特登為咗呢個威靈頓牛柳而來,佢哋嘅賣相超級靚,真係冇令我失望!佢哋嘅酥皮好香牛油味,入邊亦會有火腿。一切落去已經見到好粉嫩嘅牛柳,食落去肉質超級淋,牛味好濃郁,而且佢哋嘅黑松露野菌汁超正,好重黑松露味,同牛柳好夾,必食!

今天和朋友試下這裏的半自助午餐。沙律和小吃都尚算水準之作,午餐種類選擇亦多。黑毛豬雖然以嗌6成熟,但都想點時都係過熟,沒有什麼肉汁。反而雞扒嫩肉多汁,比較好食。但可能今年人客比較多,上菜有些混亂。飲品糖奶都缺乏,需要再三催促才有。

第二次~今次食物感覺比上次好~但人手安排不足就門口都第10分鐘。講明openrice book最後都顯示缺席🥺Lunch time 係半自助式,有沙律吧~對於日常午餐小菜的香港係非常好的一個選擇。沙律吧有熱食,沙律同水果,選擇非常適合任何人士!食物都有不停添加但午餐時間人都係比較多所以無曬等下都係會有~所以唔洗攞太多浪費食物🙏🏻主食有扒有意粉有飯有漢堡,自己覺得佢啲意粉出色過佢個飯。主食份量唔大但因為有沙律吧所以都係非常夠,人數多佢都有房同大枱都係一個聚餐好選擇!

- 羊鞍岩岩好𝟰成熟,個開心果保雲蘇幾得意帶微甜,同個醬汁幾襯。但都係偏淡要落少少海盬。


兩個主菜個𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 都無咩特別🥲 我反而比較欣賞佢個𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 & 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗕𝗮𝗿。有沙律、海鮮、熟食、甜品,店員都有不定期𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹。雞翼、燒賣、花甲正呀!

不過,仲有雪糕,處理夠衛生,雖然有告示,但因為需要問店員拎,唔多人有留意。五款口味配搭三款醬料, 試咗椰絲椰子味同豆腐味配金箔,用雅致嘅杯子盛載,每球唔算大,食落唔會太甜,可以試多幾款。

☕️跟餐附送熱柚子蜜,亦提供枝裝汽水。在場唔少人聚會嘆紅酒🍷,幾有格調。四人套餐仲吸引,有自助區,1.2kg和牛斧頭𥐙同專人即場燒雞,😍下次帶埋朋友再試。
