每年10月正值菊黃蟹肥的季節,當然少不了清蒸江蘇大閘蟹。餐廳為每位客人預留足六両重的江蘇大閘蟹(公蟹),大閘蟹的蟹膏豐腴,油香四溢;最適合以傳統清蒸煮法來炮製,不但可盡量保留蟹膏和蟹肉的鮮味,也可讓賓客品嚐到最原汁原味的大閘蟹,滋味滿分。

已經是第N次和哥哥來飲茶。 因為朝早唔太人多,又唔洗等位,坐位舒適,空間感很足夠,枱與枱之間不會好貼。職員服務亦好貼心,有禮貌,食物水準依然保持高質,真的很難得。食物:每樣點心都做得好好,用料也是比較好,看得出用心製作。某些點心擺盤都有特式。 甜品: 桃膠燉旦白,滑香,賣相也吸引。茶: 茶味算幾好,入口滑,香濃,唔澀口鞋口,還有熱爐坐着壺茶,十分好。整體是十分好的酒店中餐廳, 我們會繼續來飲茶。支持支持本地消費。

單尾來一碗舒心的薏仁小米泥鯭粥!近來濕氣超重大家應該也非常水腫,這碗內有去濕消腫的薏米及除熱的小米來得正合時宜,加上鮮甜的泥鯭肉這碗粥鮮味得可以。
