對個餐包有啲失望 因為佢係凍嘅

週末的下午茶時段,雅士餐廳沒有人龍,客人不多,就來一過懷舊下午茶餐客人不多,有窗邊位罝,環境不錯不過,最後選擇了坐在餐廳中央,空間感足,懷舊感十足的餐桌下午茶價錢由$36-$50不等,星期六、日,假期收加一服務費,平日免收加一服務費二人點了: 黑椒牛脷炒意粉~$50~上枱熱騰騰,下午茶份量剛好,意粉軟硬度適中,牛脷細細件,淋身,個人口味覺得厚切會較有咬口,整體味道合格。炸雞髀配沙律~$40~大大隻的雞髀,炸得金黃,皮脆肉嫩有肉汁,沙律味道也不錯,小朋友必點。餐飲 咖啡和熱朱古力滿滿的一壺,大約有1.5杯的份量熱朱古力味道,不太甜,味道普普通通熱咖啡,自行調較奶的份量咖啡唔算香濃,沒期望,也沒太大失望埋單~$99,週未收加一環境舒適,食物合格,服務不錯,到聯和墟雅士餐廳懷舊+朝聖,選擇下午茶時段也不錯。

久聞這間餐廳裝修懷舊,工作原故順道一試。由於過了早餐高峰時間,餐廳裡很少人,很容易找個窗邊位嘆個悠閑早餐。點了吉列魚柳,炸得硬和脆,食味當然不是很出色,但就是小時候茶餐廳的味道,配搭一片蕃茄、一片青瓜及炸薯條,畫面就充滿80-90年代感覺!一向不喜歡太陽蛋的我,因為店員忘記了我話轉熟蛋,而我又不想追究破壞了用餐的氣氛,於是照食,出奇地味道很夾,第一次覺得太陽蛋也幾好味!這裡的食客大多是街坊,店員就用很熟絡的語調和食客溝通,甚至記得一些食客的‘例牌’。見到這個和諧場面,這個外來人又點捨得為了隻蛋而殺風景呢?

雞扒煎得很香,算是皮脆肉滑,可惜兩隻蛋煎得稍老,有少少硬,建議下次可點太陽蛋或炒蛋。至於薯條就不過不失。

服務方面尚算不錯,坐低一會侍應就落單,由於早餐時段客人不多,大約5分鐘就上菜了,不錯!

總括而言,餐廳的裝修漂亮,走歐洲式的風格,早餐時段人數不是太多,所以可以安安靜靜、舒舒服服的坐下來享受早餐,是個不錯的選擇。

青🫑紅椒跟天使麵的比例接近6:4分
辣味太強,滿口只有辛辣而蒜🧄味是完滿的被掩蓋,就算看到不少蒜片也吃不出味道來
唯一可取是大蝦🦐新鮮、肉質彈牙,沒沾上太多辣味,感覺比較好
喜歡吃天使麵的我吃了大半就放棄了🏳

對粉嶺區的認識有限😅,這次算是第一次來到聯和墟和在這裡覓食🍽
跟男朋友行經此店時被外觀所吸引👀,入座時更加嚇一跳😳!
因為店家仍保持著8、90年代香港🇭🇰餐廳的裝潢,而且保存得很好,如置身於老電影🎥一樣~ 
那時才知道店家差不多有40年歷史了,這種餐廳不常見,而且風味十足,讓我回憶起兒時👶🏻點滴(一下子曝露年齡🤪)
有興趣感受一下懷舊氣息,可以收藏這個啊~

餐包埋凍飲,凍檸茶嘅味道正常,埋單加一收$78,以佢嘅質素都好合理,招呼都不錯亦有效率,呢間餐廳好多舊客,可能太耐歷史,雖然有啲comment話好差,不過我食過十幾次都覺得整體不錯,鍾意食啲舊式西餐廳呢間都可以係一個好選擇😊

之前都長期幫襯開,但最近成三四個月無食,今晚行過就入去幫襯下。大約七點幾去到,兩人去食原本安排左四人枱脾我地,但唔夠五分鐘經理就呼喝我地坐去兩人枱,明明係佢地安排我地坐四人枱,點知個語氣搞到好似係我地做錯事咁,不過我都明既,雖然嗰陣重有兩成空枱,但食飯時間坐位係緊張啲,我地都無講咩就調左枱。但好得意架喎又,佢之後三張枱客都係得兩個人又安排坐四人枱架喎。都無所謂喇,落餐時候,嘩唔知個侍應係咪想我地快啲落單,好似幫我地諗好哂食咩:「要飯架喇?黑椒汁架喇?」 食譚仔啲鄉音呀姐都唔會幫你揀埋食咩喇?估唔到二百幾蚊据個扒做埋omakase!都算 好少事啫都係啲講野技巧來,好呀到個酥皮羅宋湯來到,個皮林既個湯唔酸,甜到好似甜品咁。都唔緊要 等左半個鐘 後我地幾枱既客都食到一半我地嗰扒都未來,咪冒住脾人喺塊扒到加料既風險吹下佢地囉,原來真係漏左單,唔係侍應主動行過來同我地講架,係我地聽到廚房入面講話 「下未出咩 」先知,之後塊扒都係過左一陣先來。我而家先知原來二百幾蚊食扒重有法國餐廳既質素,一餐食兩個幾三個鐘。侍應放底既時候都唔理邊個客叫邊份架,擺唔岩要我地自己調番架,是但放哂落張枱到就算。食到一肚

食到一肚氣,終於可以收工叫埋單,張單唔知係咪要人手計加減數,叫第一次,十分鐘都無單來,要叫第二次。脾信用卡喇,嘩精彩喇,我簽完個名個經理就將我張信用卡同單好似玩啤牌咁飛落張枱到。嗰下我完全明白點解佢班馬仔依家質素點解會咁!

做咩無來一排, 差左咁多?

行過見食物餐牌幾吸引,點知係伏來,服務態度完全唔掂,入到去舉手落單完全冇人理,落單嗰陣似語氣似兇人,未嗌完嘢食就已經搶餐牌走,個甜品講明叫上,點知係即上唔理人,羅宋湯甜到似甜品,忌廉湯d雞肉柴都似毛巾都算,味道仲要似廚房抹布毛巾味,餐包同湯食完半個鍾都未上到,問題係唔算多客,隔離個客遲來我十五分鍾都已經食完走咗,個飯同意粉講明多汁,來到係得嗰一小灘,重要既係食完之後即刻肚痛要穩廁所排毒。

餐湯都還好,餐包現成所以無得點差法,牛油都係現成。但一到主菜,同男朋友叫左兩份牛扒午餐配薯菜,牛扒好似切淨d頭尾,肥多過肉,又散哂碎哂嘅肉;薄過張紙;薯條又凍又硬又乾,好似擺過隔夜咁,連翻叮或者翻焗都無;薯菜竟然係雜豆,椰菜唔係,係雜豆🤯。成份餐都唔熱,暖都唔暖,完全係凍,勁凍!好似整定擺哂喺度好耐咁。侍應落單時好似唔識個餐牌咁,飲完餐飲又走嚟問餐飲飲咩。唔會再去,裝修幾靚都無用,食物質素太差。唔係貴,但平均除番90食呢個餐真係一d都唔值。
