食越南野當然唔可以錯過火車頭河粉。
相傳越南火車站有河粉賣,越南人習慣在上下車時食碗河粉,所以一定要試下。
成碗河粉有好多牛肉,有生牛肉、牛丸、牛筋、牛栢葉同埋烤牛肉,岩哂我呢D牛魔王

本身對生牛肉有D卻步,但其實用D湯淥下佢就好快變半熟,好似打邊爐肥牛咁,其實唔洗驚。
牛肉湯底好鮮甜,咁多種部位當中我最鍾意牛筋,因為D牛筋好粗,口感非常好,必食!

小食方面,我哋嗌咗兩款檬紙卷, 因為睇嚟太吸引喇!明明係越南菜,但係竟然用三文魚同海膽嚟製作檬紙卷,蔬菜新鮮爽口, 三文魚同海膽都夠新鮮,創意滿分!

平時對越南菜嘅印象係比較淡味,但係呢間餐廳似乎有針對香港人口味作出改良, 麵食同埋小食都整得好入味,價錢都好合理,會再來吃的!

上星期小妖介紹我銅鑼灣V point地下開了間越南菜館,心想沒什麼特別呀!但小妖話暫時做梗88折,咁抵無理由唔去試下啫。番茄四寶湯檬粉四寶即是札肉,豬扒,豬頸肉,脆豬肉。湯底好濃郁,有茄膏又有鮮茄餚製,有點似飲羅餸湯,好開胃。檬粉又好吸收湯汁,更加滋味。札肉薄薄帶有糊椒香。豬頸肉和豬扒好鬆軟。脆豬肉我就麻麻地,因肥膏多,炸過覺得更肥膩。配菜的洋蔥和蒜片好多,增加口感。其實餐牌價錢可接受不太貴,而家還有折就抵上加抵。

四寶即是札肉,豬扒,豬頸肉,脆豬肉。
湯底好濃郁,有茄膏又有鮮茄餚製,有點似飲羅餸湯,好開胃。檬粉又好吸收湯汁,更加滋味。
札肉薄薄帶有糊椒香。
豬頸肉和豬扒好鬆軟。
脆豬肉我就麻麻地,因肥膏多,炸過覺得更肥膩。
配菜的洋蔥和蒜片好多,增加口感。

其實餐牌價錢可接受不太貴,而家還有折就抵上加抵。

很多很多肉,男生應該會滿足吧!女生來說太多肉了,還好有友人幫我分擔

出乎意外的好喝
!我之前有喝過香茅茶,覺得淡淡如水。但加上薑和蜜變得非常多層次,而且好喝!

整體對這餐廳很滿意!菜式比其他越南店特別,而且味道好,價格不貴。看來又是另一個中午和同事吃的好地方了

第一次在越男仔吃東西,其實始祖元朗店時已經想試一番,卻未有機會。今日機緣巧合之下就帶同事親身品嚐一下。環境座落於time square 附近,唔算難搵的地方,店內的設計都很清身。Menu 上的食物似乎並沒有分午餐下午茶或是晚歺,統一一份menu。點了手撕雞和生牛肉湯檬粉,加餐飲可以免費送一款小食。就點了龍眼梳打和春卷。綠色的餐飲配上透明玻璃,好多fresh 的感覺。手撕雞的湯我很喜歡,yummy !朋友的生牛肉湯檬來了個河粉,(是來錯了)如果是我會照吃,因我做過餐飲都知道重整很麻煩,可惜我朋友不吃河粉,侍應們都很有善為我地換返。朋友說她的生牛肉湯有點淡,只是很多餸才加了分。炸春捲有埋生菜可以卷住食😋值得一試。還有個侍應我覺得她很有趣,我不知在哪埋單,我問佢,佢可以話乜你唔係知既咩,你都黎食過....其實是否人有相似呢,就算我知道,對答上還是覺得有點兒哪過,我是來過,但只是在門口經過而已...

Shredded Chicken and Pork Bologna with Vermicelli in a Coconut Sour Soup ($68). Boyfriend ordered this as it was stated on the menu as their number one item. It was interesting as we had never encountered that many Vietnamese places in Hong Kong that offer a coconut based broth. And it wasn't just a regular rich coconut broth but they added a sour element to it so it tasted a bit like the sweet and sour soup you find at Sichuan restaurants. The vermicelli was chewy but the flavor of the broth just covered everything.

3+1 Cold Vermicelli ($78).   As it was it so hot outside, I had a cold vermicelli. This had shredded pork bologna, fried pork, lemongrass roasted pork, pork neck and chicken. It was topped with fresh crunchy cucumber and lettuce for that added freshness. This was pretty good. The vermicelli didn't fall apart on me when I mixed it with the fish sauce. the size of the bowl was a decent size so when I mixed ingredients, I had enough room to do so without everything spilling over. The meat was good with a special nod to the fried pork bits.

French Toasts Prawn with Cheese ($54). We shared an appetizer and chose something that wasn't something we had ever encountered in a Vietnamese restaurant. And that was prawn toast, a typical Cantonese dim sum item. But they added cheese in the middle. This was pretty good. Not too oily from being fried. The addition of cheese with prawn just worked really well. The prawn meat itself was quite firm and fresh.

Lemongrass Ginger and Honey Special Drink ($25). I ordered this and I quite liked it. It had a slight ginger taste but was balanced out by the sweetness of the honey and fragrant lemongrass taste. They even threw in a whole stick of lemongrass just to let you know ... they added lemongrass.

Overall, the food wasn't too bad.  Definitely not authentic Vietnamese but more geared towards a more Hong Kong style  of the Southeast cuisine.  If we didn't have the 50% off promotion, a meal would be over $100 per person. Service was a bit ... I don't know how to explain it. Off? Or maybe it was just the person at the front door who took you to your table? When we arrived, he asked us how many people. We said 2 where he said to please wait. A couple minutes later he asked us how many people. We repeated 2 and was told to please wait while table was getting cleaned. A minute later he turned to us AGAIN and asked how many people. Um...2? There wasn't anyone else behind us or in front of us. Why ask us 3 times how many people? As if in the span of 5 minutes, we'd increase our party of 2? Yeah ... strange and a  bit wary of staff with such short term memory.

May or may not be back due to the price as there is a equivalent type of Vietnamese in Causeway Bay that offers the same style of Vietnamese for a cheaper price and they offer value for money lunch and tea sets. This place doesn't. But they may in the future because you know .. Causeway Bay competition is fierce.

這幾天日日下大驟雨,剛經過登龍街就下狗屎咁大雨,唯有食住晏等雨停。剛開張好越男仔,名字可愛而且門口放了一個易拉架,食粉加飲料送雞翼或法飽小食,見咁抵就當然要試試。一個人叫了碗招牌手撕雞酸湯湯檬粉,凍檸七和蒜香脆雞翼湯底濃郁,微酸帶有椰汁的香味及青甜,令人特別開謂,我把整碗檬粉都吃光了😁😁超香脆的雞翼,師父真的能做到皮脆肉嫩多汁的效果,勁好味👍🏻平常怕甜不喝汽水的我,這杯檸七我差不多喝完了,因為鹹檸檬把汽水的甜平𧗽的剛好。
