在openrice訂左位中午12點,由於媽媽鍾意飲茶,所以訂間酒店中菜同佢飲茶。訂12點早左到都即刻有位,起初只有幾台客人的關係招呼是十分好,但到中午十二點幾開始人多的時候,因人手不足的關係,叫咗幾次都冇人加水,而且唔明點解要三個人執一張枱。我們叫了黑豚叉燒👍雞蛋叉燒腸就一般,蝦餃的皮未夾起已經爛,沒有酒店應有的水準,鮑魚珍珠雞,媽媽話這個很好味,還有一個蒸餃,啲皮都太淋好容易爛,懷舊芝麻糕,芝麻味如果重啲就perfect。我們還後加了龍躉頭腩煲,這個味道不錯,還有點心沙嗲金錢肚👍潮州粉果一般,臘味蘿蔔糕很精緻。由於人多的關係,酒店中菜部的冷氣都不夠,坐到出曬汗。可能我是第一次來的關係不是熟客,招呼就沒有那麼殷勤了。

Their restaurant recently had a promotion where a set meal included most of their award winning dishes.Their Dim Sum presentation looked amazing. However, initially, they forgot to introduce it and whether any order we should enjoy it so I ended up eating the sweet dim sum(sticky dumpling) first.Subsequently all dishes were introduced. There was some delay for the chicken dish. We didn't mind actually as we were chatting non-stop about work. We were surprised when they apologized and offered the barbecued pork while we were waiting. Definitely good service.

My favorite dish was their lobster bisque with poached seafood and crispy rice. The prawn and scallop was perfectly cooked and adding the crispy rice in the end was a great way to enjoy every drop of the bisque.
