今天去中環午餐,路經IFC,朋友嚷着要去當文歷餅店吃蛋糕,各自挑選自己喜愛的,他們很欣賞芝士蛋糕。我則選了色彩繽紛的「芒果糯米飯蛋糕」,內有芒果、糯米、椰汁等,但食落只覺得甜,可能因為造型的關係,蛋糕比較實,樣子是可愛的,但樣子比味道好,試一次便足夠。

今日路過這店,見人龍不長,決定要買美食回公司萬歲。雖然在玻璃窗外已知道只剩下款式不多的pastries,但也是買來一試。排進店內,又發現有更多想試的美食已售罄。但也無阻我決心要幫襯的慾望。下午約3:30,其實只剩下兩款美食可選:DKA(每個$38)和原味牛角包(每個$28)本身我不知道甚麼是DKA,但見比牛角包特別,就二話不說買了幾個。上網查一下,才知道Kouign Amann 是以牛油和糖為主,似是甜食飯版的牛角包,也是以多層牛油酥皮製成的pastries。雖然明知多牛油是減肥的敵人,但偶然一試絕對值得:牛油的香濃,因為在外層加了糖而形成香脆的外皮,超級好味(也超級邪惡!),配上一杯咖啡,好一個下午茶!

雖然明知多牛油是減肥的敵人,但偶然一試絕對值得:牛油的香濃,因為在外層加了糖而形成香脆的外皮,超級好味(也超級邪惡!),配上一杯咖啡,好一個下午茶!

食品有創意影相就一流,但口味不是人人啱平日兩點來到,好奇怪堂食點解只有一台客人,原來是是日所有包類和限定的燒棉花糖雪糕都賣晒了,失望😞惟有試先兩個套餐將就下免得白行。🥜沙爹牛肉花生燒:外表可愛但味道比茶餐廳的沙嗲牛肉包遜色。蘿蔔糕配英式鬆餅炒蛋:奇怪配搭,但單食鬆餅和滑蛋是可以的,只是蘿蔔糕和酸汁味道實在難以形容。☕️棉花糖熱朱古力:熱朱古力濃郁,但上面配的花花棉花糖太甜太甜太甜😝真係試一次就夠了
