今日同行新蒲崗見到間小店,一心諗住入去食返個小菜,點知間小店包羅萬有,有雞煲、打邊爐、酸菜魚、串燒、打令仲有小菜真係乜都有。我地叫左個酸菜魚,酸菜魚唔油令湯可以飲用,酸菜也不太咸適合一家老少,魚肉滑嫩好食,在來叫左2款小菜,潮州蠔餅同豉椒炒蜆,潮州蠔餅炸得乾身扑扑脆而且蠔味十足,豉椒炒蜆好夠鑊氣,十分野味送啤酒一流,最後忍唔住叫左幾串串燒分別燒茄子和牛粒且牛舌,茄子燒得火喉好好唔干而且淋食起黎好野味,和牛粒啖啖肉又唔韌一口一啖,牛舌夠厚有口感食到好滿足。

🥢 烤魚(清江魚):可以揀3樣配菜,我地揀左娃娃菜、豬紅同薯粉,魚的肉質都滑溜,魚味濃郁而沒有腥味;辣度適中,唔太過辣,另外配上爆香了的蒜蓉確實係好配搭!

🥢潮洲蠔餅:蠔餅是傳統的潮州菜式,即叫即炸、燙口香脆、蠔仔鮮甜,一食落口個漿都好脆,麵粉蛋漿比例拿捏恰當。

🥢豉椒炒蟶子:炒蟶子最緊要快靚正,佢用豉椒炒更香更惹味,煮既時間控制得好好,肉身唔會老!

🥢燒茄子:串燒店必點,蒜蓉好香,簡直係蒜香十足,燒得剛剛好又唔會好乾身!

配菜方面揀咗薯粉同薯仔,份量相當之多,兩個人爭啲食唔晒。薯仔同薯粉我哋不嬲鍾意留返最後先食,等佢哋吸晒啲蒜香湯汁。

我哋見到餐牌上嘅小菜都好吸引,所以就決定試吓呢個椒鹽鮮魷。椒鹽鮮魷鑊氣十足,食上嚟脆卜卜,不過如果炸衣可以再薄少少,咁就perfect!

總括而言呢一間人細小店真係為我帶嚟好大嘅驚喜,佢嘅烤魚比出面嘅烤魚專門店調味更加合我哋口味,串燒亦都非常出色,之後食烤魚我諗我一定會推介呢間店舖比其他朋友。

同老公一齊收早,去左之前電視美食節目介紹過的餐廳,在新蒲崗又近屋企,呢一間非常有舊港餐廳嘅風情🤩一入去就有個小妹妹講hello, 問我幾多位. 好可愛。老闆娘畀左好多心機去專研菜式, 好彩我地比較早到, 可以同我哋介紹下菜式同優惠,好親切有家的感覺。之後全場滿座,仲勁多外賣。原來星期一至四, 8點前結賬,全單有85折。酸菜魚係佢地的主打,湯底係用雞骨加魚骨熬製的😚營養健康。魚係加州鱸魚鮮嫩爽滑。我又覺得魚都好滑,少骨,魚肉入曬味保持爽口。串燒雞翼:灑上七味粉,少少香辣,越食越惹味。一口安格斯牛:比較大粒,勝在一咬就開,夠多肉汁。肥牛金菇卷:柔嫩的肥牛包住韌性金菇,烤氣十足,雙重口感。半隻海南雞: 肉質彈牙不失口感嘅一道菜 ,鮮甜美味, 雞有雞味。 豉椒炒蟶子: 咸鮮帶一點甜, 令人吃不停口。杯龍眼冰,誇張!最少有成10粒龍眼肉。菜式多元化, 非常值得一試再試呀
