男人的浪漫唔一定係豆腐火腩飯既,其實打邊爐都係男士聚會的首選。今晚同朋友去了食火鍋,時下的餐廳真係各出奇招,今次這間除了火鍋還有點心供應,多款選擇而且價錢又便宜。火鍋底要了胡椒豬肚雞煲,胡椒味很香又多雞肉。牛肩胛及牛板腱都是美國貨,肉味較濃郁又有咬口。手打墨魚滑很彈牙又好味,可惜只是一次性供應。廣島蠔鮮甜唔腥。扇貝細細粒味道一般。脆肉鯇魚肉質鮮甜爽口。其化火鍋料都比較大眾化。點心有十多款,全部都叫了少少試一下。鮮人參灌湯餃有人參香味。蝦餃的鮮蝦爽彈。流沙煎堆香脆又不會太甜。男人們點可以無啤酒,這裏有嘉士伯任飲,百多二百元就有此質素,絕對有下次。

188任食點心火鍋. 價錢真係平既, 200樓下既任食已經接近見唔到.首先講下湯底先, 湯底就係豬骨湯, 入面有好多豬軟骨,但係奇怪既係豬骨湯好少會有加芫茜所以味道會有小小怪.肩胛牛, 唔算差既, 係美國肥牛之上, 牛味普通,但口感唔錯的. 但唔算好靚既牛. 主要係口感OK我覺得松葉蟹柳反而唔錯, 幾好食. 魚就鮮度OK, 呢個價錢合理.點心我只叫左, 千層紅棗糕, 口感OK既, 味道有點點偏甜. 但點心選擇其實唔算多. 醬料選擇就唔夠多, 就得醬油, 同4個盒既乾料, 無其他醬料. 如果有d沙爹醬點牛肉個d就會正好多.整體黎講, 呢個價錢質素係合理, 而家已經好少200蚊都唔洗既任食.呢到服務係好好, d員工係十分熱情, 呢點十分抵讚!!!

(東哥點心籠仔蒸飯專門店)位置非常方便,從太子站或旺角站步行都係5分鐘以內,雖然附近好多食肆,但係能夠鶴立雞群,實在不容易。要飲夜茶,一盅兩件,選擇非常少,如果加埋火鍋放題更加係寥寥可數。店內裝修風格比較時尚新穎,燈火明亮,採光度十足。雖然有點像茶餐廳的座位佈局,但遠觀一看,更像迷你型的中式酒樓。既然係點心放題,當然要叫返唔同種類嘅點心,感受下一齊上枱嘅震撼感啦! (溫馨提示:大前提係要食得晒呀。)(名稱不分先後):東哥蝦餃王,湯皇鮮竹卷,鮮蝦菜苗餃,鮮竹牛肉球,蟹子燒賣王,芋頭蒸排骨,鮮人參灌湯餃。點心種類同火鍋配料一樣咁多,但係唔會有一樣做得特別馬虎,呢個位值得真心一讚。其中我比較欣賞嘅係(東哥蝦餃王),蝦餃皮不厚不淋,反而同平時嘅出品質素一樣,能夠保持水準,呢一樣野係點心放題店好難keep得到,絕對係加分位。湯底有四款選擇,除咗招牌嘅懷舊醉雞煲或者東哥雞煲,我哋比較想試吓比較少有,而且難做得好嘅:澳門豬骨煲。既然講得係少有,因為成本比較高,製作也比較複雜困難。豬骨煲要用上大量豬筒骨,加入白胡椒粒調校味道。要做到那種嗆鮮感覺不容易,東哥都做得到,最後加入粟米段,增強湯口潤滑感覺。一

雖然東哥主打係點心,但係做得火鍋都唔會馬虎,俾足心機,由採購食材,到食材種類,都見得做足功課。(名稱不分先後):美國頂級肩胛牛肉、美國頂級牛板腱、澳洲和午粒等等。

澳洲和牛粒牛肉味特濃,香口,爽彈。
