今晚路經藍田,見平平哋,走入去試吓,地方比較嘈,好多老人家,不過如果擬價錢來相比較,都還算可以的,坐到七點幾,都見酒樓坐滿晒,價錢其實唔算貴,食物質素普通,味道也很普通。

朋友住在觀塘區,這天就相約一齊來藍田這間百匯酒家飲返個下午茶,星期一至五的下午茶特別抵食!尤其係細食的朋友仔!燒味湯粉瀨每碗只要$19.8, 我們就叫了燒肉瀨粉,味道不過不失,份量都唔算少!另外,再叫左個海皇煎薄餅,都只是$18.8,性價比真的不錯,份量也是幾足夠!大部份的特價精美點心都是十幾二十蚊就有,唔錯唔錯!百匯酒家又幾近地鐵站,地點相當方便,真是一個同朋友飲茶傾計的好地方!下次我會考慮再來飲下午茶架!

Super nice choice of food for family gathering. A wide variety of good food. It’s simple and yummy. The soup base is yummy and I mixed it with rice to eat This bowl didn’t contain a lot of attractive ingredients tho. The abalone is a bit small. The shrimps are rather fresh and I like them. The fish balls and meat balls tastes nice too! My favourite is the radish, they have absorbed the taste of the soup base!

光顧這酒家已經第三次了。上兩次在還有晚市的時候,一個孖寶套餐包半隻炸子雞和清蒸沙巴龍躉,後來再點一個海味雜菜煲,豐富的一餐不過三百元多一點。然而第一次之水準明顯高於第二次,看來師傅有別。是故也吸引了來早茶。早茶孖寶也抵食,先來牛肉腸。粉皮偏黏口和厚身,看來是就附近街坊多長者。牛肉是滑牛山竹牛肉一類,馬蹄芫茜都有。不過不失。孖寶之一,蠔王鮮竹卷。調味大路,先用腐皮包甘荀豬肉椰菜等再泡油,然後放蠔油芡蒸熱。調味其實都中規中矩,幾好入口上編到了點心專門店,點了同樣的菜苗餃,可惜上次是不對辦。今次好得多。首先水晶皮通透煙韌又不厚不粉糯。調味有,用的是能呈味的豆苗,這個是好食的。見到點心對路又叫了燒賣。調味都正路,肉餡是全攪肉,有冬菇粒,蝦仁。最後點了蒸蘿蔔糕。調味好,蘿蔔清甜,糕身軟熟,瑤柱,少許胡椒粉和豉油,搭配得天衣無縫,是舊時的滋味。整體而言,晚飯其實也不錯,早茶更優惠,五款點心連茶位加一不過一百二十元,所以有時不是免茶價免加一就是抵。

今晚同屋企人係到食,諗住佢唔係商場會抵食啲喇~點知啲野食質素就好一般:(叫左一個黑松露帶子炒蛋,份量足夠嘅,黑松露咪都香嘅,但係就唔太均勻,而且帶子數量少得可憐,成碟都係得4-5粒超薄嘅帶子另外叫左一個菜,咸到不得了,要即刻飲水🤦🏿‍♀️至於叉燒,個賣相其實都ok, 叫左個例牌,都要$98架,唔係特別平,但係一食落去,都係好肥同埋好油,肉質亦都一般,中間個啲都好難咬,好乾身下次都係不了🤦🏿‍♀️

本次這間百滙酒家食飯因爲happy birthday today.先來食飯,龍蝦伊麵都可以了,兩個孖寶就唔得了,海鮮雜錦𣾀唔得,又難食,份糧少又喊,喊到好像苦味道了,同經理講聲話d鮑魚好喊,就話第碟比你,我地選擇蟲草蒸班頭腩,點解來時候食一件班頭腩沒有魚味,一d味道都冇,一個字「形容難食」,d蝦又細又唔好食又少,我來過好幾次d野食都幾好,但今次來食野味道都唔同左,同咪味道差左好多,野食越來越差,,差差差差,下次都唔會再來迎林了

本次這間百滙酒家食飯因爲happy birthday today.先來食飯,龍蝦伊麵都可以了,兩個孖寶就唔得了,海鮮雜錦𣾀唔得,又難食,份糧少又喊,喊到好像苦味道了,同經理講聲話d鮑魚好喊,就話第碟比你,我地選擇蟲草蒸班頭腩,點解來時候食一件班頭腩沒有魚味,一d味道都冇,一個字「形容難食」,d蝦又細又唔好食又少,我來過好幾次d野食都幾好,但今次來食野味道都唔同左,同咪味道差左好多,野食越來越差,,差差差差,下次都唔會再來迎林了
