今晚我約了朋友來到了旺角的深宵食堂用餐,我們特別點了一些串燒來品嚐。這家店採用日式木質傢俬,讓人感覺簡潔溫馨。餐廳仿效日式居酒屋,營業時間一直到凌晨;主打串燒小食,同時也提供黑松露炒烏冬等主食。芝士蟹肉玉子燒 $78 玉子燒用蛋汁寫著深夜兩個字在上面,裡面還有芝士和蟹肉,質地厚實滑溜。煙肉荔枝卷 $38荔枝卷一共有三塊,煙肉包裹著荔枝,煙肉煎得香脆配上甜甜的荔枝肉,對油膩感正好中和。免治雞肉棒 $36雞肉棒吃起來比較滑順,配上甜甜的醬汁剛剛好。粟一燒 $48粟米是整條的,一開四份,帶有明顯的燒烤香味。深宵鐵板炒麵 $72日式鐵板炒麵加了一個溫泉蛋,炒麵的配料有蔬菜和肉,再加上溫泉蛋攪拌在一起,口感滑順。汁燒雞髀菇 $32雞髀菇同樣有兩串,一串共有四塊雞腿菇,雞腿菇鹹香,口感嫩滑,推介大家要點。汁燒茄子串 $13茄子串一共有三塊,表面燒得香脆,配上本身的醬汁很好吃。

去完日本旅遊的我,回港仍很回味串燒小食🥹經朋友介紹,來到了這裡。店裡的環境和裝潢以日式元素為主,滿是櫻花、抬頭一看就是日式紙傘,店面大小很剛好,有二人及四人座位,很適合一家大小到來。✨來到主題,食物的素質大部分都很不錯,對得起他的價格,還原了日式料理及串物的風味。先說我最為推薦的:黑松露炒烏冬,荔枝煙肉卷、烤牛舌、大蔥雞肉卷。✨黑松露炒烏冬,超濃郁的黑松露充滿著整個口腔,店家用料也很有誠意,小章魚、魷魚等等的配料超多,口感上添上了許多嚼勁🥹✨荔枝煙肉卷,一咬下去荔枝馬上在嘴裡噴出了甜甜的果汁,搭配煙肉的鹹,真的是鹹甜永動機✨牛五花卷,烤得焦脆的牛五花包裹著豆角,緩解了五花肉的肥膩感,口感頓時清爽起來✨最後,飲品方面,巨峰蘇打味道更為突出,荔枝玉露則可以不用點,以其他飲品另替會更好。看見在場很多人都點了麒麟啤酒,若有機會,下次必定再一試。✨另提店家的態度真的無話可說,超級nice和細心。見到我和朋友拿著手機準備自拍,便主動替我們拍照留念~

來到主題,食物的素質大部分都很不錯,對得起他的價格,還原了日式料理及串物的風味。先說我最為推薦的:黑松露炒烏冬,荔枝煙肉卷、烤牛舌、大蔥雞肉卷。


黑松露炒烏冬,超濃郁的黑松露充滿著整個口腔,店家用料也很有誠意,小章魚、魷魚等等的配料超多,口感上添上了許多嚼勁🥹

荔枝煙肉卷,一咬下去荔枝馬上在嘴裡噴出了甜甜的果汁,搭配煙肉的鹹,真的是鹹甜永動機

牛五花卷,烤得焦脆的牛五花包裹著豆角,緩解了五花肉的肥膩感,口感頓時清爽起來

最後,飲品方面,巨峰蘇打味道更為突出,荔枝玉露則可以不用點,以其他飲品另替會更好。看見在場很多人都點了麒麟啤酒,若有機會,下次必定再一試。

另提店家的態度真的無話可說,超級nice和細心。見到我和朋友拿著手機準備自拍,便主動替我們拍照留念~

同老朋友聚舊跟佢嚟到喱間深宵食堂,一出𨋢門就見到四周圍都是櫻花和懷舊動漫海報,背景音樂仲要播緊太田貴子嘅小忌廉主題歌,雖然地方唔大坐位亦比較窄,但夠哂mood亦非常乾淨。事但求其點咗D比較安全嘅菜色《蟹籽沙律》,《鹽燒雞軟骨》,《豚肉露荀卷》,《蒜燒大啡菇》,《芝士年糕》和《醋鯖魚茶漬飯》。蟹籽沙律清爽開胃;露荀卷露荀非常鮮甜;芝士年糕芝士味十足但唔會太腬;至於茶漬飯,鯖魚帶酸但茶是帶甜的,酸酸甜甜渾埋一齊感覺有點…「特別」。另外,《巨峰提子梳打》都幾好飲。美中不足的是要掃QRCode落單,但也能諒解小店人手不足才有此舉,侍應笑容滿面且非常有禮貌已彌補一切。
