首先作為一間五星級酒店旗下嘅餐廳, book位嘅時候非常之唔彈性處理,堅持要客人what in,但係去到又有好多空位。所謂嘅裝修不過不失,既沒有五星級酒店的圖畫,亦沒有所謂有格調的風格設計,比較特別的只有餐廳天花板上的沙漏造型,比較新奇。現場live Music超級大聲,甚至可以去到叫做嘈的地步,同朋友聊天交頭接耳已經好大聲,但都傾得好辛苦。酒類和飲品冇乜特別大驚喜意見,價錢亦只算是合理,可惜服務非常之差,朋友生日切蛋糕,發生了一件不愉快事件。話說我們請服務員幫我們拍照,朋友捧着蛋糕與我們一起合照,整個過程超過5分鐘,當我們拍完照之後切蛋糕分發的時候,服務員才要求我們把蛋糕放回盒內,我們拍照前和拍照期間,一直沒有提醒過我們不能在餐廳中享用外來的蛋糕,必須規定客人只能進食他們餐廳提供的蛋糕。而當朋友們分發完蛋糕已經吃了一兩口後,服務員過來堅持要我們把蛋糕放回盒內,去到這個時候才告知,令到生日的朋友感到不愉快和大家10分尷尬。我們問到可否給予切餅費,因為蛋糕已經分發了給各人正在進食,服務員還是10分堅持,實在10分不合理。作為一間五星級旗下的餐廳有如此安排和不靈活的客戶服務,差評!

I ordered a house cognac, which I think they served it from a barrel. The spirit is strong indeed, but on the other hand the mouthfeel is smooth and lingering. The server also gave a small plate of chocolate for pairing with cognac. The praline and dried orange dipped with dark chocolate were particularly memorable, which bring out the fragrance and sweetness of the spirit as well.

Had a few drinks in Darkside last Friday. We love the atmosphere in this bar, very elegant, tasteful and classy. The jazz 🎶 is the best in Tsim Sha Tsui, it matches with the wine and vibe here. There is 3 dark side in this bar , the first one is the chocolate bar that all the chocolate is homemade , the 2nd dark side is the wine corner , you can find a 1979 macallan 18, which is the only bottle in HK, cost $6000 one shot 😍 and the last dark side is 5hr cigar area . This bar is called darkside not only the above reasons and you should go and let the bar tender introduce to you !

難得和陳先生約會,晚上吃完飯想找個Jazz Bar摸摸酒杯,想起這家在尖沙咀新開的酒店Rosewood也有家酒吧,便過去看看。這家酒吧除了8人以上可以訂位以外其他都只能walk in,每晚都有現場爵士樂,從晚上8點開始。我們晚上9點到坐滿了一半,10點室內就已經沒位要坐室外了。整個酒吧裝潢走暗黑型格系列,難怪叫DarkSide, 樓頂很高,桌子之間不會很靠近,我們坐在沙發區域非常舒適。我喜歡天花這個轉動漏斗的裝飾,很酷。這邊還有Live Jazz, 由一個4人band隊組成,主唱是一位黑人女士,唱功很棒,由慢節奏到比較高漲一點的Jazz,非常好聽!酒吧有一個朱古力角落,有各式各樣的朱古力,給點了whisky的客人提供的,因為威士忌比較濃烈,和朱古力搭配口感很好。免費果仁的味道是重口味的,服務生還會不停地幫我們添加。酒吧也提供少量食物,我們點了Waygu beef cheek tempura ($120). 上來大概有6塊,炸得酥脆不油膩,裡面的和牛臉頰肉很軟很好吃。價錢也不會很貴,服務和環境都很好,是現在我在香港最喜歡的爵士樂酒吧之一

這邊還有Live Jazz, 由一個4人band隊組成,主唱是一位黑人女士,唱功很棒,由慢節奏到比較高漲一點的Jazz,非常好聽!酒吧有一個朱古力角落,有各式各樣的朱古力,給點了whisky的客人提供的,因為威士忌比較濃烈,和朱古力搭配口感很好。

酒吧也提供少量食物,我們點了Waygu beef cheek tempura ($120). 上來大概有6塊,炸得酥脆不油膩,裡面的和牛臉頰肉很軟很好吃。

見其他人說要等位。我是平日晚上八時到的,無訂位。可能這個時間D人係去了吃飯,所以不用等。覺得Dark Side係有晒所有大家都中意既野:海景、雪茄、cocktail、spirit(cognac etc)、巧克力、live band、露台。以樣樣都有來講,真係算係好唔錯,bar food都好好食,巧克力都做得好,是酒店自己廚房出品。幾欣賞佢地有做酸的巧克力,其實難做過苦的,苦的只是提升可可成份就可以,但酸不易做好,佢地做得好好。酒方面,cocktail meun設計有心機,不過真心講不是飲過最有印象的cocktail,但如有外國朋友、帶女仔去,都會賺到佢地的「哇哇聲」,天花上面有會轉動的大沙漏,新到訪的朋友會開心的。是晚叫了兩轉,一次cocktail一次cognac,cognac十分好,百零蚊已有非常香的貨色。朋友點了雪茄,他說有少少貴,但都不是太過份。整體不錯,到了較夜時有點under staff,服務稍為慢,都可以理解。應該不會經常經常去(即係約人去傾心事個種),但帶新朋友、同事飲野social的社交,想要個見得人的場,這個就好得。地方不是超級超級大,但樓底很高,整體都舒服cozy唔

位於Rosewood酒店內的酒吧,隨著酒店的開業,一直呼聲頗高,亦都聽聞在開業的頭一個月,常常要大排長龍先至有得入內。今日終於有機會一試,本以為貪新鮮的人群也許已經退去,估唔到在這平日的夜晚,也幾乎fullhouse。幸好只是等咗一陣邊被安排入座了。正如酒吧的名字Darkside,原來這裡是沒有海景的。但裝修新潮,也有live band助興,氣氛不錯。可惜這裡的服務卻令人大跌眼鏡,我們被負責帶位的侍應安排坐下後,等了很久都沒有人再送上酒牌招呼,需要我們分別和兩位侍應提出需要menu後,才有人奉上,實在不應該是一間酒店的酒吧應有的服務。飲品算是中規中矩,也許這裡只適合貪新鮮打個卡而已吧。
