最近轉職銅鑼灣, 常到燉奶佬午膳。大概四五十元一個午餐, 價錢在銅鑼灣來說可以接受。但是否因為價錢問題, 食物質數認真麻麻。試過多款午餐, 食完都不知其味。印尼炒飯根本就是火腿青椒洋蔥炒飯, 怎樣印尼法? 飯粒硬得有點頂胃; 沒有傳統印尼炒飯的串燒和蝦片, 反而放兩隻了乾乾的雞中翼及煎蛋, 不倫不類。鐵板海鮮炒烏冬和日式雞肉炒烏冬, 不管是否鐵板上, 炒烏冬都是不彈牙的, 都是很油, 跟同事交換來試, 發覺味道竟是一樣的。巴東咖哩豬扒飯同樣不覺得巴東, 老實說跟大X樂的咖哩並無不同; 咖哩汁不濃不辣, 豬扒肉質頗鞋, 而且不入味; 連喜歡以汁撈飯的同事都說不好吃。葡汁海鮮焗飯葡汁只有既欠椰香亦無葡汁味, 整個飯就是以一盆烯巴巴的黃色焗汁浸著肉和飯, 豬肉同棣是鞋的, 烘焗後亦不香。魚香茄子豬扒炒米找不著絲毫魚香茄子的咸香, 米粉炒得濕淋淋, 跟茄子塌在一起, 豬扒又油又鞋, 整碟炒米難以入口。看來要另覓飯堂了……

經過酒店老闆介紹。。才知道在地人很少去光顧名聲在外的翠華餐廳。。反而吃的最多的是旁邊的燉奶佬。。抱著試一試的心態。。決定晚上就在此地填飽我的肚子。。剛到門口就發現旁邊的翠華已經大排場龍。。反而燉奶佬裡面的位子都尚有空缺。。心裡不免忐忑起來。。。進到店裡。。點了一碗古早味麵和奶茶各種最能考驗基本功的食物。。。燙頭無驚喜。。麵線無驚喜。。反而是午餐肉。。。不愧是推薦食材。。。是我吃到過最讚的一塊午餐肉。。不僅肉緊實有韌勁。。還能吃到裡面的肉塊。。。。就為了這午餐肉!也要給贊!奶茶也就一般般。。不過聽說早上的炒蛋極其滑嫩。。改天有機會一定來嘗試!

Place was clean and tidy. The menu had some interesting items I had never seen before in other cha chan tengs. Things like naan and curry sets and laksa. And Chinese desserts! Yes, it had the usual cha chan teng items but these were different to me. They even had kaya French toast instead of the usual peanut butter variety. But as it was late in the afternoon, I just wanted something light.

Ice lemon tea ($8 with food order). It was ok. Not bad. Nice and icy without too much ice. Tea was strong enough. It cured my post night shift grogginess.

Vermicelli noodles with fish ball, fish cake and spinach and pork dumpling ($33). Noodles were chewy enough. Soup was rather bland. I guess they didn't over drown with MSG? Fish ball and fish cake were ok. Nothing to write home about. It was a pretty weak bowl of noodles.

But what made this review an ok instead of an unhappy face is the dumpling. The spinach and pork dumpling was excellent. The dumpling was packed with spinach, pork and shrimp. It was moist and juicy. Dumpling skin was thin. Excellent dumpling!

Will return and try other items like the dessert and the items not usually found in other cha chan tengs. Person across from me was eating the udon with teriyaki chicken and it looked ok. A good alternative to the gazillon Tsui Wah restaurants in Causeway Bay.

到銅鑼灣一逛望錶下午兩點廿分看見有間金裝燉奶佬入去一趟食個餐,看餐牌點了個豬軟骨咖哩牛腩餐,原來過多十分鐘就有下午茶唯伙計無通知又掛住同同僚吹水,我點餐湯要羅宋卻上了油油的中湯加8蚊要一個馬蹄爽小丸子甜品,小丸子太腍唔好味,牛腩又不腍無下次。

一向非常喜歡奶類食品,見到這間店叫「金裝燉奶佬」,便進去試試。灼西蘭花只是HK$9﹕完全沒有油,非常健康。喇沙牛肉湯米線(HK$40)﹕不過不失,絕不會難吃,卻也沒有很出色。豉椒肉排炒河(HK$48)﹕肉排出乎意料的質感很好,夠軟卻也仍有肉的質感,又不肥膩,啖啖肉。原創蛋白燉奶(HK$18)﹕香滑美味,因為加了蛋白,所以質感比起「義順」的較厚實,比較飽肚,我很喜歡呢﹗以這個價錢來說,這裡座位非常非常舒適,很多卡位,又夠寬敞,令人感動﹗(在同樣主打「燉奶」的義順,不但座位擠迫得多,而且價錢貴得多,招呼也比這裡差得多呢﹗)

在銅鑼灣買完東西後,就逛到了這條街,看到翠華,本來要進去,但又一想吃了好多翠華了,最好換一家,再往前走就看到了這家“燉奶佬”,外表裝修倒還不錯,就走進去了。餐廳分離外兩間,里間開冷氣,外間不開冷氣(環保?)。要了巴基斯坦咖哩牛腩配白飯,雖說是金牌菜,但說句老實話,不如印度咖哩好吃,也不如泰國咖哩好吃。還要了一個蒜香雞,雞肉比較老,可說我吃過的最難吃的雞了。冰奶茶是把冰塊直接加到奶茶裡,稀湯寡水地很難喝,椰汁西米,也沒有什麼椰香,可能是椰汁放的太少了吧。埋單時跟服務小姐說:“給張單我。”服務小姐卻推說:“電腦壞了,不能給單。”不知服務小姐所說是否實情,不會是因為要環保而節省紙張和電費吧。離開時在餐廳門外的玻璃上看到了“禁止拍照”等一系列標誌,心裡有點兒怕怕,以後不敢再來了。

Other Info. : 洗手間的衛生實在太差了,味道有些薰人,飯前去恐怕要影響食慾,飯後去容易產生嘔吐的感覺。好像長時間沒人負責打掃了。

今日有事來銅鑼灣一趟, 時間緊迫 lunch 也沒時間吃了, 辦妥才去找地方吃下午茶, 一於快快快找個地方醫肚. 銅鑼灣食店真的很多, 拿不定主意想吃甚麼, 只想飲杯凍鴛鴦或咖啡, 見到舊舊的總統商場附近有翠華又有金裝燉奶佬, 決定二選一, 翠華吃得多, 所以看完燉奶佬的餐牌覺得吸引後就是它了!下雨天, 而且才剛剛開始下午茶時段, 餐店內人不算多, 侍應哥哥仔請我隨便坐所以我自己選了一個單邊的兩座位卡位, 枱大櫈寬, 非常舒適, 最值得讚的是沒有那個我近來常常批評的枱底櫃桶頂住腳, GOOD! 食物選擇很多, 餐牌印刷又吸引, 所以我都心多多選了一個下午茶餐再加一客咖哩角呢! (Honey: 唔好睇到呢度又怪責我吃得多, 別忘了文章開頭我已強調我未吃午餐的!!! 所以這是當作一份午餐及一份下午茶餐, 我有兩份餐 Quota 的...嘻嘻嘻....) 食物送到, 炸脾不是落炸漿那種, 看相片便知道, 出奇地好吃入味, 皮脆內嫩滑滑的, 好! 拼菠蘿拼得好, 很平常的罐頭貨一片, 平常不過的東西但其他地方很少這樣跟餐, 人不做你做, 很好! 跟餐加5元有什菜沙

今日有事來銅鑼灣一趟, 時間緊迫 lunch 也沒時間吃了, 辦妥才去找地方吃下午茶, 一於快快快找個地方醫肚
. 銅鑼灣食店真的很多, 拿不定主意想吃甚麼, 只想飲杯凍鴛鴦或咖啡, 見到舊舊的總統商場附近有翠華又有金裝燉奶佬, 決定二選一, 翠華吃得多, 所以看完燉奶佬的餐牌覺得吸引後就是它了!

下雨天, 而且才剛剛開始下午茶時段, 餐店內人不算多, 侍應哥哥仔請我隨便坐所以我自己選了一個單邊的兩座位卡位, 枱大櫈寬, 非常舒適, 最值得讚的是沒有那個我近來常常批評的枱底櫃桶頂住腳, GOOD! 食物選擇很多, 餐牌印刷又吸引, 所以我都心多多選了一個下午茶餐再加一客咖哩角呢! (Honey: 唔好睇到呢度又怪責我吃得多, 別忘了文章開頭我已強調我未吃午餐的!!!
所以這是當作一份午餐及一份下午茶餐, 我有兩份餐 Quota 的...嘻嘻嘻....
)

食物送到, 炸脾不是落炸漿那種, 看相片便知道, 出奇地好吃入味, 皮脆內嫩滑滑的, 好! 拼菠蘿拼得好, 很平常的罐頭貨一片, 平常不過的東西但其他地方很少這樣跟餐, 人不做你做, 很好! 跟餐加5元有什菜沙律, 我未吃lunch所以當然加啦...嘻嘻嘻...熱咖啡很香濃; 咖哩角漲卜卜的三大件, 香脆可口,內裡包著紅蘿蔔絲洋荵肉碎等等, 好吃!

餐廳窗明几淨,枱面用一個“阿加力“膠兜收納好牙簽筒呀、胡椒瓶呀、糖、鹽樽呀、餐牌呀咁,仲要樣樣都好乾淨,睇到都知一定唔會摸落去油淋淋呢!一洗茶餐廳俾人一貫:“係咁架喇!”嘅觀感!抵讚!侍應不多但服務勤快又體貼,當曰正下著綿綿細雨,我想去洗手間,侍應姐姐告訴我在天井,問我有冇遮使唔使遮我,幾好 ^_^ 。侍應哥哥每次收碟都禮貌地先說:“食完喇。。。我幫你收走佢?!”我覺得咁樣好好,比那些很多其他店那類不專業的侍應明明客人在“嘆“咖啡,飲剩最精華杯底嗰两啖未飲完架嘛,又或者食剩两啖飯咁,稍一不留神,佢哋走埋嚟問都唔問“㗩“一下子就收走人家杯飲品。。。咁令人好不爽囉!唔通“喝“停佢咩,你都一手“嗱“咗落去啦。。。算數!今時今日經營一間茶餐廳其實真係幾難,競爭又大,品牌又多,翠華、太興、翠河等等都乾淨專業好吃!價格定位比一般貴少少,但做得好嘛!好似今日嚟到金裝燉奶佬我第一次幫襯,我記得“很久很久以前“它只是店如其名的甜品店,所以估佢唔到做得咁專業咁企理,真好! 可能有競爭有進步,翠華就在隔鄰鋪,而門口有“自由行“拖晒行李在看餐牌,你想做多些生意,靠什麼吸納更多的客人?食物、價格、服務,缺一不可!這些理論有那位經營者會不知呢?只不過好多店鋪越做越倒退但偏偏有一堆慣性茶客撑得到佢條數就濶佬懶理?!尤其是服務,好似:“嚟得茶記,服務係咁上下啦“。。。但其實“出面“有咁多越做越好的,我們作為客人會得揀呢!要俾錢㗎大佬,我有少少要求都好正常啫!我成曰都同honey 講我要求係好基本,只不過好多食店都本着:[係咁架喇]。。。同埋[唔鍾意咪食囉]嘅心態嚟招待客人啫。。。“花無百日紅呀”。。。互勉之吧!

又係嗰句:做得好的,值得我花時間寫食評“鼓勵“一吓!所以寫了這篇食評送給燉奶佬茶餐廳,希望Keep到水準,我下次再來幫襯呢!

2月2日, 是夜好想食laksa~ 但係人在銅鑼灣都真係唔知邊度先有得食… 結果行下行下行到燉奶佬門前, 竟然發現佢有喇沙! 見入面環境都光鮮闊落, 又唔洗等位, 所以就入去開餐啦~::: 喇沙豬扒米線 + 凍奶茶 ::: $39其實睇完個menu之後真系樣樣都想試! 不過我既然係為喇沙而來, 最後決定跟隨本意叫個喇沙試下~ 不過比對面譚仔影響咗, 所以連個喇沙都要揀米線… 喇沙上場, 湯頭色水望落比正宗喇沙淺同清, 少咗陣辣油同椰奶咗濃香味, 不過都算惹味~ 豬扒薄身, 肉質偏腍, 但都幾入味. 同場仲有鮑片、芽菜、韭菜、蛋等, 但最正嘅其實係夠豆腐乾! 本身已有少少滷水微甜鹹香, 加上超索汁又腍身, 好好味! 米線都幾煙韌~ 唔錯.凍奶茶就ok啦~ 茶底削咁d, 搞到好似稀稀地咁…::: 咖哩牛腩飯 + 招牌煉奶紅豆冰 ::: $46咖哩標榜住係巴基斯坦咖哩, 當然嗜辣嘅呀比要試一試~ 咖哩上枱已經聞到好濃咖哩味, 賣相唔錯, 都真係幾正宗巴基斯坦, 辣度都幾夠, 比一般港式咖哩辣, 加上d洋蔥粒, 薯仔茸咁, 又夠晒香~ 牛腩只係一般貨色, 比較韌咗d, 但係都幾入味嘅, 薯仔好

咖哩標榜住係巴基斯坦咖哩, 當然嗜辣嘅呀比要試一試~ 咖哩上枱已經聞到好濃咖哩味, 賣相唔錯, 都真係幾正宗巴基斯坦, 辣度都幾夠, 比一般港式咖哩辣, 加上d洋蔥粒, 薯仔茸咁, 又夠晒香~ 牛腩只係一般貨色, 比較韌咗d, 但係都幾入味嘅, 薯仔好味, 夠粉又夠腍, 唔錯!
招牌煉奶紅豆冰算幾好飲, 個煉奶令到杯野好夠甜, 紅豆偏淡, 可能俾個煉奶甜味遮住咗, 但係叫做招牌又好似唔係好特別.

由賣糖水賣到而家變成一間茶餐廳, 餐牌供應嘅食物由起家嘅傳統燉奶糖水, 地道茶餐廳三文治公仔麵碟頭飯煲仔菜、至西式焗飯焗意粉、潮式河粉、泰式粉麵、越南湯河、日本拉麵、馬拉喇沙甚至巴基斯坦咖哩… 款式之多真係你想食乜都有. 論食物味道環境服務其實都唔錯~ 真係夠薑夠條件同隔離翠華fight過!

星期六,公司短週又是平安夜,約了三五知已去在屯門興祝一下,過了午飯時間,其他人又未到齊,於是和一個朋友在逛逛商場,順便吃小小東西.這個時間已經擠得很多人……還好只是等了一陣就可以入座.法蘭西多士 + 沙律 $25+5即叫即炸,新鮮熱辣,加上糖漿香甜鬆脆,再配粟米,青瓜,甘筍,薯仔及生菜底沙律,感覺清新開胃. 是最大衆化的下午茶選擇.春卷‧雞翼 配糖水 椰汁西米露 $30+3春卷和雞翼都炸得金黃,香脆而不膩,有點熱氣. 配滋潤糖水椰汁西米露,雖然賣相普通,但配搭得剛剛好.

之後再無返過黎再執.....

最最最後,落ordder果時再同待應生講麻煩清理一下枱面...
今次終於有人執啦="=

等左一陣,終於有得食啦!
好可惜既係...我點既帶子飯...一粒帶子都冇...轉左做蝦...
開頭以為佢比錯...問返待應...
待應一句:「係丫.無晒帶子.所以轉蝦比你」
我同朋友當場呆左...佢再補充一句:「唔好意思唔記得同你講、因為我太忙了!!」
我听完真係心底裡"興恰恰"...一句"太忙"就想了事
佢見我好似唔想要個set,再加一句「因為真係太忙!」
(雖然客人多,但待應都唔係得三、四個囉@@")
我又好肚餓.唔想再等,就算數要左佢...
講真...我係因為想食個帶子先叫呢個set囉!!
仲要餐具又唔比...用手指食咩


之後我個餐湯...竟然比左對面搭枱既男仔...
應該話,個傳菜待應就咁放低就算...咁岩就放左係第二個客面前
好彩個男仔醒目,問佢:「呢個咩黎?」
個待應仲大大聲咁答:「中湯囉」就走鬼左.....
我見個男仔呆左冇反應..就知道佢冇order過,先知個餐湯應該係比我....
所以話呢間d態度真係唔得呀!!

差唔多食完埋單.都見到d"好笑"野..
就係其中一位待應...佢比經理問話:「做咩咁大力放野!你發生咩事?」
待應執好d野,就黑面同經理講:「我而家好"興"囉!!」
我都好想講...呢餐我都食得好唔開心,好"興"囉...
真係唔會再有下次!
