身為上海人,小籠包作為當地平民美食由細到大食唔少。台灣鼎泰豐好多好多年前在香港紅磡剛剛開店時就幫襯過,印象是不好吃性價比低. 今天路過銅鑼灣鼎泰豐,家人想吃小籠包,ok冇問題,再试吓無妨俾多次機會佢(簡直好了傷疤忘了痛)兩個人叫了兩籠小籠包,一籠糯肉燒賣,一碟烤夫,一碟蒜香粉皮肉. 主角小籠包啲肉又松散又乾又渣又冇味,係有汁嘅,但除咗油又係完全冇味,難食到啊!連點小籠包嘅醋都淡到冇味,可以講係我食過最難食小籠包! ! 蒜香粉皮肉,啲白肉唔知擺咗幾耐,完全風乾曬,肉乾甘,加粉皮拌口感差而且一點味道都冇,烤夫和糯肉燒賣都係中下等之作👎成餐飯冇樣嘢好食,應該講係難食👎再有連沖茶嘅水都唔够熱,一間超級失敗嘅餐廳,竟然仲係米芝連一星,所以話所謂米芝連餐廳,除咗貴性價比低就只能呵呵了!這個以小籠包出名的餐廳,小籠包都可以甘難食,仲可以生存咁多年,開甘多分店,真係奇蹟

Tossed shredded jellyfish with radish: an appetizing dish where cold jellyfish meets radish and this combo goes surprisingly well

Special steamed pork dumplings: needless to say, they serve one of the best xiao long bao in town with thin flour skin yet securely wraps the pork that do not break easily

Braised beef noodle soup: the beef was very tender and the broth was concentrated like some of the beef noodle soup I had in Taiwan

Fried rice with shrimps and shredded pork: a standard fried rice that wasn't greasy and my son had 2 bowls of it

唔知食乜就會食鼎泰豐😂今次試下銅鑼灣分店先~黑松露小籠包$190只係得六件,到底值唔值?答案係唔值🤷🏻‍♀️一上枱打開過籠同咬開嗰下都聞到好濃烈黑松露味。但食落只係普通小籠包加咗一匙黑松露喺肉餡上面。味道係同佢普通小籠包一樣,唔係唔好食嘅但合格囉雖然嗰一匙都真係好大匙,但食落去其實味蕾冇好大嘅感覺😔香干馬蘭頭一道好考功夫嘅菜式,菜同豆干要切得夠碎又搾得夠乾水先至叫做合格嘅馬蘭頭,鼎泰豐係做到呢個水準。少少麻油已經足夠調味,味道滿意酥炸排骨非常薄身 粉醬唔厚 炸得酥脆 熱辣辣上枱一下子就清晒🤩 簿簿長長咁要分幾啖咬蒜蓉炒通菜睇相都知佢應該用咗成噸油去煮🤷🏻‍♀️通菜本身已經索油仲要落咁多油🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️蒜蓉味就真係食唔出 兩啖就不了清燉雞湯朋友叫咗盅燉湯,超級多雞件,但湯唔冇牛肉湯咁大碗。偏鹹似普通史雲生雞湯🐤 雞肉都煮太老少「鞋」成日食尖沙咀嗰間鼎泰豐但銅鑼灣呢間都係第一次食。好似水準爭咁啲🧐🧐連斟茶都要叫幾次先嚟🤷🏻‍♀️

一道好考功夫嘅菜式,菜同豆干要切得夠碎又搾得夠乾水先至叫做合格嘅馬蘭頭,鼎泰豐係做到呢個水準。少少麻油已經足夠調味,味道滿意

因為落大雨,係physical做完Gym,就食鼎泰豐啦⋯⋯平時都有食開餃子,小籠包之類嘅上海菜,知道鼎泰豐係最有名的一間,所以再決定好耐冇食,再試一下!要咗一個紅燒牛肉麵,招牌小籠包,炒油麥菜,小窩雲吞紅燒牛肉麵- 雖然牛肉得四舊,不過一咬即溶,好林,好入味,個面都係爽口彈牙嘅,好食招牌小籠包-見到個皮係好薄,差唔多睇到入邊啲餡,加埋啲醋,係好味。不過對比其他食物,比較遜色,因為冇乜特別驚喜。小窩雲吞-個皮唔係特別薄,不過個皮食落有啲粉皮嘅感覺,幾有咬口,好特別!雖然一碗得六粒要成$76,性價比好貴,不過係好食嘅總結:叫咗四樣嘢,都成$350,又唔係食得特別飽,所以性價比好貴,未必有下次

紅燒牛肉麵- 雖然牛肉得四舊,不過一咬即溶,好林,好入味,個面都係爽口彈牙嘅,好食



招牌小籠包-見到個皮係好薄,差唔多睇到入邊啲餡,加埋啲醋,係好味。不過對比其他食物,比較遜色,因為冇乜特別驚喜。



小窩雲吞-個皮唔係特別薄,不過個皮食落有啲粉皮嘅感覺,幾有咬口,好特別!雖然一碗得六粒要成$76,性價比好貴,不過係好食嘅



總結:叫咗四樣嘢,都成$350,又唔係食得特別飽,所以性價比好貴

銅鑼灣 鼎泰豐嚇了一跳!面前這一碟海蜇皮,有没有再細 D? 味道只是普通,没特别。6.個小籠包也很细小,吃完連半飽都未够。味道嘛,算好,但未至於極好。記憶中,及不上台湾本店。而上海的普遍水准也比它好,而且包也大碼一些。没想到鼎泰豐會貴到這個地步?它在台灣,是平民食堂!在香港,貴到,啞咗。餐廳的装修很平實,像 canteen 而已, 不值這麽貴。餐廳很大,估計有 200 至 300 座位。地點是銅鑼灣,邊寧頓街口。這個是極度的三煞位,冇人做得長。鼎泰豐都算挨得!它的周圍都被欄住,紅綠燈等到頸都長。今天祗因避雨,才剛好跑進去。看價錢就住就住來點餐,也仍然頗爲出血。

到銅鑼灣鼎泰豐點了一個高湯炒芥蘭($78),一放落口,芥蘭又老又硬,於是同侍應講,侍應回應‘我們這裏的芥蘭是特別硬的’,然後打算離開。於是我們說請找經理來,經理3分鐘後出現,然後又重複‘我們這裏的芥蘭都是比較硬的’。我可不是第一次吃芥蘭,應該是老的菜才會硬,於是他黑口黑面沒有尾音的說,‘得,幫你換’。以此推想,當我們去一間餐廳用膳,然後投訴餸菜有異味,酒樓的人就回覆,我們餐廳所有的餸菜都有異味。以前鼎泰豐服務細心有禮,點解會變咗而家咁樣😩
