之前喺個城市花園後面開咗一間百好酒樓,點知原來嗰間已經唔係到,同一個集團就係炮台山站嗰邊嗰間百匯軒。預先問咗百匯軒夜晚會有啲乜嘢餐,拒有一個1888嘅龍蝦餐。見佢張餐單又有龍蝦,又有乳豬全體,又有龍躉魚,又有魚翅,亦都有最正常嘅雞,好似好正甘,就叫左半圍。出嚟第一碟就係上湯龍蝦伊麵,見佢好似都幾大碟下,龍蝦肉都好似好多。但食落肉就唔算多,味道就正常,龍蝦都經過炸先再煮上湯麵。但係開始就覺得差咗好多,佢本身係包豬全體,但係因為叫咗半席嘅關係,所以就剩係得一半。但係佢攞出黎果隻乳豬感覺就淨係得三份一,得10幾件用而且肉唔多,全部都係皮。但味道方面乳豬皮係脆的,奉出來有餘温。之後攞出嚟嗰啲就仲過分,係帶子蚌片炒西芹,佢拎出嚟嘅份量比傳統嘅小菜仲要細碟,味道就正常。其餘嘅嘢都係細碟得制,味道就好正常,唔係好味,又唔係差。唯一要提一下就係隻雞係幾好食,皮都脆,暖暖地,個肉好滑,就算係雞胸位都好食。另外見佢有啲特價嘅小菜就叫左兩份蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子,呢個蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子味道就真係麻麻,佢用又唔係蒸魚豉油係家樂牌方型嗰陣豉油味,唔好食,粒帶子仲要好細粒好乾,而且已經唔痴殼,預先整左出,唔似新鮮製造。盛惠1

但係開始就覺得差咗好多,佢本身係包豬全體,但係因為叫咗半席嘅關係,所以就剩係得一半。但係佢攞出黎果隻乳豬感覺就淨係得三份一,得10幾件用而且肉唔多,全部都係皮。但味道方面乳豬皮係脆的,奉出來有餘温。

另外見佢有啲特價嘅小菜就叫左兩份蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子,呢個蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子味道就真係麻麻,佢用又唔係蒸魚豉油係家樂牌方型嗰陣豉油味,唔好食,粒帶子仲要好細粒好乾,而且已經唔痴殼,預先整左出,唔似新鮮製造。盛惠116蚊,唔值。

呢間成日都去飲茶,呢期好鍾意叫呢個薑汁糕,薑味幾濃,而且我好喜歡煙韌彈牙有咬感既糕狀甜品,呢個唔錯。但流心奶黃就強差人意了。已經一上枱就襯熱食,但仍然一點都唔流心。

今天上午大約十二時,我們來到百匯軒飲茶,無論哪方面的水準都大大提高。先說環境,非常光猛,而衛生方面亦很乾淨。我們點了下列的點心,每個都很有水準。白灼西生菜:生菜非常新鮮,精瑩剔透,吃下去很爽。百匯軒蝦餃皇:皮的厚度剛剛好,裏面的蝦在皮下若隱若現,吃下發現那蝦是原隻的巨大蝦球,非常好。鮮蝦菜苗餃:裏面的菜苗非常多,有著盆滿缽滿的感覺,加上精美的蝦球,簡直是完美的配搭。子薑牛肉球:很多酒樓的牛肉球都是用腐皮、冬菇或菜來做襯托,但是子薑真的少見,很有創意。子薑的酸甜跟牛肉的鮮渾在一體,感覺良好。黑松露野菌餃:濃郁的黑松露和野菌味,極之滿足,薄薄的皮裏蘊藏著大大小小的野菌,口感非常好。金珠鹹水角:一咬下去,卜卜聲四起,皮脆到不得了,裏面的餡非常豐富。鮮肉片皮蛋粥:粥感很綿,皮蛋多,肉片也挺大塊的,驚喜的是,裏面有些生菜!海皇雜錦窩麵:麵的幼度非常好,料足,湯多,一個字說完,惦!薑汁千層糕:一上檯,濃厚的薑味立刻升上來,滿足各位的嗅覺,彈牙的表面,薑汁滾落喉嚨,驅風,為這頓飯畫上完美的句號。
