父親節正日,仍要上班,慶祝父親節只好延後一天,老爸為人甚「師爺」,天時暑熱,他又怕到處行,食肆級數又不可以太「草根」,想了又想,我選了一間在他居所附近又幾骨子的食肆。十二時半,進入酒店的地庫,經過西餐廳,望見自助餐的捧場客不多,也許是早一兩天有些人也會吃自助餐來慶祝父親節,再下層,到了龍皇,亦只得六成滿,我們被領到柱邊細檯,地方有點侷促。先點了些得獎點心:藕斷絲蓮和燒汁煎包,又點了鮑魚燒賣皇,香茜叉燒腸,龍皇一品炒飯。先來的藕斷絲蓮,造形是Q 版的蓮藕,樣子可愛,內心正籌躇好不好拿相機出來拍照,但懼怕老爸生氣,誰料老爸知我心意,竟然叫我:「影張相先啦!」令我十分感動。噢!老爸怎麼變了,奧巴馬叫 change,連老爸的性格也 change,顯然過了幾個月的冷靜期,父子倆都想清楚,雖然皇恩大赦,然而,自己也不敢放肆,戰戰兢兢隨便拍兩張便算。藕斷絲蓮外層是脆炸的酥皮,內裏有吉士,像奶皇包的餡,有蝦,說有芒果,但嚐不到芒果味。鮑魚燒賣皇,有一小片鮑魚放面,看來較矜貴,燒賣肉質、味道都不錯。香茜叉燒腸,一長碟盛著有六件,腸粉太透明,不喜歡此質感和切法。燒汁煎包用燒熱的石碗上,煎包的餡有黑椒,令肉

先點了些得獎點心:藕斷絲蓮和燒汁煎包,又點了鮑魚燒賣皇,香茜叉燒腸,龍皇一品炒飯。先來的藕斷絲蓮,造形是Q 版的蓮藕,樣子可愛,內心正籌躇好不好拿相機出來拍照,但懼怕老爸生氣,誰料老爸知我心意,竟然叫我:「影張相先啦!」令我十分感動。噢!老爸怎麼變了,奧巴馬叫 change,連老爸的性格也 change,顯然過了幾個月的冷靜期,父子倆都想清楚,雖然皇恩大赦,然而,自己也不敢放肆,戰戰兢兢隨便拍兩張便算。藕斷絲蓮外層是脆炸的酥皮,內裏有吉士,像奶皇包的餡,有蝦,說有芒果,但嚐不到芒果味。鮑魚燒賣皇,有一小片鮑魚放面,看來較矜貴,燒賣肉質、味道都不錯。香茜叉燒腸,一長碟盛著有六件,腸粉太透明,不喜歡此質感和切法。燒汁煎包用燒熱的石碗上,煎包的餡有黑椒,令肉味更香,我和老爸都喜歡。龍皇一品炒飯,看名字以為好正,好多料,其實是 cheap cheap 炒飯,欖角碎,炸乾的蝦米、江瑤柱絲,蛋白和翠玉瓜粒,賣九十幾,中計!服務方面,侍應很落力推銷,笑容也好,直到結賬時,一貌似較高級的女仕經手,看見只得數元的小費,沒說多謝亦無表情。

老爸,摯愛的母親已經離開了多年,您是我至親的人,我很想和您到處品嚐美食和旅遊,但請您容許我有自己的嗜好,我實在太喜歡攝影,也許擔誤您數分鐘進食的雅致,請您原諒我的任性,亦請您准許我愛您。

今次嘗試得獎點心,第一樣係"藕斷絲蓮"個樣子睇嚟非常吸引,手工精緻,用紫菜條作環,放入口外皮鬆脆, 內涵有奶皇同芒果粒,既滑又有鮮香芒味,外脆內軟,口感好特別,抵佢攞金獎!第二樣係"水晶禮盒"賣相瑩通誘,皮薄,非常細緻,有脆肉瓜同菌茹粒做餡,爽夾香!第三樣輪到燒汁煎包,熱透嘅沙煱上放滿蔥條,在檯上傳來陣陣葱香,包身軟滑,一口咬落去,燒汁即爆入口中,味正之餘但要小心燙親條脷啊!燒鴨唔肥皮脆,充滿鴨嘅肉汁味,不能跟一般酒樓比較。糖水都幾持別,有鮮人蔘、棗子、天山雪蓮子,小甜、好潤!

今日LUNCH 去試左幟哥打理果間龍皇酒家到食. 之前係公仔箱睇佢煮既野都好有興趣, 因為佢好多時都會加入西菜既元素, 唔知佢管理既酒樓點心會變奏些什麼出來, 決定試一試. 先食左個奶皇酥 (唔記得左佢個真名, 哈哈!), 賣榣真係做得好精緻, 唔捨得整爛佢, 口感好鬆脆, 奶皇同酥皮既比例配合得不錯! 另外的一碟蘿蔔糕, 賣相好似馬拉糕咁, 但好有蘿蔔味. 之後試左個牛腸, 賣相已經好有西菜FEEL, 食起上黎都方便.佢地個豉油皇炒面都值得一試, 炒得好乾身香口!~仲有試左款叫做”春風得意卷”望落去似係用粉皮包住D 蘿蔔絲, 上面加上肉鬆, 進不知一咬落去, 脆卜卜的, 原來粉皮同蘿蔔絲之間夾左一層脆料, 口感不錯, 味道比較清淡. 其他食物整體都係水準以上, 個豆苗餃入面放左好多乾搖柱絲, 蒸完之後真係好香. 最抵讚係果白烚生菜, 好爽口新鮮.

Although the restaurant is rather small and was packed, very understandable though as it was mother's day, the service was good and the recommendation from the manager was excellent (good choice of dishes in terms of food and qty). The quality of the food is good overall, at least it worth such a good name, although only limited choices of dishes so we decided to try again on other usual dates...until something happened

We ordered a dinner set for 4 with sweet potato paste bun as dessert. They sent us 6 buns and we thought maybe the 2 were extra (as they haven't specified how many buns in the menu) and we started eating and it tasted good. Then a waiter with a pair of chopsticks came to our table and took the 2 buns away. We were so surprised and asked and he said they delivered 2 more buns, which were belonged to another table and now he had to take and serve them back to the table. I was shocked and said what if i spit on the bun? He didn't answer and just left. Like 2 mins after, i saw him taking those 2 buns to another table....

It's not like I want the extra free buns, but since it's such a restaurant and it's only 2 buns worth nothing, they shouldnt be so stingy and honestly, if they ask me to pay for the 2 extra, i would (although i would still think that they are quite stingy). But now, it's more serious problem related to hygiene. If they can take back these 2 buns while we already started eating and they did it in front of customers, please imagine what could happen in the kitchen...like those dropped to the floor/sink/trash bin.......honestly, i'm afraid of going back there again after what I have seen

What a shame, their food is in fact very good

-杏仁喺有,都幼滑,亦唔甜,其實都合格有餘
-不過個質感都喺未到我嘅心水.........佢又未至於茶還茶,蛋白還蛋白,不過個"變質杰"度就唔明顯.............暫時還是海景x最好

The pork was juicy and the glaze wasn't overpowering. Tenderness. Their cheapest fried rice, I forget the specific name, is amazingly good. Spicy beancurd on hot plate is delicious. Must try.

Clay stone pot with mixed vegetables and vermicelli in broth is also tasty. The dried shrimp add flavor without overpowering, and my personal favorite are the mushrooms. they are to DIE for! There is a slightly buttery taste to them - I bet they are stir fried first and then added to the broth or something. The flavor is sheer delight.

Another one of my faves is the ma lai go - Chinese steamed spongecake. I would totally walk here just for this!

A con is the uhh steamed chicken pieces with a slightly spicy sauce. The sauce itself is delicious, but the chicken... not so fresh.

Unsure about the price, boss always pays.

25/12/2008較早前報紙話有特價鮑魚,每日限售50隻,就訂開店時間既位去到侍應等還未準備好,在收拾東西,不過都招呼我地坐先睇餐牌啦,我地三人左睇右睇又問長問短,得知特價既澳洲三頭鮑係新鮮鮑覺得唔太抵,因為係連殼磅三頭咪好細隻,原價$268,特價都要$68不過既然一場黎到,都係叫番一隻仲有一客市僑魚肉燒賣($9.8)、一隻燒乳鴿($18)一個窩燒鮑魚飯($108)、翠玉如意炒海蚌($98)魚肉燒賣很有魚味,面頭的臘腸令燒賣很香燒乳鴿雖然係細隻,不過皮脆肉嫩,與坊間食到的確不同澳洲三頭鮑真係好細隻,仲要一開三,食落又唔太特別,試過就算翠玉如意炒海蚌倒是清得黎有食到海蚌的咬口窩燒鮑魚飯都算多鮑魚,因為用窩上,所以由頭食到尾都仲熱辣辣飯是粒粒分明,而且窩底有少少飯焦,脆脆口幾唔錯埋單共約$380,但係食唔飽肚,真係唔太抵說是幟哥打理,又唔覺得有咩特別囉P.S. 席間仲發現地上有「小強」行過,衛生麻麻

乾蔥豆鼓雞: 雞件走油走得太久, 吃不出雞味, 更可惜的是肉質變得又乾又鞋, 整個菜的豆鼓味亦不香濃, 以近90元的價錢, 物非所值, 相信坊間不少餐廳都做得更出色.
日本金瓜浸時蔬:時蔬是油墨菜, 沒什特別 不過不失. 但90元一碟菜, 太貴吧?

這裏的餐牌以要是以鮑參翅肚貴價食物為主打, 可能那些貴價菜會做得較出色
但簡單如乾蔥豆鼓雞都做得比茶餐廳差, 基本菜色做得不好, 怎叫客人有信心吃貴價菜, 有香港十大名廚之名作招牌亦是徒然

兩飯兩茶連茶芥加一, 共249元. 吃得不甚暢快
價錢賣, 食物及服務佳一般, (最奇怪的是每次上菜後, 服務員總是奇怪的站在我們枱前傾計), 環境噪吵, 沒有再來的理由

不過又幾好食而且幾特別架喎~

之後仲有個「御前大理雞」~
聽個待應講,個汁係秘製架喎~
再加上芝麻增加香味....
不過由於我食到呢味時已經好飽,食落都唔覺有咩咁好味lu~
之後仲有一個海參+菜、小籠包、長壽麵、壽包、紅豆沙同生果.....
由於我真係太飽了....肚仔唔再容許我繼續食落去~

1.??燉湯 -- 完全唔記得係咩湯,但係記得係好味gei

2.脆皮燒腩仔 -- 的確係脆皮,有水準gei,不過係略瘦,比起陶源的無咁肥同甘香

3.蒜茸粉絲蒸蟶子 -- 初初怕食唔到,蟶子會韌,丫,點知又好柔軟喎!!

4.鱷魚下爬肉 -- 侍應介紹,都幾韌下,唔好食...

5.鮑魚汁炒飯 -- 每粒飯都沾上了醬汁 (有幾多真係鮑魚汁我唔夠擔保),都幾好味

6. ?? 蘇 -- 一碟得3粒咁大把,個皮硬左d.....

老豆叫左隻鮑魚,因為用匯豐信用卡有折~~

總括黎講味道同服務都ok la,都係覺陶源好食d........

其實我係上個月舊公司做冬嘅時候去咗呢間嘢度食,由於呢排太忙嘅關係,到而家先寫。餐廳環境整體都比較迫,果晚我哋12人在廳房入面食飯,坐晒人之後都已經無乜空間行,之前仲諗住開枱,但係佢坐晒人的話連麻雀枱都擺唔落囉;至於食物質數方面,不過不失啦,最印象深都係個翅,平時食一圍圍果d通常都係食"碗仔翅狀"果d翅架嘛,但係今次食嘅係雞湯翅,勁正!d翅係用個窩滾住咁黎分,所以入口果陣係好熱的,d翅仲可以一梳梳咁夾上黎食的,而且湯嘅味道極濃,正到不得了!甜品方面,佢個棷汁桂花糕都好好味,其他菜式都okay;服務都幾好,有一個侍應係負責睇住我哋間房,期間亦有其他侍應入黎招呼我哋,可能果日間餐廳無乜人掛。不過呢餐嘢都唔平,所以食物質數好,服務好係預期之內的。

週年紀念, 來左龍皇食飯慶祝龍皇係皇悅酒店地庫, 裝修唔錯但硬係覺得地鐵就係隔離既地底, 有點壓迫感點了個$298既套餐x 2先來一個魚湯花膠燴翅湯底鮮味十足, 好夠火喉, 魚翅有2-3兩, 而且仲係排翅, 唔係散翅食完翅等左10-15分鐘, 幾乎一次過上晒其他野四頭鮮鮑, 有鮑魚味, 又有咬口蒸石班仔, 約8兩, 食得出係游水貨, 叫左碗白飯既撈汁鮑魚菇+刺參, 個汁係甜酸汁, 有少少怪干煎大蝦, 成個手掌甘大隻, 又有膏最後上埋個杏汁燕窩食完真係好飽服務方面就一般般啦, 因為尋晚差不多全滿睇得出侍應都好勤力, 但真係唔夠人手, 呢D係所有食店既作風

上年來過這裡慶祝結婚紀念日,叫了一隻"三頭"澳洲鮑魚,只要$268,心想三頭也不小,自己買料也要這個價錢,上桌時發現鮑魚只比普通中式湯匙大小許,我看最多只有六頭,真不老實。其餘叫了龍躉西施粉及石窩菜,西施粉其實是米線,湯底說是海鮮湯,但不覺海鮮味,石窩菜就一般。還有桌與桌之間距離太近。不會再去了。
