Throwback Feb visit. Local HK styled bistro nestled in a quiet street corner at Tin Hau. Excellent vibe and a well thought out menu to go with a pint after a long day at work. Daily specials(secret menu 隱藏菜單)need to be preordered a day in advance. Particularly memorable items for me on the day of our visit were the chicken skin crackers that were fried to a delicate crisp, spicy watermelon the sweetness of which was accentuated by the mala sauce that came with it; the beef tongue and char siu that had the right amount of thickness and chargrilled to perfection, and the umami packed grilled oysters. Definitely a resto that I would revisit for the wider range of items on the menu!

燒牛脷芯並不是每間餐廳都能夠做到皆因牛脷芯牛脷最稀有的部位、人有失手、馬有失蹄、發現肉質有問題後馬上更換、老闆再𧶽我們幾杯米酒品嚐,餐廳應有的反應、牛脷芯厚身但爽「正」

正所謂「粉紅色lin頭、可遇不可求」 酒虎詩龍的「煙燻乳鴿」在燈光昏暗底下都能夠看得到乳鴿肉身粉紅色、並不代表他做了刺身給我們、相信是經過慢煮風乾呈現的效果

酒虎詩龍從裝修的港式地氣貼近、硬件的執着(用炭爐)、師傅的底蘊、食材的新鮮及創意的菜式幾個元素能夠結合在一起完美演繹、我已經二訪了、book到位的話去試試吧,祝你們好運

從剛開業就一直很想來試試看~這次終於提早訂到位了🥰十張限額根本不夠放😆因為有太多都想吃了~但我印象最深的一定就是牛舌芯❤️燒的剛剛好 完全是我愛的那種牛舌🥰這個我給一百分❤️另外那個焦糖牛油燒玉米也很有驚喜~一來的時候完全沒看出來是燒玉米🌽表面還灑了一些玉米片吃起來也蠻有趣的~另外熱浪薯條我也很愛吃❤️因為熱浪味薯片跟薯條我都很喜歡🫶🏻本身不太愛吃雞皮的我~也蠻喜歡這個雞皮仙貝的~很夠味😆燒馬友也很入味~雞皮雞卷也很juicy🤤還有慶生版的燒莎莉蛋糕配雪糕也很有心思很好吃🥰🥰P.S. 其實也很想試麻辣西瓜😆但還是衝破不了要吃香菜的心理關口🤭

This place has the worst customer service. We asked the server for a more comfortable chair. Then the boss lady came, didn’t make any effort at all to change for a more comfortable chair and just offered to give a foldable chair that has no back support. We had told her repeatedly why that chair doesn’t feel comfortable. The whole time she just gave us all the rejection reasons. With this kind of service, there was no point for us to stay for this absurdity.

有好多串燒店都係以「東門風」重灑孜然粉同辣椒粉,但呢度就用好多港式調味方法,e.g 薑蓉、麻辣、咸蛋黃、豆豉等,而且食物/食材款式好多,絕對岩大家口味! 不過呢…價錢唔平啊,但都好值得一試!!🙌🏻

港式風格炭火燒烤店 看到環境已經被吸引🤩天氣轉涼想吃它們的煲仔飯 可惜煲仔飯以及一些隱藏菜式要先到IG先查看和提前WhatsApp預訂 #唯有下次有機會再食🥺不過乳鴿都是用砂煲上菜 視覺效果一流~其他餐點都蠻不錯 份量不算大有點像居酒屋🏮可以多點不同小食和串燒~邪惡的雞皮雞卷和雞皮扇貝值得推薦👍🏼燒莎莉蛋糕也不錯🍰當日雪糕是帶薑味的很有趣

味道:見我擺白鱔為封面主角就知道小編係幾咁like呢個白鱔啦,皮脆肉嫩有咬口真係好好味、豆豉汁都好夾,呢個一定要食兩串以上搞唔掂呀😆另外第二幅圖就係小編encore既另一個項目~焦糖牛油粟米、外面灑上d粟米片真係好好味、個焦糖牛油醬好有Christmas聖誕小屋入面d糖果既味道,呢個真係好出色好出色、如果用呢d焦糖牛油醬做爆谷就完美曬😌呢兩樣都係下次小編must點既item。之後就到d時令海鮮,最印象深刻應該係北寄貝同蟶子,好新鮮、烹調同調味唔會令到海鮮既鮮味被蓋住或影響到。但墨魚仔小編就一般、墨魚係爽口既但略帶少少韌呢個扣分。脆馬友都唔錯👍🏻但冇咩wow factor不過價錢68黎講算抵食既。至於串燒包括羊肉串、繡球菌同墨魚肉腸水準都唔差,特別係羊肉串用紅柳枝串住帶出木味香氣呢個係好好既idea黎、墨魚肉腸好味但比較油膩左少少🤏、繡球菌爽口但我地食左好多重味嘢之後至食佢就覺得佢好淡要加🧂鹽😂麻辣西瓜🍉係鎮店前菜、西瓜好甜但個麻辣醬冇咩層次、呢個小編一般,當普通西瓜食還可以、唔好太大期望會帶比味覺有咩震撼😅全晚最敗筆既莫過於最後幅圖就係咸蛋黃燒飯糰🍙、d味真係好奇怪😳好似d藥粉味咁,完全冇咸蛋黃味,d咖喱粉味好奇怪🤔夾埋一齊就好似d中藥粉味道,難食到嘔🤮~d飯焦好硬好難handle、一個字好x差😩

總括黎講食物水準唔錯、d食材好新鮮雖然價錢唔平但小編覺得值得既,特別係香港好多串燒店都係川式即係灑好多d味粉上去d食物度根本完全食唔到食物本身既鮮味,但呢度烹調既技巧、調味方法等等都係高水準,可以話係高質串燒店亦加入好多港式調味方法、確實冇咩餐廳可以食到,就係呢個point都已經值得奉上金錢啦、更何況知道主廚個來歷之後更加覺得值!佢曾經喺8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA (中環)工作過、難怪咁擅長fusion既菜式。

服務都係好好既、staff有禮貌、有效率、同好細心咁不斷幫d客人換碟尤其係食海鮮既客人啦。

因為我地有飲酒所以埋單係1700元,大家可能覺得1700兩個人食真係好貴,但小編覺得久唔久豪一次食下好西絕對值得,對自己好d、慰勞下自己呢個禮拜既艱辛絕不為過。

食完唔覺得好口渴、腸胃冇不適、今朝起身都係回味梗尋晚餐飯,小編真係覺得食好西真係可以令自己幸福好一段時間既😌😍
