北區難得的雅座 ,之前去上水*廊食飯食牛扒,塊扒又細又硬 ,叫5成熟竟然給我全熟,食完又唔飽,谷氣第日去雅士再食牛扒,北區食扒得幾間,雅士同betterOle係雙冠軍,食牛扒叫5成就係5成,西冷肉眼都好食,份量話大份唔算大份但一定夠食飽人,有湯有餐包有飲品。唔會好似*廊咁呃人比塊30牛扒你收200咁。雅士湯好飲,仲有一隻忌廉蜆湯。凍飲細杯左d.... 環境好 ,永遠唔趕客走。是坐低吹水好地方。但豬手唔好食,食過一次麻麻地.. 太多油脂不是乾身的,有早市午市,午市都唔算好貴。早市就一般唔覺得好食。

今日在粉嶺郊遊,晚餐就慕名前往久違了的雅士餐廳。裝修就是三、四十年前港式西餐,如Amigo, Louis Steak House 。近年對港式扒房不會過份要求, 塊扒(預咗有蘇打粉處理過) 煮得淋 、稍為有肉味, 就收貨㗎喇!不過今晚的西冷扒完全唔掂,叫五成就嚟佐九成熟,淡茂茂、完全冇肉味!其他食物都唔想提!食到, 食到一半,班員工無啦啦在我後面用疑似漂白水嚟洗地 ,一陣味非常攻鼻 ,當堂想嘔咁濟!唔知點講,四、五年老字號令人咁失望。二佰幾蚊一個人唔算平,在市區可以食得幾好!可能物業係自己的、唔憂做、等收購!anyway, 早啲睇以上樓主的comments就唔會中伏!

聽閒呢間係聯和墟老字號,今日lunch時間經過難得唔使等位,所以就同朋友入去試試。餐廳裝修十分懷舊,我哋點咗三個lunch set,包括豬扒配薯菜、雞扒配意粉,和白汁龍利柳配飯。lunch set 還有羅宋湯,忌廉湯和周打魚湯揀。另外亦附送餐包。餐包都幾軟身,暖暖哋。Lunch set 份量都好大,豬扒同雞扒ok好味,達到正常水平。龍脷柳就麻麻地,可能落得太多白汁,較稠身。每個set平均70幾蚊,份量算多,性價比黎講,可以在懷舊餐廳食嘅話,都算ok抵。下次如果想懷舊一下,可以再去,值得一試。

由細到大都係住喺聯和墟,大個咗搬咗出去住有時都幾掛住聯和墟嘅嘢食。依幾年都好多人鍾意入去聯和墟搵嘢食,二聯和墟嘅西餐廳選擇唔係太多,一間係我由細食到大嘅餐廳,全家都幫襯咗佢好多年,見有機會同老竇撐枱腳,就去再試下佢啲扒。老竇叫咗個鑊仔牛柳餐,我就叫咗個銀雪魚配西冷扒餐。不得不提佢個羅宋湯真係好好飲,辣辣地而且好香濃,食得出佢係煮咗好耐,所以次次嚟都一定會跟餐飲佢個湯。試咗老竇幾舊鑊仔牛柳,都好有牛味,而且易咬又唔會有梳打粉味,都幾出色。我自己嗰份銀雪魚都算唔錯,魚肉都夠滑同埋夠香,塊西冷扒都肥瘦適中,口感都算唔錯,唔會過熟過生。最尾仲送多個啫喱或者雪糕,為我嘅回憶一餐畫上一個完美嘅句號。不過回憶就真係唔係太平啦,以前食好似$100就可以走,依家一個餐都加到$200啦,百物騰貴,都冇辦法,好在佢價錢貴左但係食物質素都仲keep得住,所以都已經叫唔錯㗎啦。

試咗老竇幾舊鑊仔牛柳,都好有牛味,而且易咬又唔會有梳打粉味,都幾出色。
我自己嗰份銀雪魚都算唔錯,魚肉都夠滑同埋夠香,塊西冷扒都肥瘦適中,口感都算唔錯,唔會過熟過生。
最尾仲送多個啫喱或者雪糕,為我嘅回憶一餐畫上一個完美嘅句號。
不過回憶就真係唔係太平啦,以前食好似$100就可以走,依家一個餐都加到$200啦,百物騰貴,都冇辦法,好在佢價錢貴左但係食物質素都仲keep得住,所以都已經叫唔錯㗎啦。

假日來雅士餐廳吃過下午茶餐廳沒有特別裝修,保存的風格,很懷舊。我們大約兩點入座,已經很快有位。我點了下午茶餐,咖喱角春卷沙律配熱奶茶。奶茶應該係用幾種茶葉溝埋一齊煲,茶味好好飲,再加上用上復古的器具,很喜歡。

餐廳沒有特別裝修,保存的風格,很懷舊。

今日同男朋友黎左呢間港式扒房食lunch假日lunch 時間入黎都有好多位又闊落坐得幾舒服我地叫左兩個lunch set首先一開始上咗個餐包同湯先上面嗰個係忌廉湯下面嗰個係周打魚湯周打魚湯會有塊餅乾條係入邊而忌廉湯入邊就有啲雞肉粒2個湯都好飲唔會話溝得太多水都飲到少少creamy ge質感..呢個係T骨扒配薯菜有兩塊扒係用鬆肉粉那過的冇乜牛肉味同出面茶餐廳食嘅牛扒一樣..呢個係黑椒汁西冷扒配薯菜都係用鬆肉粉那過食呢塊扒嘅感覺同食T骨扒冇分別因為都已經係冇牛味了..凍檸茶檸檬擺得好特別㗎.

經過粉嶺,見到哩舖頭都幾大,係諗唔到食咩嘅情況之下,決定去懷舊一下。價錢個人覺得唔算貴,主要算係嗌咗3款嘢食,「一級西冷牛扒餐」「德國咸豬手」「法式焗田螺」咁牛扒同豬手係餐嚟嘅...有送埋湯同甜品,咁我加錢轉咗個酥皮湯湯嘅水準正常,酥皮啱啱焗出嚟都算香脆的,幾好但甜品就麻麻哋啦,食落有陣藥水味,或者哩款啫喱就係咁嘅味,又可能食得靚甜品多,已經食唔慣哩個味焗田螺啱啱焗起連埋啲牛油薯蓉係幾出色嘅而西冷牛扒亦同預期差唔多,正常水準但豬手就唔理想啦,雖然份量大係幾大,但我無諗過出嚟個樣會係咁,正常唔係應該炸出嚟..層皮金黃色好脆嘅咩?點解哩個豬手好似煲完湯啲湯渣咁?

位於粉嶺有一家老字號西餐廳,牛扒餐或各飯款也很有懷舊味道。餐湯除紅白湯外,還可以選擇周打魚湯,如果更講究的,可以加錢轉酥皮海鮮湯。今晚選擇羊西冷,肉眼扒及牛西冷。羊西冷厚身,煎得外香內嫩滑,羊味香而不羶。肉眼扒及西冷都份量十足,跟黑椒汁及洋蔥汁,高溫煎封牛扒,肉質鮮嫩,口感軟滑,牛味濃郁,非常 juicy 喔,牛魔王會好滿足。店員端上餐飲及雜果啫喱,七八十年代豉油西餐廳多會供應此為甜品,我一定要加花奶,請店員多拿兩小瓶來,很久沒有碰過用這金屬杯盛載甜品,無論啫喱或是雪糕也感零舍美味。好想試愛爾蘭咖啡,可惜怕晚上會失眠,下一次中午來試試先。
