意粉上面有一大件海膽同魚子,醬汁好creamy,好掛汁。
單食海膽會有少少腥味,但撈埋意粉一齊食就唔係好覺。

餐廳唔提供水,全部要落單叫。
有still water 或者 sparkling water 揀,兩款都係1L裝。


兩個意粉相比之下,我覺得Vongole比較好食。
可能係因為個海膽有少少腥,加上我唔係好偏好海膽。
Vongole食到蜆嘅鮮味,清新啲,如果鍾意食海膽的話,有機會鍾意食海膽意粉多啲。
兩款意粉都係扁麵,麵好厚身,好彈牙,口感唔錯。見到其他人食pizza,個賣相都唔錯。
不過價錢偏貴。全部散叫,兩個意粉,加埋支水,再有加一,埋單成500蚊。
雖然味道係唔錯,但係哩個價錢,就黎食到米芝連餐廳 😅

They have some seriously unique combinations that I've never seen before. But the real star of the show was the stewed waygu cheek. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely heavenly - tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. I was genuinely surprised at how well they prepare their beef. And let's not forget about the pasta full of veggies that I had as a side dish - absolutely delicious!

I also managed to sneak a taste of my friend's lime crab meat pasta. It was so interesting, it transported me straight to Thailand. Apparently, it was a special menu item.

Definitely will be back because I HAVE to try their unchi pasta.

It’s not what you said, but HOW you said it. Drove there with two girlfriends last night just for their pasta. Their small restaurant was full which wasn’t surprising. But the girl with long hair (and glasses I believe) who opened the door to greet us said “we are full” in Cantonese in such a bad tone. It’s literally implying “get the heck out of here.” While I saw a couple is almost finishing, we don’t bother to wait. Her attitude has gave us a bad impression and my gf was upset. Won’t be back.

作為海膽迷,小編當然不得不試,Dough Kitchen就是其中一間主打有新鮮海膽跟手工意粉的餐廳。聽聞walk in需要等很久,甚至只能online booking才有位置,所以已經提早book位置。餐廳帶有少少工業風格,空間不大,所以較為逼,與鄰座的空間不多,側身過都比較麻煩。到訪這裡只是為了海膽意粉,所以並沒要叫其他主食,只是叫了一個意粉加一個前菜。Signature 海膽手工意粉 $208這碟份量比較小,不適合2個女share。小編開頭以為是空心意粉,口感會al dente,但它其實偏向是軟軟的烏冬,跟期待的不一樣。黑魚子沒什麼特別味道,也沒有爆開感覺。海膽還好,有一點鮮甜,可是份量不多。海膽醬並沒有很突出,所以小編跟友人一樣,每吃一大口意粉都會吃一點海膽😂。個人不太推薦喔,CP值不高。白松露黑毛豬芝士多士上菜一刻,擺盤有點疑惑,感覺火箭菜的量比多士還多😂,分不清楚火箭菜是主角還是多士。味道正常,但是我懷疑這是黑松露而不是白松露,除了打開看到裡面是黑色,另一個原因是黑松露味道聞起來比較濃重,送菜時候遠處已經聞到了,小編以前在法國有吃過以白松露為主的course跟雪糕,那是淡淡的
