍻最後會有雪糕做甜品,係一隻香港製造既Gelato,味道就一般般,不過香港製造既絕對值得支持

打算一大班人去食一間比較可以坐得耐少少的火鍋店,上網見到有推介就揀咗,之後就打電話book位,去到見到環境都唔錯,但就冇影相,好快就入座點餐,揀湯底揀咗一個花膠雞腳燉原隻雞湯$278,見湯底價錢應該唔會有伏,湯底一到店員就建議我地飲湯先,真係好似阿媽煲,好夠料。點咗一大堆菜,冇咩特別介紹就係菜,最緊要冇爛就食得,但菜的種類好多,值得一讚。黃喉好爽口,又新鮮!每人都可以食到兩三塊整體感覺都好好!食物新鮮、好食,亦都係一個好好食飯的地方。

位於荃灣川龍街嘅大紅袍火鍋係我同朋友最喜歡嘅火鍋店之一,佢哋嘅金屋藏叫湯底係我哋每次必叫,首先十分足料,雞有大半隻,雞下面係墊住一大片冬瓜,再配埋竹笙蟲草花等等配料熬出湯底,實在係鮮甜無比,每個都飲到停唔到口,飲完個湯食埋雞就再落清湯打邊爐,火配料都係嗰啲嘢啦,比一般火鍋料貴少少但質素有一定保證,呢度亦有啲貴價小小嘅時令海鮮俾你選擇,今次我地叫左條象拔蚌做刺身,海鮮呢啲真係一分錢一分貨🙈🙈個個都食得好滿足😋😋

環境很不錯 音樂還有點像酒吧一樣 最好前訂座 鍋底選擇還是蠻多的, 有一個花膠的一隻雞,感覺真的燉了很久的老火湯,超級好喝,還加上有很多花膠特登推介鬼馬蝦膠 是混合了油條 蝦 和蟹籽一起進鍋煮一分鐘這樣就好了 很特別也很好吃另外有一個是黑松露的餃子 超級好吃 而且沒吃過黑松露的雲吞很有意思~環境各方面都挺好的 很好吃~ 推薦

鍋底選擇還是蠻多的, 有一個花膠的一隻雞,感覺真的燉了很久的老火湯,超級好喝,還加上有很多花膠
特登推介鬼馬蝦膠 是混合了油條 蝦 和蟹籽一起進鍋煮一分鐘這樣就好了 很特別也很好吃
另外有一個是黑松露的餃子 超級好吃 而且沒吃過黑松露的雲吞很有意思~

環境各方面都挺好的 很好吃~ 推薦

前一陣子跟友人試了荃灣另一間火鍋店,剛好提到了這間大紅袍,聽說質素都不錯就前來試試!先說說門面裝修,電梯口一打開就是水吧位,明明是其他位置都是很中式的感覺但一進店就是水吧賣外國啤酒的位置有點奇怪!有點不太搭的感覺!坐下來覺得位置有點迫促,和隔壁桌很接近,4人桌不算太大!是次火鍋本來想試花膠雞湯底不過價錢也滿貴的,最後選了較便宜的椰子雞鍋鍋底大概有半隻雞在內,還有些粟米椰子肉等等,嘗了一口湯,味道不算太濃,椰子味也不夠突出!算是比較普通!不過雞肉嫩滑,總括來說還算不錯!火鍋配料方面,牛肉豬肉自然不能少,牛肉看上去不算太大碟但其實中間有點疊起來,算起來也滿多的!肉味也算濃,算是不錯,鱔片不算太新鮮,吃起來不是太爽脆,細骨也滿多的!另外豬肉也比較普通,不算特別值得推薦。除了牛肉豬肉外,我們都是牛舌愛好者,見到菜單分別有薄切牛舌片和厚切牛舌粒都分別叫來試試。先說說牛舌片,口感滿爽脆,不過驚喜道不及厚切牛舌粒!牛舌粒大部分都是比較牛舌芯的位置,這個位置都是爽脆又不會太難咀嚼,油花也夠多,非常值得一試!我們還點了比較吸湯頭的配料類包括凍豆腐,響鈴和一些丸類餃類!這間店的響鈴可選有紫菜和普通響鈴!第

我們還點了比較吸湯頭的配料類包括凍豆腐,響鈴和一些丸類餃類!這間店的響鈴可選有紫菜和普通響鈴!第一次別包含紫菜的響鈴,味道很夾!這間店的響鈴也做得算不錯,沒有太油膩的感覺!
丸類我們點了芝士蝦丸,這種丸類也沒什麼可說,畢竟有芝士的丸類很難做得難吃!值得一提的是水餃,我們這次點了黑松露蟹肉餃。黑松露是很霸道的調味料,雖然這款水餃有看到包了不少蟹肉,但基本上一入口都只吃到黑松露味道!個人覺得兩款配料的比例可以再調整一下!另外要提的是,蟹肉應該是師傅拆肉,雖然很有誠意不過其中有一兩隻水餃還是沾了些蟹殼!

吃到一半見到鄰座有人點了日本生蠔,看上去滿飽滿的,我們也跟住叫了一客!味道鮮甜,蠔身也滿飽滿,可以一試!

總括來說這間火鍋店走的路線滿高級,價錢也不太便宜,不過配料也滿不錯,有機會下次會再來試試花膠雞湯底的!
