每舊牛舌都好厚,配上麻辣汁,牛舌底下又係一啲沙律菜,麻辣汁唔算太濃味同埋辣,清清地嘅另一款前菜

三文魚鰭燒到好脆,但係咬落去唔會太乾

⚫️香蒜一口和牛粒 $68
和牛炒到唔會太熟,大約七成左右,所以食落去唔會太乾同埋太韌,另外配上一啲菇類,味道好易入口

⚫️蟹肉海膽炒飯 $88
我覺得最出色嘅一味,將海膽同蟹籽撈埋啲飯入面,每一啖都食到微微嘅海膽味蟹肉碎同埋蟹籽,覺得層次感好多,好好味😃😃
