位於粉嶺有一家老字號西餐廳,牛扒餐或各飯款也很有懷舊味道。餐湯除紅白湯外,還可以選擇周打魚湯,如果更講究的,可以加錢轉酥皮海鮮湯。今晚選擇羊西冷,肉眼扒及牛西冷。羊西冷厚身,煎得外香內嫩滑,羊味香而不羶。肉眼扒及西冷都份量十足,跟黑椒汁及洋蔥汁,高溫煎封牛扒,肉質鮮嫩,口感軟滑,牛味濃郁,非常 juicy 喔,牛魔王會好滿足。店員端上餐飲及雜果啫喱,七八十年代豉油西餐廳多會供應此為甜品,我一定要加花奶,請店員多拿兩小瓶來,很久沒有碰過用這金屬杯盛載甜品,無論啫喱或是雪糕也感零舍美味。好想試愛爾蘭咖啡,可惜怕晚上會失眠,下一次中午來試試先。

店員端上餐飲及雜果啫喱,七八十年代豉油西餐廳多會供應此為甜品,我一定要加花奶,請店員多拿兩小瓶來,很久沒有碰過用這金屬杯盛載甜品,無論啫喱或是雪糕也感零舍美味。好想試愛爾蘭咖啡,可惜怕晚上會失眠,下一次中午來試試先。

有一段時間冇去呢間餐廳,因為水準比以前差咗好多,無意中係電視見到介紹,所以再比機會佢再去一次,睇下有冇改善,點知晚飯時間7點半羅宋湯就加水😢跟著等咗大半個鐘先上主菜,叫咗兩份燒春雞,一隻正常份量,一隻小兒麻痺,服務又勁差,坐墊污糟到唔想坐落去,咁多年都係咁,之前就話個老闆太老,而家轉咗手啦,仲衰過以前,不知所謂,一d 人情味都冇,食物質素勁差,廚房超級污糟😠😠以後都唔會再去😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

老公今日突然想試懷舊扒房到了餐廳,不論内外,真係好有懷舊感覺午餐價錢亦十分相宜,選擇也不少最後我們點了西冷牛扒餐($178)及西冷羊扒餐($188)餐包普通,周打魚湯都好一般,就是白湯加少少魚肉,上面再放些梳打餅囉😅反而羅宋湯好飲,夠足料主菜到了,嘩!乜原來咁大份架!牛扒(七成熟)配飯跟黑椒汁,黑椒汁夠味,又不會太辣牛扒外脆內軟,肉質仲有少許彈牙羊扒(八成熟)配意粉跟黑椒汁羊扒夠厚,也是外脆内軟,肉質非常淋,香而不羶!超讚啊意粉也軟硬適中!正啊跟餐的熱咖啡,普通囉😅跟餐還附送甜品- 菠蘿啫喱,另跟花奶兒時最愛,我就加滿晒花奶先食,回憶返晒黎啊😍最後一讚~ 侍應門幾有禮貌!感覺親切!有人情味!幫我們影合照時,絕不馬虎,仲影左幾張唔同角度,還不停問我們ok嗎?哈!實在有點不好意思!

歷史悠久的西餐廳,也是我西餐的啟蒙小時候爸媽帶著我們去的高級餐廳對於每天吃住家飯的小朋友來說是褔音多年沒有來訪,餐廳仍然維持原狀古舊的滕椅、木枱及黃黃的燈靜靜地、優雅氛圍有段時間聽聞食物質素不太好,早兩個星期有朋友試過說改善了不少今次試試好似從回以前了 不錯不錯牛柳薯菜5成的牛柳剛剛好,軟硬適中、不太老又保持牛肉的肉汁雖然份量看起來不多,但一人實在是足夠的羊西冷扒意外的驚喜!一是份量多得很,二時出奇的美味。羊羶味不重反而有羊肉的香味,肉質似是慢煮的感覺,軟諗可口,肉汁完全鎖在裡面,不乾也不硬,真的不錯。啫喱十年如一的飯後甜品,啫喱的味道就是啫喱😂,只是仍是一樣,回憶即時回來了!

埋單時,人均只需150元,那麼價廉物美的港式西餐廳真的買少見少,對比莎樂美,這間一定完勝!

呢到既野食選擇都好多,但比較出名既都係扒類,所以就揀左兩個扒餐食,分別係牛扒同雜扒,可選配飯、意粉或薯菜。食物味道唔錯,無咩特別,唯一特別令人驚喜既係呢到既酥皮湯!成個餐又包湯又包野飲同甜品,份量真係好足,食得好飽。而主要黎呢到其實都係享受個環境,呢到坐得幾舒服,店員服務很不錯,好適合情侶黎談心。總體黎講,餐廳食物既性價比還好,但如果只係普通食晚飯,價錢就比較貴,建議大家大時大節可以黎呢到慶祝,享受氣氛。

今日約左好姊妹係粉嶺附近食飯,想搵一個可以坐得舒服又唔會趕住要走既餐廳食飯。路經呢間餐廳見裝潢都幾靚幾古典,又睇落幾舒服,重點又唔會好多人唔洗等位,於是就入左去食了。呢度都有好多選擇,我地一行三人都揀食唔同既扒,可以share 食。叫左牛柳、豬扒同埋三文魚。先有餐湯,揀左平時少有得飲既周打魚湯,都幾鮮味好飲。跟埋餐包,餐包微暖,塗牛油,都好食牛柳配薯菜,牛柳7成熟,都易切,味道都唔錯,食落都有咬口唔會韌,薯條都熱辣辣既。豬扒唔記得影相,相對冇咁嫩口,但印象中都唔差。三文魚扒都煎得幾香,不過有少少油,但都香脆既,意粉超多!其實佢仲配埋餐飲同啫喱,個啫喱又幾好食喎!又有果肉! 個餐超豐富、量多,好飽肚,我地完全食唔曬啊! 呢間餐廳幾好,服務唔錯,份量又多,程點係坐得舒服,環境幾好。

其實佢仲配埋餐飲同啫喱,個啫喱又幾好食喎!又有果肉!

個餐超豐富、量多,好飽肚,我地完全食唔曬啊!

呢間餐廳幾好,服務唔錯,份量又多,程點係坐得舒服,環境幾好。

很久沒有食過傳統的港式扒房, 最近經過位於粉嶺聯和虛的這家雅士餐廳, 立刻食去體驗一下餐廳環境餐廳是傳統的扒房, 古色古香, 但十分衛生,值得一讚用餐體驗餐廳侍應親切有禮, 而且隨時侯命食物質素餐湯有三種選擇 - 紅白綠, 我們兩人各點了一個白湯和紅湯。質素很高餐包方面 - 包是熱哄哄的, 而牛油加暖的,非常貼心主食 - 我點了一個雜扒飯, 味道不錯, 只是意粉不是太入味。朋友的是肉眼扒配飯, 點了7成熟, 沒有OVERCOOKED, 剛剛好, 不過飯也不是炒底總體而言個人感覺很不錯, 值得一試。我想我會一年吃一次

餐廳侍應親切有禮, 而且隨時侯命

食物質素
餐湯有三種選擇 - 紅白綠, 我們兩人各點了一個白湯和紅湯。質素很高
餐包方面 - 包是熱哄哄的, 而牛油加暖的,非常貼心
主食 - 我點了一個雜扒飯, 味道不錯, 只是意粉不是太入味。
朋友的是肉眼扒配飯, 點了7成熟, 沒有OVERCOOKED, 剛剛好, 不過飯也不是炒底

總體而言
個人感覺很不錯, 值得一試。我想我會一年吃一次

粉嶺聯和墟歷史悠久既扒房自從搬入粉嶺多年,就來過食過吾少次數,雖然中間換過老板,但味道都依然可以得Keep住冇變過不錯👍🏻我已經推介過不少朋友入來食佢😬佢價錢好平又抵食,餐廳環境又古式氣氛好。自從食過第一次食過酥皮湯跟法式田螺牛扒餐,多年來我每次來食都係食同一set dinner 冇變過😂(幫老婆《當時係女朋友仲要初戀》慶祝第一次生日都帶佢入粉嶺係食佢)👫🥰成足多年都ok好食佢既蒜蓉包好ok既(有一排食冇左,之後有返)酥皮湯Good所以先次次叫同一個set,有得飲。法式田螺焗得好食(n年之前係半打,現在4隻)牛扒質素唔差間扒房做到咁耐歷史,係有佢既優勝之處

今晚因為年初4公司收早,家人又唔想煮飯既關係,就帶左屋企人黎依間餐廳食飯。叫左3個set menu 每一個set menu 包一個餐湯叫左個周打魚湯周打魚湯非常香濃,用料足,還配上了梳打餅。除餐湯外仲有餐包送另外有一個set menu餐湯加錢轉左做酥皮海鮮湯充滿牛油香的酥皮,伴住香濃的海鮮湯主菜Set menu 中揀左個德國豬手配薯菜皮好脆身,內裹肉汁鮮嫩。依個豬扒餐比較嫩身,配上意粉加洋蔥汁(絕配)去到最後當然唔少得甜品,啫喱同埋凍飲一杯👍
