我跟家人也去過這酒家好幾次,向來都上菜服務有遺留,昨晚太座提議去試火鍋,點佐菜後,上碟牛肉,半小時後開始催羊肉,菜,服務員和綰經理當我食佐透明藥,到我強硬要求查單了,佢話我點菜劃菜單時冇點,咁我話睇返張點菜紙,查我有冇漏劃,見到服務員走去櫃臺眼望望我,我忍不住走去自己睇單,櫃檯的人見我走過來查單,冇得推,直認她睇漏冇入單,我話冇入單我明白,但中間我催佐幾次冇人幫我查?無言,一句道歉都冇,黑面,how am I the bad guy in this scenario?只係問我仲要唔要,我話仲要,快D送羊肉和青菜過來,後來十分鐘後陸續送到。食火鍋點菜到上菜要一個鐘,太座只是說永久blacklist . 中價位中式酒樓難做是常態,但管理係需要改善,如果唔係生存室間只有越來越少。

喜歡打邊爐嘅我嚟到黃埔搵打邊爐,吸引我係因為龍閣極上做緊抵食手牛肉優惠,內裝潢感覺舒服,座位都唔會太逼,但由於去到比較遲,所以有d火鍋配料已無。湯底藥膳文昌醉雞煲,湯底配上唔少藥材,但味道唔算濃味,d醉雞熟後唔會好鞋,雖然得半隻雞,但期待試其他。招牌手切肥牛,因做緊牛優惠,大大份先$60,真係好抵食,牛脂分怖均勻,牛質地嫩滑炸牛餐肉,在外很少吃到炸午餐肉,好好味,雖然係炸,但唔會覺得油膩新鮮大元貝,都幾鮮鮮甜
