原來東海酒家出名是有其道理的……首先發現茶壺內是用茶包泡茶,除去茶味不提,成本相對用茶葉較高且衞生些!跟住點了個皮蛋瘦肉粥+鮮蝦菜苗餃。粥味唔錯,稀稠得宜,竟然配送油炸鬼,脆硬可口!但係餃子就最值得一讚@@皮薄軟滑又煙韌;雖然不是游水蝦但大隻彈牙,最最最……是~皮內有大量豆苗而不是一般的菜葉囉!價錢唔貴,環境寬敞乾淨最緊要呀!

早前跟母親在東海攪了一次生日飯局,水準不錯。年近歲晚,有朋友送來一盒蘿蔔糕,包裝平實不花巧,細看用料,都是臘肉、蝦米及臘腸之類傳統材料。包裝沒太多花巧,也好,夠環保,加上盒面有一個活門,可以用來疏氣用,在坊間很少見到,夠細心。個人一向喜歡煎蘿蔔糕,再蘸點一下辣椒醬,味道會更突出。切起來很鬆軟,亦見到不少蘿蔔絲,用文火煎至兩邊微焦,入口清甜無渣,臘味的味道不會太強,很傳統的味道,不錯。

我當然第一時間食我點既炸饅頭啦,炸得唔燶,內裡仲好鬆軟,真係唔錯,媽媽對個藕餅同五豆粽都好鍾意,話藕餅入邊啲蓮藕切到一粒粒好爽口而個五豆粽就越食越香喎,姐姐對個蘿蔔酥情有獨鍾,仲係度講累佢減肥既節食計劃破咗戒,哈哈,姐姐既朋友就鍾意個翡翠帶子腸,話清得黎又粒粒帶子好好味喎,唯一美中不足既係個黃橋燒餅,可能其他點心都比較好食,而且個燒餅有食落有啲太乾就唔係咁吸引啦。
到最後差唔多食晒既時候,有個侍應走過黎話,出邊紅雨呀,不如我送糖水俾你哋食,你哋有小朋友等細雨啲先走啦。呢碗糖水真係好貼心,所以我同姐姐都決定下次再帶媽媽同婆婆黎呢度飲茶。

爸爸生日話要食中餐,記得有嚟過飲茶d乳豬唔錯,個view又靚就試下食晚餐吧~我地叫了半席再另叫了兩客$398(每一客)的鮑魚鵝掌,幾款小菜,當晚7:30到達,想也是入座律很高吧!來到只見5枱客,連埋我地6枱,真有點兒嚇親,先來個乳豬,馬上起筷,食左大家你眼望我眼呆左,好靱同好肥,皮又唔脆,再嚟黑醋骨,超難食,粉厚到不得了,中段叫了兩個白飯,20分鐘也來不到,追了多次都未出嚟,侍應又唔忙但唔知做緊咩,經理愛理不理,真係怒火中燒,差不多半個鐘先出嚟個白飯,其他食物亦唔新鮮,唔怪得咁小客人,咁嘅質數同服務真係以後都唔再嚟

完全唔合比例
首先漏單同寫錯單情況都係成個場手指都數得哂的環境下發生
服務除了門外接待帶位的有笑容有禮貌外
其他場內的好像好大仇口
老實除了有靚景外真係恕我不會再踏入了
入正題食物方面除了腐皮卷有級數外
其他的真的不敢恭維
腐皮卷確實係我食過最好味的
用上乘的腐皮去制造
皮薄內外鬆脆
其次棉花雞都可以算好味
但燒賣睇見個樣已經唔開胃
仲難食過人地街邊5元串果的
但好意思收幾十元
跟住鳳爪雖然無平時酒樓咁重味精
但都係骨肉分離
老實自從上完堂就知道原來骨肉不分離又可以整到入味同淋的
先係大師水準
再黎個他們夠擔說東海獨有壽包
救命呀連唐記包點都好味過你們
除了size沒有你們大
我只知道包一個,蛋黃一粒,連容小小囉
其他的不用多說
