上次黎都仲係手寫落單,原來而家好環保,入座時會俾張飛仔你,上面有枱號同一個二維碼,用手機掃一掃就可以落單,非常方便。一早都覺得啲放題真係唔應該大疊大疊紙咁浪費,希望其他放題都參考。

大喜屋真係名不虛傳,STAFF上菜速度快,沒有漏單情況,食物質素有保證,同埋有FREE WIFI加上坐位闊落。一定會再黎!

大喜屋其實食過好多次啦,每次都覺得係放題叫做數一數二,雖然價錢相對貴少少要300幾蚊,但因為太平嘅始終唔夠新鮮,曾經是第二間仲食到肚柯添!今次其實主要都係想食海鮮刺身,因為比較回本,質素十分之唔錯,海鮮全部都好新鮮,唔會好似放咗好耐,切得好薄好梅咁樣,我最鍾意就係甜蝦,大隻得來啖啖肉,而且蝦肉甜得來又唔會散口,爽口彈牙,放題嘅刺身質素來講真係算好好㗎啦!除咗刺身之外我覺得燒物都唔錯,牛肉真係好正!唔會用好多生粉拿過的牛仔面牛肉感,有牛味又外帶香脆,燒汁較到甜甜地好好味!雖然每次都唔會話叫好多款食物,好似浪費左放題嘅意義,但係其實食得鍾意嘅海鮮同埋燒物就已經開心!食得多嘅話計返一定平過喺出邊食!

又到常常來食嘅大喜屋食放題啦。蕃茄沙律前菜選了蕃茄,加上少少醋汁,微酸開胃。蕃茄很新鮮。鮮蟹粥蟹粥的蟹比預期大隻,蟹味不算太特出,粥底夠綿滑。豉椒汁炒蜆豉椒汁夠惹味,而且濃厚度剛剛好,汁料都滿滿的包著炒蜆,有點大排檔風味。鹽燒雞翼雞翼調味較淡,吃到雞翼本身的味道。雞皮香脆,已經沒有肥膩感,可以多吃幾隻呢!蒜片牛柳粒蒜片濃香,沒有炸成苦味。牛柳粒很juicy。燒溫室甜菠蘿燒菠蘿清新爽甜。燒製後的菠蘿往往比新鮮菠蘿更甜。雪花牛肉鍋最後上的牛肉鍋,以壽喜燒形式,還加上了生雞蛋,每片牛肉都沾上了雞蛋,令肉質更滑。

今日放工和妹妹黎到尖沙咀行街,所以就係附近搵野食。最近天氣又暖番小小,就想食日本野,咁放題就係最好既選擇。刺身,壽司,炸物,同熟食都有!今日餐廳安排左我地坐卡位,好闊落,好舒服。首先,我地每樣刺身都叫左試下,赤貝同象拔蚌都好爽,好鮮味。帶子切到細細粒,岩岩好一口食哂。除左壽司,仲有手卷,細細地,唔太飽,可以叫多幾份。我地就食左海膽手卷,好多海膽,紫菜脆卜卜,舔舔脷!之後想點番啲熱野,牛肉鍋同炒菜。然後見到有個榴槤愛好者必食,即刻心心眼。個脆炸貓山王黎到係熱辣辣,個流心好滑,麵粉唔多,超好食,好勁榴槤味。食到咁上下,想食啲小食,好食又唔飽肚既!所以我地就叫左鳳爪,八爪魚同子薑。鳳爪去骨,甜甜地又辣辣地,加埋啲子薑,非常開胃,抖下又可以再食過啦!然後再叫左個雞湯,暖番個胃,正呀!咁食日本野,又點少得清酒呢,可以揀凍或熱。我覺得個清酒清清地,好易入口。menu仲有梅酒可以揀,不過今日就夠啦,下次再飲!最後埋單前,待應俾左張雪糕紙我地,每人只可叫一杯,我就要左季節限定,原來係沖繩海鹽味,好好食,鹹鹹地,勁有奶味,非常滿足。下次朋友或屋企人生日,一定會再黎,位置好大,可以叫多啲人!

之後想點番啲熱野,牛肉鍋同炒菜。然後見到有個榴槤愛好者必食,即刻心心眼。個脆炸貓山王黎到係熱辣辣,個流心好滑,麵粉唔多,超好食,好勁榴槤味。食到咁上下,想食啲小食,好食又唔飽肚既!所以我地就叫左鳳爪,八爪魚同子薑。鳳爪去骨,甜甜地又辣辣地,加埋啲子薑,非常開胃,抖下又可以再食過啦!
